Same thing can be said about the cash on hand as stated on the balance sheet 3 years ago and yet they continue to execute on their business plan without diluting shareholders, one has to be a little more open minded to imagine what the company has in store with respect to taking things to the next level
Oh you know...the stuff that allows companies to continue doing business and provides an opportunity to turn a profit without having to resort to diluting it's shareholders
It would be a prudent use of capital no?
We may have to thank you for your services at some point in the near future
It is possible that they already have significant cash flow which hasn't been reported yet. I'm sure we've all witnessed the mysterious and discreet ask slapper over the past few months who buys a small amount every few days or so, just enough so that the share price stays above .005 but not in a quantity that would spark a rally. I suspect that the company has been deliberately quiet so they can purchase shares on the open market to reduce the o/s.
Markets are closed today but we can have a debate if you like. As you are aware there is a quarterly statement due shortly, what makes you think that we could see triple zero share prices and what sort of a time frame are you thinking? Just trying to get an idea what the catalyst would be given that funding is in place for the foreseeable future as demonstrated by the lack of dilution the last 3 years now
It's due November 15th, will it reveal anything...hard to say
I'm scared, should I sell?
Keep wondering, yawn...
Morality is important to you, good one!
And that was a great short. Plenty of money can be made both ways, it's understandable why people continue to watch
So you just watched this thing go up 3,000% last time around?
Not even for the next pump and dump?
Is that your break even price?
That's not a very good analogy, gasoline can be commonly found at a gas station, not crude oil. Now that you mention it though, I think they are overdue to raise the bond offering again, why not make it an even 100 million this time!
That would be too obvious, saying nothing and pivoting to something new would make more sense.
Just thinking out loud, maybe we won't get an update on oil and gas operations at all and we'll hear about some new business plan involving real estate and some new mineral resources. What do you guys think?
Hmm...something just doesn't seem right. Pretty soon here the snow is going to cause access issues in Wyoming again, what's the excuse going to be then?
Anyone contact the transfer agent recently?
I would suggest being open minded, the fourth quarter is right around the corner after all.
; )
I'm looking forward to meeting them
Lol, how do you expect to sell any shares then?
Nice, are we ready to pump it yet or do you still want more shares?
Beautiful, how many shares did you manage to buy this time around?
That's enough for today, see ya tomorrow
I got this from their latest bond brochure:
CG Capital, Inc, is a wholly owned subsidiary of CGrowth Capital, Inc,. This fourth borrowing company has been introduced, to allow additional capacity and lending scope. To capitalise on smaller projects and provide a dedicated security mechanism for funding such transactions, CG Capital Inc is secured by 1st legal charge on a floating basis over all its assets. If CG Capital, Inc. undertakes a given project in its own name, it shall hold assets (likely either resource or real estate) of value captured under the security taken.
Where CG Capital, Inc. funds other third party or group related projects, it shall take security over such projects to the same extent, creating a security chain over all projects it is engaged in and those it funds. Whilst CG Capital, Inc. is not a major for such projects to then become stand-alone borrowers.
As with the three main borrower companies, loan capital will be secured against the assets of CG Capital, Inc. appropriate insurance shall be maintained for self-managed projects and be a requirement for companies or organisations it funds.

Yeah that is a bit strange given that the transfer agent says the share structure hasn't changed since Nov 2015. I wonder where that money is gonna come from
Yeah I know it's weird right. I hear there's more asset aquisitions coming down the pipe too
I'll fill you in on a little secret....
The field is producing.
That's one way to look at it. The whole world runs on cheap debt, at least here with CGRA the investment capital is backed by real tangible assets.
As the CEO should be.
Just thinking out loud, that way all the noise and scrutiny of the company would no longer be a distraction and they would be free to grow and build the business as they see fit.
It's almost like they are planning a leveraged buyout and take this thing private
Goes to show how tight the share structure is. I wonder what's gonna happen when news drops
Yup, all those that have sold and moved on are gonna miss out big time
That was pretty quick, which brokerage do you use?
How is that possible? It's barely traded 500k all week long and mostly at the ask...
Stick around, you'll find out
I wish
