You’re correct, we should go onto the CLQ board and antagonize investors there like you do here........oh wait, you’re about the only fool that is even active on that board. CLQ is dead, done, finished.
Give the old retired feller a break. There is no cure for Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome. Just buy him a drink and let him feel good about life.
Well, that would definitely explain the brain damage and debilitating cognitive abilities.
I guess Nordmin, Zachry, Olsson Associates, Traxys, ThyssenKrupp, and the State of Nebraska government have all been fooled too. Just when I think the comments made can’t be any more ignorant, you pull through and lower the bar even more.
You should make friends with an inland taipan.

So profound, sooooo edgy, soooooo deep. What an amazing contribution you make to the board.
In case you haven’t figure it out, certain individuals have an axe to grind with Niocorp management. They keep bringing up the bankruptcy of Molycorp due to Mountain Pass. The uneducated and slanderous remarks by these certain individuals towards management have been constantly challenged with facts. I have attached a recent CNBC video of the Mountain Pass mine that gives a Cliff’s notes version of events. Mark Smith and his team have plenty of success stories from decades of expertise. Read up on senior management.

The long term investors here are not here to persuade you to invest here. According to your own admission, you bought into Niocorp, but then questioned the managements abilities and the very investment you made. Then you challenged posters who pointed out some inaccurate statements that were made. Educate yourself before you invest in anything and you’ll do fine......GLTA!!!

Well lock at that. Someone came up from mommy’s basement to get some more hot pockets.
Well, you’re definitely on the record. You have posted quite a bit of misinformation on the board. There really isn’t anything that is “petty” about it.
Someone is going to have an awakening soon. Enjoy yourself for now.
Exactly, Mark has already done that
There’s nothing wrong with anyone working for/with other companies. People do it all the time and it’s very common for CEOs to be on the board of directors and advisory boards of other companies as well. Wonder why Catalyst isn’t beating up Elon Musk for being the CEO of Tesla and Space X?......lol. FYI, Mark Smith isn’t the only Niocorp employee involved with other companies. I’m very comfortable with my investment in Niocorp
“I cannot speak to why they were interested in selling it,” Jim Sims, a spokesman for U.S. Vanadium, tells The Northern Miner via email. “I can only say that U.S. Vanadium is very excited about ramping up operations there, expanding employment, and meeting the need for what we see is a potentially large global market for high-purity vanadium pentoxide (V2O5), vanadium trioxide (V2O3), and many other vanadium-based products that the Hot Springs facility can produce.”
Sims describes the plant as “a vanadium processing gem, that can, among other things, produce the highest purity V2O5 anywhere in the world,” and points to the material’s use in defence and other applications such as vanadium redox batteries.

It is no coincidence.
Looking forward to meeting you and the wifey. Question, do you remember where you signed your name at in the Elk Creek village tavern?
I am in 100%, full agreement with you Walter. Will you be attending the meeting in Denver on November 7th?
Yeah, I’d look into another investment. Niocorp is not for you. JMHO.....Mark Smith is underpaid for Niocorp. Best of luck on your other investments.
Thanks for the post Walter. I have a minor position in Elysee. I find it interesting that several of those involved with US Vanadium are also heavily involved with Niocorp.

LMAO, I was thinking the same thing.
Give it up, there’s not even a heartbeat. Throw some dirt on it and move on.
I had talked with Peter Dickie before Mark was with Niocorp and since you’re calling Peter Dickie out. How many shares does he still hold today? Durrrrrr, dahhhhhhh, Robert Friedland is a genius....duhrrrrrr.....sell all your Nio shares and follow me into Clean Teq.......errrrrrrr......ummmmmm.....go Clean Teq......LOL
I don’t know what you mean that Clean Teq is 50% higher rated. Who’s rating? They are trading at a mere 18 cents per share US. Now their main EPC firm and Clean Teq have parted ways. I’m glad I didn’t get sucked into that disaster. There’s a couple former Niocorp investors who jumped ship to get into Clean Teq and then continued to chastise Niocorp stockholders. They may want to lay low for awhile because anyone who followed their “expert” advise are in the red as much as 90%......GLTA!!!

Agreed, Niocorp has the distinct advantage of having Niobium as a co product. Niobium price history has been extremely consistent. The current battery technology that has been emerging will be huge in the ever increasing demand of Niobium. I see the Scandium market exploding within the aerospace/defense markets once a reliable supply is established. The products and technologies with Scandium have already been developed and are awaiting a reliable supply...,,,GLTA!!!
It’s always good to keep abreast of what is going on with potential competitors. CleanTeq has had another set back. I see that project being shelved indefinitely. I see Niocorp being the first, reliable and consistent producer of scandium......GLTA!!!!
I’m looking forward to that day, cheers!!!
That’s a given, financing would definitely move the SP. I’m curious to know why Grunt doesn’t believe we get financed at the current SP levels. It is my belief that Mark is working a deal with minimal dilution or has managed to broker a deal on financing before equity financing. The company obviously doesn’t seem concerned with the current SP......GLTA!!!
If you don’t believe we can get the final finance package at the current SP, how do you think this project will ever get financed? It’s very apparent that the enthusiasm with retail investors has dropped. What could possibly move the SP north besides financing at this point?
Australia is becoming more and more under control of the Chinese. The USA needs to develop domestic sources of critical minerals yesterday.

Niocorp won’t be doing another PP with Lind. It won’t be much longer before you’ll be knocked off your soapbox.....GLTA!!!
It is such a vague statement and it could be so many things. I’m thinking marriage, kids, sex life, career.....it’s anyone’a guess, but I bet I’m close.
Excellent news on the project. I just got the email. This is a great indication that things are progressing forward. Looking forward to the day the red shovel is placed in the ground.
Yes, for whatever reason, Lind appears among with most of Mark Smith’s business connections.....GLTA!!!
Hopefully a chunk of debt comes before the equity portion is required. There’s not much more material information that is awaiting other that the air permit from the NEDEQ and financing. I’m sure Mark has a plan and we should know in short time.....GLTA!!!
There is going to be plenty to talk about.....GLTA!!!
It’s obvious that many investors are becoming frustrated. Emotions are natural, but it’s not going to affect the process that the company is taking. I anticipate good news before the AGM......GLTA!!!
I’ll be there in attendance. I have another shareholder from Nebraska who may be coming with me. Are you coming out this year Dick?
Love, love, love, love it
I’m pretty sure that I dated that same girl for 6 months awhile ago.
Seriously, you’re quoting a general disclosure. That disclosure has been in every 10k as required. See you at the meeting next month. Looking forward to meeting you
Sadly, the current educational system is severely flawed. Fortunately, myself and some of these elderly investors have benefited from a proper education. I am certain we are much happier with life then (sic) you believe we should be
