This was 6 months ago.. share price was hovering around 6 cents.
Whomever tried to rally the paint this morning forgot the base coat. Back to .175
Half of sleeks posts are great DD on CBD and CBD isolates. But most everything is speculation when it comes to CANB and what will happen to CANB in the coming months.
No updates from the board- from whomever is in charge now. Dilly has also been shushed back in which isn’t awesome.
Brick n mortar, forgive my error
It’s been three months since CANB put out a PR that wasn’t about late filings, a scheduled 8k, or a President or COO resigning.
If you want to know what a SSL secure website looks like you can Look at Canbiola or Pureleaf Browser window. See the tiny lock icon? See the “https:”? That “S” stands for “secure” which mean it’s secure website and they paid for an SSL Certificate. Its pretty much the standard when you’re building e-commerce platforms.
Which my point was “Why isn’t seven chakras secure?”
Not being secure isn’t the only issue with seven chakras website as we know. No lab reports for Individual products, the same photos of inventory before Canbiola took it on as a sister site. Just poorly designed...and marketing is unheard of across all three websites.
So I guess you are right in one thing though. Canbiola did not heed my advice in pointing out they should make their website secure. You almost had me excited and feeling like someone was taking action. Thanks anyway.
Type www.sevenchakrasllc.com.
Look at the browser window.
See where it says “Not Secure”???
That means they are not secure to even browse without your information being phished. Look it up. SSL certificate. They don’t have one.
Omg type on the website. Look at the browser window. What’s the first thing you read before the domain name.
“Not Secure”
The checkout portion is always going to be secure because it’s a third party convenience that’s added into the website template. Buying an SSL certificate is cheap. They haven’t done even that.
So while it’s NOT SECURE to browse, that’s a problem. Especially with an e-commerce website.
I’m glad my initial post last month alerted the web designer to pay the fee and become compliant. Easy. Thanks for letting me know what I suggest in terms of e Commerce was taken seriously and corrected.
Reminder of unanswered questions from a poster here.
To Canbiola Management:
I’ve been holding this stock for a very long time and even accumulated lately but while I see many positives, I feel there’s a need for the company to focus and also bring clarity to some of the PR’s and statements made during the shareholders meeting.
I find it very positive that Revenues are growing tremendously for such a small company and am impressed of money raised in the last two private placements, the latest being about $4M at $0.029.
For clarity maybe you can shed some light in a stockholder memo or other public fashion about a few items:
1. SAM’s units – how many have you purchased and what is the adoption rate and usage utilization on a monthly basis? If you have not kept buying additional units per the company’s commitment announced, then why not?
2. Vending machines, what is the strategy? What is the investment of the ordered machines? What is expected revenues? If to place them in doctors’ offices, then I question why visitors wouldn’t just buy the products from the staff instead.
3. Northwell Hospital, is there an agreement with them or are they considered a regular customer? Where in the hospital are the products sold and which products? Does the hospital also sell competing CBD products or does Canbiola have an exclusive?
4. BOD member, advisors et all: What do they bring to the table in return for stock?
5. Expenses and Profit: Even though revenue has exploded so has expenses, will this continue, or do you see a path to profitability/positive cash flow? If so, when?
6. Seed to Oil: what is the strategy for controlling the entire process? Do you envision buying land and starting from scratch or is the goal to purchase/lease parts/all of existing facilities with production capabilities? How about building relationships with growers who can supply raw material?
7. Lab reports: Will these be updated to more current dates?
8. Any plans for product expansion within CBD and beyond (adding THC for example)?
9. Pure Leaf: Any plans of taking this onto Amazon and similar platforms?
10. Nasdaq: what is the strategy of meeting the requirements, especially min stock price and asset and/or revenue requirements? Expected timeline?
11. Investors relations firm: what are they doing to firm up the base and bring new investors?
12. Anything else that you think will benefit shareholders?
I have not sold and continue holding but getting a clearer picture would benefit my self and surely others.
Thanks
Isn’t this copy n paste already stickied? Or are you just trying to drive down the factual DD of those who question CANB’s integrity further down the board. Lol.
Thank you for your DD Walt. Just because the Longs don’t like what you’ve been researching doesn’t make it untrue. Makes sense now. CANB is basically a front. And in two months everyone will understand why those of us started questioning the legitimacy of CANB. But at least some of us sold at mid 4’s. I vaguely remember reading how 6 cents a share was a steal.
