Detected documentary: Discover how an IoT bra can detect early signs of breast cancer
TechRepublic is one of the top tech pubications in the Internet and the origin of this article that has been spread over other minor publications.
http://www.techrepublic.com/article/detected-documentary-discover-how-an-iot-bra-can-detect-early-signs-of-breast-cancer/
Great article. This is the most updated information we have.
Imagine the day a big media outlet publishes a piece of news like this.
I buy Asia in Q1 and US in Q3 of 2018.
FDA clearance is just the beginning of the game.
The real winners will be those holding until the first US sales report sometime between Q2 and Q4 of 2018.
I hope LLBO is still in the game by then.
We assume that patents has been transferred. No official confirmation. June 5th was the deadline of the agreement between LLBO and Cyrcadia.
Detected will be premiered in LA on June 5th. But this is not new. It was already premiered in Boston one month ago, the problem is that nobody has seen the film. Everybody is waiting for CISCO to make it public in the Internet after this June premiere. But there is no guarantee that this will happen next month.
Obviously LLBO is undervalued. How much is just speculation at this point. Price could reach from $0.01 to $1 according to the people in this board. Nobody has the answer but some prediction are more realistic than other. I like to think between $0.01 and $0.05
Change, lets assume everybody understands that even if I'm sure it's not the case. Obviously the one million question is which is a reasonable market cap for a company that didn't have sales but has a huge market potential and no real competition. Lets see if Jim Holmes help us clarify the question with a nice filling during the month of June. Patents should have been transferred by now and LLBO shareholders informed.
Well, this is a Nasdaq stock with only 41M shares and already 35M+ in revenues each year. Not sure LLBO can be compared to it. But it would be nice to see the LLBO price over $0.01 after approval. Everything will depends on how low they drive it back during the waiting time. Still 4 months until October.
The issue here is that we don't arrive to keep a reasonable price after each spike. The news about the premiere of detected has already been factored in due to too early news from CISCO last week. I don't see it going higher if they don't post the Detected video online. Keeping the film secret again will only produce another debacle in the price. This time people knows how the price went down after the Boston premiere, and they will be certainly more cautious. I thought we would already be over $0.005 by this time.
The final price of LLBO after the approval depends on the starting point in which we are just before that approval. It's not the same to be in the $0.001-$0.002 range, than above $0.005. With a little luck starting in September, we can begin to build a regular demand for stocks that will hold the price above that value.
Welcome back voo. Not a bad point of seing it. I agree on that. But I think we will not get any FDA approval unless the iTbra fall in the 5% of Class I devices that requieres a 510(k) for the upgraded version. The procedures of a Class I device are purely administrative.
Just trying to clarify which are the real milestones we must expect in the coming months. We have been waiting for FDA approval since 2009 and now we may be changing this by direct US sales during 2018, in the best case scenario if Class I classification is accepted.
The difference is that if no approval is required we will have no record on the FDA website, unless someone finds out if there is a list of approved Class I devices.
I have a doubt according to the latest CISCO interview. For the first time we know that Cyrcadia is not presenting a Class II but a Class I FDA request. This is new and changes many things regarding what we believed until now. According to FDA documentation, 95% of Class I devices do not require FDA approval. We do not know if iTbra is part of the 5%. We also don't know why the previous Class II process has been now changed by a Class I.

