I'm looking forward to them closing on the C-stores and seeing how much they contribute to the overall bottom line.
All last week we were told there would be news this week. Well, the trading week is over and no news.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Found this video about concrete recycling that I thought I'd share. Go GNPT!
Someone is doing everything they can to keep this down. Very disappointing.
Did you file a Schedule 13D or 13G based on your holdings? I find your claim interesting because the CEO owns 7,000,000 shares. You claim almost 4,000,000 shares. Total outstanding shares as of 9/14 was 10,255,626. That just doesn't add up.
I heard that too, almost everyday last week. Another reason I've delayed buying. But the week is not over, still have several more days.
I saw there were 4 in the most recent quarterly report. But I'm concerned about any future convertibles. I'm not saying there will be, but in the filing earlier this year with the increase in authorized shares, it was mentioned in the filing the authorization was in part due to be able to cover future convertibles. I'll wait to see what the next quarterly shows before I make a decision to purchase or not.
I'm not in. I'm concerned with the convertibles and will get in if the price drops further. I see the authorized share count is 750 million. That's a lot of room for convertibles. Hope they don't have to use any of it.
This is true, but why even put up the bid in the first place?
Sounds like a big plus. Keep it all in house.
I hope you're right. Would hate to have more conversions with such a low float.
Someone put up a 4 million share bid. Either they think massive dilution is coming or they're hoping someone will get fed up with this stock and dump it.
That would explain the 4,000,000 bid at 0.0001 that I saw early today.
I mean no offense, but you are mistaken. In his second filing he checked the box that he owns less than 5%. "Item 5. Ownership of Five Percent or Less of a Class.
If this statement is being filed to report the fact that as of the date hereof the reporting person has ceased to be the beneficial owner of more than five percent of the class of securities, check the following [X]."
He now owns 4.6% of the stock, but his number of shares owned increase since his first filing. Dilution pushed him under 5%, but it appears he's still buying.
I doubt he represents another investor because the "Type of Reporting Person" is listed as individual, which I believe he filed on his behalf.
And that's what filings are for. Do you really expect a CEO to take time out to investigate someone who has purchased 5% of the company? Why waste the time when the investor stated in the filing the shares, "...were acquired and are held in the ordinary course of business and were not acquired and are not held for the purpose of or with the effect of changing or influencing the control of the issuer of the securities and were not acquired and are not held in connection with or as a participant in any transaction having that purpose or effect." His intentions of buying shares are no different than any other long in this company. It just appears he has more money and fortitude to buy shares than any other investor. Personally, I hope it pays off big time for him. If he wins big, we all win big. Good luck to you and best of luck to all the longs. GO GNPT!
Why would he have to explain who this investor is? It would appear he purchased the shares on the open market and not through a private placement. I bet Asif doesn't know who he is unless the investor has contact with him.
I wonder if Asif is currently in the market to expand. http://www.bizquest.com/recycling-businesses-for-sale/
I thought about it, but I see someone stepped up and took it out.
Wouldn't you like that? Granted it'll be some time in the future if it happens, but would love to see them reduce share structure without a reverse split.
If this company starts making profits, would love to see them initiate a share buy back.
As of this posting, there are 90,674,118 shares for sale at $0.0002.
Too many shares on the ask at 0.0002. This stock can't run with that huge of a block unless we get a group in here to chisel away at it.
Could be a very good sign that he's still buying. Won't know how many more shares he's accumulating unless he hits 5% again. If the experts are right about steel prices bottoming soon, we could all see an increase in revenue and stock price.
Maybe they didn't like what was said (or not said) in the youtube interview.
I think it's more of a case of someone selling $0.50 worth of shares. Whoever it was must really need the money.
Yes this is a day late, but I'd like to know if all of these C-stores are profitable or did FCGD just purchase someone else's baggage? Thank you.
I hope that's in dollars.
Only time will tell if the note was worth it. If it helps expand and generate additional income, then it just might be worth it. Would like some information as to the current state of the company is. Can't see why he can't post something on a GreenParts Facebook page that is open to the public to inform the investors.
Great link. I believe a lot could be made with recycled tires.
I have no idea. I sure hope he's working on it.
I'll talk to Asif and see what I can do. I'll suggest a tire recycling center acquisition to enhance revenue during the traditional slow first quarter.
Will there be another 81 million on the ask again tomorrow? Thanks.
Your wish has been granted.
You would be correct. I was planning on purchasing today, but after reading all the comments I chose not to. Would like to see facts before investing.
Thank you. That's what I was looking for.
Do we have an exact amount instead of a rough estimate? Thank you.
Some are concerned with the reduction of money from metal recycling. Please keep in mind that GNPT buys wrecked vehicles at auction. These vehicles are disassembled and the good parts (fenders, headlights, engines, transmissions, etc.) are check and sold. Any damaged parts (frame, quarter panel, etc.) are then scrapped. It would appear to me at this point in time that recycled car parts are where a good amount of income is coming from. Of course this will change when scrap metal prices rebound. I too would like to see the sales and net income broken down by: scrap, resold parts, clothes, oil recycling and concrete recycling.
Oh, and if you're wondering, net profit comes out to $0.0014/share (based on 175 million O/S) and GNPT closed at $0.0039/share. I would expect a nice rise tomorrow. Let's all get the word out.
Why would he be selling? Based on the timing of the 13g, he'd take a big hit.
Would you please provide proof this is a new note? Thank you.
At least we won't have to see the same broken record of you posting that he's still on the board.