Then it was all this FDA talk about the regs being our Silver bullet once we dropped to 3 cants.
How about CANB taking responsibility for having sub par and non SSL compliant commerce sites and being just shy of 2 cents instead of blaming the FDA or the “market”. Sure the market is down but if CANB is soooooo special, how can you compare with all the non isolate US traded stock companies??
CANB just cares about selling shares. Period.
Selling 150 products per machine at 25 machines seems more lucrative than selling NOTHING online.
An average of what- $100 a Canbiola product?
One machine has a potential to produce $15,000 of product. At 25 machines (the number that Canbiola SAID were launched) would bring in $375,000 in sales for the initial launch.
At $50 a product (which is really cheap for Canbiola actually) that would make the 25 lot of machines worth $187,500.
And the Longs here say the launched vending machines don’t matter to revenue. Is that why the company put a PR in August about the “Demand” for such machines?
Next support we’re looking at .0155
Mark it.
Check out Canbiolas sister e comerce sites.
www.pureleafoil.com
E-commerce for the “public consumer”.
Same shared lab reports and products as canbiola.com but cheaper pricing and different labels.
www.sevenchakrasllc.com
E-commerce site touted as the “Spa Line” and caters to “Northwest Territories”. I am no making this up.
No SSL certificate which means it’s not secure for buying with credit card without fear of someone phishing for your financial information. Products are not even made by Canbiola and product photos havent been uodated.
One solitaire lab report for the entire site.
Wow.
Radical Tactical LLC
No website. No web presence yet. Canbiola claimed it was “launched” at the same time the vending machines were “Launched”.
Both seem to be real only in print.
Another non event.

Marco has a plan! Two years in the making. Here here is in the fruitful stages of CANB. Good video to watch
https://vimeo.com/223836395/comments
Chocolates? Infused water? Face creams?! Two years ago Marco was on fire! “Been in the business” since 2005, eh? This is the face of Canbiola. Someone who shrugs his shoulders every 8 seconds and two years later has not achieved one of his projections.
https://vimeo.com/223836395/comments
The only news that Canbiola has felt worthy to share over the past months has been a string of PR’s alerting investors of resignations or newly appointed board members.
Board members who were appointed, then for some reason within a matter of weeks have quit.
Where’s the brick n mortars that Canbiola is selling from? Even Charlottes Web sends emails to its customers announcing product placements and where they can find their products - like a STORE where they can walk in, find their product and BUY it.
And I’m not asking for a lone foot Doctor who gets paid to create an online “shop” (www.truegreenessence.com) and gets a kick back for selling Canbiola products FOR Canbiola. A doctor whose ONLY product in his whole shop is Canbiola. Lol. That’s called an AFFILIATE.
The doctor who sells Canbiola is only selling canbiola. That’s his whole online store inventory. He’s getting paid to sell the product which is great but it’s not a vending machine, or an outpatient clinic, or a donut shop even. It’s not even sold at his brick n mortar practice. Lol.
Checking in. Nothing’s changed on the board I see. Just infighting and waiting to be proven that CANB isn’t dead yet.
I would imagine if there WERE vending machines out n about bringing in revenue (which I think is actually important) then I’m sure we will know about it in the next report from the board. Why would they NOT update that, right? It’s good money coming in supposedly.
I’m trying to find who started the Nasdaq Rumor and the Northwell Hospital deal rumor on this board.
We know CANB itself started the vending machine rumor. And the Radical Tactical LLC rumor. Not sure if they’re responsible for the up listing to NASDAQ rumor. I’m on a search.
Lots of stocks up! At least today was a good day for the sector. Well most of the sector.
Amazons Fault.
So why does Amazon’s listing of Pure Leaf Oil ALSO say it’s “Hemp Leaf Oil” Lol.
Oh ok.
Also, the current price of Canb hemp drops is $140 now. Still expensive but that photo you scoured IG for has almost two years of dust on it.
That photo is from 92 weeks ago. Click on the photo and you’ll see.
“Pure Leaf Oil Hemp Oil Extract with Nano Technology Topical Muscle & Joint Salve - 200mg 60mL”
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VRLRT18/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_UdFRDbRC4AY5B
This “one only” 2oz Jar of Pure Leaf Hemp Extract 200mg cream is selling on Amazon for TWICE the price of MOST hemp creams available on the Amazon Marketplace and only offers a FRACTION of the potency of it’s competitors.