Only 6 market days left

And what if Cyrcadia would be part of Cisco’s New IoT Platform
http://blogs.cisco.com/news/ciscos-new-iot-platform-will-take-your-projects-past-proof-of-concept?_ga=2.16330998.1799587925.1495648341-1983791693.1488900874&CAMPAIGN=Corporate%20Communications&Country_Site=GL&POSITION=Social+Media&REFERRING_SITE=Twitter&CREATIVE=Cisco++
This is only speculation, but makes sense to me that if CISCO is promoting the iTbra as the perfect example of the IoT in the health sector, they use their own infrastructure to make it succeed.
Keep tuned. Maybe we will soon listen about this partnership also.
220 million shares changed hands in the last price spike in April (between the 19th and 27th of April). By comparison, in this rise we have only 41 million shares so far, and we are close to reaching the previous maximum. Not a lot of shares available at these prices.
6 full market days left before the Los Angeles premiere on Monday, 5 at 7:30 PM.
Has someone noticed this from CISCO?
https://newsroom.cisco.com/feature-content?type=webcontent&articleId=1847444
The last climb a month ago was good to allow all the people who wanted to leave early to do so. This time we went from $0.0015 to $0.0040 with very little volume of shares sold. I think people who want to buy in the next few days will have to pay the shares much more expensive this time.
Most LLBO longs here will not sell until we see prices between $0.01-$0.05. We could see $0.01 if the film is released to the public after the premiere in California on June 5th. After that premiere, there is no reason for CISCO to keep the film secret to the general public in the Internet. No very clever otherwise after so much publicity in the last days in their newsroom, blog and social media accounts.
And who knows, maybe we could even get a PR from Jim Holmes that helps to push the stock price even higher.

LLBO currently 21st Breakout Board at iHub
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/breakoutboards.aspx
Can moderators start pinning the best posts. We need some help on that end too. Too many people asking the same questions over and over again. I will be updating the info on the LLBO iHub profile by the end of June with the collaboration of change-for-a-buck. I hope by then a moderator slot has been released and I can get in. I am very limited on the permanent updates I can bring to the board. We seriously need an FAQ section there with links to previous posts that has already properly answered the main questions from newbies.
Somebody should help here to start spreading the post/news I have published today in all the general iHub boards. We need full awareness by June 5th when Detected premieres in California.
I had missed that, it's now highlighted in my previous post ;)
It's hard to understand how LLBO is not already in the pennies.
CISCO NEWS (2): About Detected documentary

iTbra is now a Class I device: Class I devices are subject to the least regulatory control
https://www.fda.gov/ForPatients/Approvals/Devices/ucm405381.htm
According to the latest CISCO interview to Rob Royea
Most exempt from premarket submission (Class I)
No doubt. Now only needs to be confirmed by the FDA, and when this happens we will laugh at the current LLBO prices. Approval can arrive at any time between now and the end of the year.
CISCO NEWS: With Early Cancer Detection, IoT Saves More than Money—It Can Save Lives
By Maciej Kranz - May 24, 2017

The iTbra on the CISCO blog
That's great news Jadedog16, we will be waiting for your report if you can finally attend. We are still waiting to know something concrete about Detected since the Boston premiere.
Incredible or not LLBO investors are the last ones to know the details of anything that happens.
The rise may be much higher this time compared to last month. The starting point will be much higher. In April we were at $0.0015 when the high volume days started. This time, the news has not started to spread and we are already above $0.0030. The climb has started this time 12 days before the event while last time was 7 days earlier, which offers even more rising potential.
The event on June 5th is 100% organized by CISCO and something tells me that they are going to give to it much more publicity than on the previous occasion in Boston, when the premiere was part of a completely independent film festival.
CISCO has invested $1,000,000 in this documentary and will surely want to get some media benefit from that investment.
It would be fantastic if after the presentation they made public the documentary on Youtube.
Cyrcadia Asia has been created in Honk Kong by Southern Capital Limited, an investment firm from New Zealand.
They don't receive any funds from Cyrcadia US.
It's them who have paid Cyrcadia US in exchange of the Asian market and full rights to sell the iTbra in Asia.
Read the latest PR. Everything is explained there
http://www.prweb.com/releases/2017/04/prweb14273437.htm
I only know what has been made public. Maybe other people in this board who are also direct investors in Cyrcadia US can provide more details regarding this agreement. There are still many aspects that are not transparent, such as what is the % of ownership that Cyrcadia Asia has from Cyrcadia US, and vice versa. Or more important for us, what is the roll of LLBO in this agreement. Nobody knows yet what % has LLBO from Cyrcadia Asia (if any) or what is the final % of Cyrcadia US after the sale of patents and the agreement between Cyrcadia US and Cyrcadia Asia. Everything is quite dark until we have news in the form of filling by LLBO. I hope we listen something during the month of June.
This issue was well explained in the latest PR of a month ago (April 25th)
http://www.prweb.com/releases/2017/04/prweb14273437.htm
I completely agree. LLBO is not a scam!
Cyrcadia / LLBO has a winning product, and it seems that Bob Royea is also a person we can trust. Although with a "little" delay over the set times, milestones are coming one after another.
Regarding Jim Holmes, things are not so clear, he is a person who does not communicate. Until as LLBO investors we are not correctly informed through a filling (not a press release) about the new percentage of LLBO in Cyrcadian, and about the absolute will to keep LLBO as a public and separate company, we must be prudent.
LLBO investors have had a very long journey to reach this point and many we are still here after 9 years. Many are not happy, which is perfectly understandable given the amount of lies we have listened over the years. But if the patent transfer agreement between LLBO and Cyrcadia is executed as agreed in 2016 we have nothing to worry about. We should have a 40%+ of Cyrcadia, which means that we control the board.
If everything goes well and the FDA approves the iTbra before the end of the year we are going to have a very happy Christmas.
Let's be positive!
For sure, this is the big question we are all waiting for since months.
I hope we get an answer during the month of June with a PR or filling from Jim Holmes. In the worst case scenario we will have to wait until Q2 filling expected mid-August.
Which question?
Apparently this is a platform to help Allianz detect new opportunities. It's not them who select the companies. The start-ups propose themselves and they go through an evaluation process in which outside parties can participate.

