The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) will continue to develop breeding sources for the agriculture sector according to the needs of the market, said Minister of Agriculture Nguyen Xuan Cuong at a workshop held to review the seed production plan.

Breeding and seed stocks are very important to farmers, and Viet Nam has gained many achievements in breed development as well as the application of scientific advances in agriculture sector, according to the minister.

He said that while Viet Nam was integrating into the international economy, the transfer of breeds needed to be encouraged. He said agriculture units needed to have plans to export breeds.

He said there was still an imbalance between State-owned firms and the private sector in this area.

In order to improve the nation's capacity for research, production and management of plant and animal breeds and encourage investment in this area, MARD had asked the Prime Minister for permission to develop another development scheme for the 2021-30 period, Cuong said.
The plan was expected to help put 500-700 new breeds of plants and animals into production.

The ministry would also increase investment in research institutes, enterprises, agencies, organisations and individuals to produce seeds with high productivity, quality and adaptation to climate change. VNS

I for one bought all the shares of kblb that I care to own at around 5-6 cents..i went all in...an unusual move for me, but I did it..i didn't even bother trading it..but as the majority of the shares got closer to being a long term hold, I went ahead and bought some more to trade...

but the truth is, I haven't traded them at all..busy with other stuff and making good money without it..

Vietnam AutoExpo 2019 under-way in Ha Noi

The 16th International Exhibition on Automobile, Transportation and Supporting Industries (Vietnam AutoExpo 2019) is taking place in Ha Noi with the participation of nearly 200 exhibitors.

Aside from Vietnamese producers and distributors, the event has attracted businesses from mainland China, Russia, the US, the Netherlands, Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, and Taiwan.

During the event, visitors to the event can test drive a wide range of vehicles, from passenger cars, trucks, buses and special use vehicles to motorcycles and electric bikes. Automobile and motorcycle components and spare parts are also on display.

In his speech at the expo’s opening ceremony on Wednesday, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Do Thang Hai said Viet Nam’s economy has maintained positive growth, with gross domestic product (GDP) up 6.79 per cent year-on-year in the first quarter
of this year.

The Government has facilitated supporting industries while co-operation among local and foreign firms has been strengthened. At the same time, enterprises such as Thaco and Hyundai Thanh Cong and VinFast have invested in automobile manufacturing and assembling.

These are positive signals showing there remains room for enterprises to participate in the automobile, motorcycle and supporting industries in the country, Hai said, adding that over the past 15 years, the exhibition has helped speed up the development of these sectors.

The Vietnam AutoExpo 2019 began on Wednesday and will last until Saturday. It expects to attract 35,000 visitors, according its organisers.

As part of the exhibition, which runs until Saturday at the Viet Nam National Convention Centre, business matching events with the participation of more than 100 firms will also take place to promote partnerships. — VNS

This may not have been the big PR that SH's are always hoping will knock their socks off as far as content is concerned, but in my opinion it served an important purpose. It says to me that their getting the hang of springing a PR more frequently and at any given time.

I'm not including those supposed quarterly news letters that Kim and Jon surely didn't like so they could keep their word about staying
more in touch with SH's, and not give away what they think are important tech knowledge or vital NDA's etc.

What it will in my opinion is give a bit more SH confidence to overcome those long periods of silence.

Now what I see as the big plus is it will quiet those who love those wild stock changes: You know..sell high and hope it crashes
big so they can buy cheap and do it all over again.

But in the long run it discourages new SH's

Finally, If KBLB can keep them off guard it would be IMO a good Gambit and would keep them in CHECK!

Made me think of another situation. Since there are long term kblb SH's who have said they have only bought and held say one kong assuming they chose to use first in first out for tax purposes. A year goes by and all shares are now long term, they decide on good news to start adding more shares until they achieve a second kong which are clearly now short term. So kblb starts to move radically based on either good or bad news a decision to sell or buy chunks of equal portions to match both of the long and short term positions.

Question: will they take it out of the long term or the short term?

Kim KBLB needs to start slow to get their feet wet
