6) super excited to see this go to dollar land this year.
Today's topic :
1) Either strong buy because of uplisting soon
2) Strong sell because of all the challenges they've had in past
3) Hold because you're broke and can't buy anymore shares
4) Dont care because this is a POS company
What are people's thoughts?
Money is definitely in the bank. Sales are happening all over the place and its going to show in the financials.
I haven't called to confirm, but I honestly don't think they are distributing the drinks. I really don't believe anything until its confirmed first either in a pr or Facebook and second by me doing my dd. The first hasn't happened yet.
I know that there is a whole business that bought a shirt for their employees for the 4/20 holiday. Also, the drinks are a favorite for the Wu-tang clan.
I agree about how the sale of a company can be a hassle with taxes, and sure, if there was any sort of stock pumping going on that was funded by Jerry it would raise serious issues. What are the things that the company can do at this point going forward to over come some of these challenges?
What do you think some of the challenges Rocky Mountain High Brands faces at this point?
New investors : Due diligence tips : 1) Don't take anybodys word on this board.
2) check out multiple sources for info.
3) keep in mind that this is a penny stock and there is huge potential but every start up will have challenges and things don't always go as planned.
BTW - I own some stock.
Yep. I agree. I have made calls to stores to validate. Can't wait for the financials and uplist.
He already explained the situation to you about how this is a personal phone and not the business phone. Yes, the PR also mentioned this number however the stores that order the product have the official number which is also located on their website and M & S Distributors are in multiple states with multiple stores now including some big chain stores, so they are doing quite well.
We have some really good distributors for Rocky Mountain High. M & S Distributors has got this in some big super markets, and Venessa in California is working extra hard there, and Carolina Hemp Co. Is rocking it in NC.
I agree. This is the best post of the week.
I agree.
Just bought 2 more cases. Everyone at work loves it when I bring them in.
All of these are facts. All you need is a little due diligence.
Just tried the phone number on their website, and there is a voice mail. So, as a resolution to the question about "does this company run its business on a burner phone?". The answer is no.
He's trying to argue about one of their main distributors has a prepaid phone while the main way to contact them is through email. Their Facebook page also doesn't have a phone number but just an email to contact the company. The website is http://www.mandsupnorthdistributing.com
Which does have a phone number for the company here.
I am too.
Good catch. Thanks for being awesome! Go RMHB
I agree. Its so awesome that Hyvee has it in their stores. GO RMHB!
Its going to be a good couple of weeks.
This is a penny stock, and lack of solid PRs are hurting it as well as delays of certain products, but if you're one of the many that have bought this at the store, and like the product, then you'll buy it again, and this will continue to grow as millions of other people will do the same, and the domino effect continues.
This is going to be great! I love how Rocky Mountain High energy tastes so good, and its all natural. Can't wait for the energy crisp.
I agree with this assessment. Very true.
Thanks for the advice, I've done my due diligence and I'm buying. Awesome!
How many times did you read them?
I would assume he is the same one.
Sounds good to me. Go RMHB!
When you tried contacting them through Facebook, what did he say?
Rocky Mountain High Brands for life!
-Expansion is Happening
-Deals are coming.
-Focus on the future
-Uplisting soon
-big investors coming!
-Company just started less than a year ago.
-Venessa is killing it in So California.
-Carolina Hemp is just getting started.
-Those are just a few distributors, among many.
- Do your own due diligence and you'll see... POTENTIAL!!!
I can't wait. We should get a nice bump from that. Have you checked out the Facebook page yet? Events are happening all the time now.
You are correct, it was a success!
Venessa is killing it in South California. If you have doubts about this company, talk to her. Looks like she has some good pictures of Wu-tang Clan with Rocky Mountain High drinks at the show. More to come.
I agree as well, too much negativity lately, but Rocky Mountain High will prevail.
I think its time to jump on board. Great things are happening.
Ridiculous.
I wish I could spend all day on this board, but sadly, I have a JOB! Go RMHB!
He wasn't lying about the audited financials. So maybe he is not lying now either
Why does apple use Samsung components in their phones after they have sued them?
Bring on the questions. This company has an amazing product that people like. Im sure they want to get past the challenges that were their past and move forward. They wouldn't have gone through the hassle with the audited financials if they didn't want to uplist.
Let's talk about how CFO will get this to uplist. Question, the form 10. How many days after that is filed before we are uplisted?