You are right. It's very strange.
I believe that this is the central event organized by CISCO to publicize the iTbra.
It could mark the beginning of a more regular communication.
What seems clear is that this event will have a massive presence of CISCO employees. Their headquarters are not very far away in San José.
We could be facing another imminent rise in LLBO's price if they make the film public to everybody on the Internet.
NITE and CSTI want more shares in anticipation of the new screening of Detected.
Level 2 showing right now two buy orders of 3 million shares each at $0.0019 with a very thin ask at $0.0024
CISCO promoting the DETECTED screening on June 5th in Beverly Hills

This time is free. Lucky the ones living in Beverly Hills.
Who knows, maybe this time they will make it public in Youtube right after.
Coincidence or not, coincides with the deadline for the transfer of patents to Cyrcadia.
Proposal to update the information on LLBO / Cyrcadia
I think that now that we have arrived at the key moment that we have waited for years, we should completely renew the information that appears at the top of our board. Much of this information is no longer relevant or outdated.
In order to promote a constructive discussion that leads us to a consensus on the information to include, I make my first proposal that I hope other members can complement and improve.
The objective is to arrive at a first list of contents to include.
Then we can do a joint work of collecting the relevant information of each point.
Contents about the company:
- One or two introductori paragraphs
- Relationship between LLBO and Cyrcadia and %s of ownership.
- Links to social media accounts and websites
Contents about the technology:
- Mission and vision
- Top interview with Bob Royea
- Data on patents granted and pending.
- Results of the last clinical trial completed (2017)
- Top 10 pictures about the iTbra
- Detected movie (full version from Youtube)
Contents about the potential of LLBO / Cyrcadia:
- Commercial and technological partners (CISCO involvement)
- Commercial launch strategy with its phases
- Known sales figures
- Updated and reasoned valuation of LLBO and Cyrcadia:
1. according to money invested
2. according to projections of future sales
Media appearances:
- Top 10 iTbra newspaper articles (only from top media outlets)
- Top 10 iTbra TV appearances (only from top TV channels)
All this should be presented in an elegant and concise way to make navigation easy and natural between content. And most importantly, we need to update it as the weeks go by.
If we get a proper presentation of LLBO, when we become again a trending topic board, people will quickly understand LLBO's potential. Who knows, maybe we could become trending topic on iHub until approval.
I can actively help to build this content from the end of June, but I will need the help of other people. Besides, I live in Europe and English is not my first language, so we'll need someone with good grammar and spelling to check the final content.
I look forward to your alternative proposals or improvements.
Making a great board requires the help of everybody.
Thanks to all for your cooperation.