But for those that like comparing - I did find a company who sells 2oz 200mg Hemp Extract Cream, like Pure Leafs but AGAIN, for way less.
“200mg Premium full-spectrum hemp extract pain relief cream.”
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G6WGF19/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_XiFRDbJ4M2GKC
Most Hemp Extract Salves marketed on Amazon average at LEAST 2000mg potency and above for twice the amount of product. Not a measley 200mg.
It’s my opinion that the average consumer will look for higher potencies and larger containers, then price compare and look at reviews.
Pure leaf has 1 review and 1 product in stock available on Amazon. If Pure Leaf wants to make a break on Amazon, then I’d think they’d want to offer a line of products and provide more than 1 offered item in stock and not make it one of the most expensive and least potent hemp extract creams on Amazon.
Good grief, here’s a jar of Hemp Extract cream that touts 25000mg for $17.99. And is recommended by Amazon and has more than 1 review.
Organic Hemp Pain Relief Extract 25 000 Mg, Made in USA, Non-GMO, Natural Hemp Oil for Pain Relief https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WF8VNQ4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_WqFRDbWP6G87C
When the market is flooded with comparable products with 5x, 10x and 15x the potency with some even offering larger amounts for half the price of Pure Leaf Oils’ product, then I’d say Pure Leaf is not competitively priced.
Considering they’re only selling the one jar of salve they have in stock and no other products, I’ll venture to guess this is a proof placement.
When you click on the Seller, “Pure Leaf Oil”, you’re instantly taken to Iced Tea products and other less expensive CBD products.

“We expect an Update on your activities no more than 90 days from today’s date”.
Expect an update.
On FDA’s activities.
90 days from 9/23/19.
Next week is pushing it a bit.
To Canbiola Management:
Why do you list multiple businesses on your “contact us” link at canbiola.com? It was my assumption these companies sell Canbiola products but it appears after multiple phone calls to some listed companies, that is not the case? Are these places then, that you sent samples to?
Why does your subsidiary SevenChakrasLLC.com offer isolate but doesn’t list lab reports on it? And why hasn’t the website been updated and made secure for e commerce purchasing? If any, what are the revenues from SevenChakrasLLC.com?
You put out a PR launching “Radical Tactical LLC” this spring which brands cbd gums, vapes and Kratom to millennials. Where is the website or retail locations for Radical Tactical? I can’t find any information at all on this launch.
What retail and e-commerce partners does your subsidiary “Pureleafoil.com” work with as stated in a Spring PR. What are the revenues from this joint venture?
What are the results and revenues of the vending machines launch? Which retail locations have they been set up in?
Btw -I’m aware you don’t need the FDA approval to sell canbiola.com products because any thc-free cbd is legal to sell, you just have to be careful not to market it as a health benefit until its regulated by the FDA.
“The Troublesome Timeline of CBD’s Rise to Fame
Despite support from individual congress members, the FDA fears that the regulatory process could take years with full support from Congress. While the FDA is exploring legal pathways that will allow it to pass CBD as a food-approved substance in a shorter time frame, the organization has stated that congressional approval would shorten the process even more.
Comments on the public hearing closed on July 16, and the FDA’s REPORT is expected to be forthcoming in the next few months.”
As for regulating CBD, the FDA will require:
“Fillers will have to be listed-
CBD will have to be measured to confirm it occurs in the doses listed on the label.”
(That takes time)
“Companies will have to be honest about where they source their CBD from; and
The FDA will have to test different CBD products to ensure quality and efficacy.”
(That takes time)
“On May 31 2019, a public hearing confirmed that those in the CBD industry are looking forward to being able to market CBD products as food and wellness items in retail once the FDA has concluded its regulation PROCESS”
So regulations won’t be decided until after clinics, trials, and individual research for consumer use. But in the mean time, any CBD company can sell what they want. They just cant promote it or market it as a health benefit legally until the FDA says their product meets their standards.
Canbiola.com does Not seem to have their products or are partnered with these companies. Why in the hell would you list health companies as partners or those who stock your product when they DON’T! Then list their email addresses and phone numbers? Am I literally the first person to find this out?!
So another Lie. I don’t know if I’m glad or pissed I sold at mid 4’s. Because it’ll take more than FDA regulations to get my investment back from this one.
https://canbiola.com/contact-us/
But the companies listed on Canbiola.com are those that carry or offer Canbiola products right?
