Not a rear view mirror type but maybe thats why the pps is at 1 cent. As I said started buying when kiln pic left the dock and on site to me thats progress. Lets see what happens moving forward not looking in the past.
10Q comes out 4:01pm day its due. I love that and am sure creditors, shareholders, universities and potential customers love it too. There is nothing more important to the market than opening the books in a timely manner. Many otc companies are late or don't report at all, then the unknown hits the market what are they hiding. Looking at the specifics of the 10Q there is no determential RS or increase from 500 mill share count announced however its concerns me that they issued 80 mill shares recently at such low pps. I read it went to retiring debt or meeting debt obligations so a good thing mind you. I am hoping those creditors do not sell their shares and become long term shareholders recognizing as I do progress is being made and with the plan of step 2 in the process of the plant and hiring staff a step forward indeed. My hope is that the marketplace now views CCTC as a more serious investment with the Kiln on site and a plan that moves closer to getting coal tested. I really think once the plant is up and things are running smoothly, the amount of coal to be tested will not be an issue. The real hurdle is the assembly of the plant on the same scale imo as getting the kiln to site. Bottomline we are at 1 cent I think we may have hit a double bottom here so with a timely 10q and a plan to get the plant in place lets see if a reversal in pps comes this week. I like what I see in the 10q. Lets see what happens on Monday maybe an indication....There are so many companies on the otc with nothing happening that are bigger in market cap than we are. Maybe we are way oversold. Time will tell. GLTA

This is my take. The kiln leaving the supplier dock must have been tested. Although Eves didn't mention it you don't ship a $1.4 million piece of machinery with build to print then sign off bye. This step is what I was waiting for and started to accumulate right up to yesterday. Imo sample coal on site is not an hurdle, plant assembly is not a hurdle issue shares get it done. Once this is done grants or other investor investment may not be a hurdle. The real hurdle is getting a sales force to get out there and get customers. This is my belief I am forward looking and speculating to the customer stage and decided not to wait around until that if at all happens if it does the share price will not be where it is today. My bet is not on Eves its on the technology. Customers may even knocking on their door to get their coal cleaned. Not much leadership required if kiln is build and cleared to do what its supposed to do. Coal in, push a few buttons, coal out. Lets see what happens
I am surprised no one has mentioned the fact this is a very different time. When Eves goes to the DOE or India or Australia or wherever to gain interest. Its not just saying we have a process but can now invite potential customers to do a site visit seeing the kiln. Instead of just here is our process are you interested? Ya a different time indeed.
I really don't care about more shares if the proceeds on used for forward progress. The obstacle was getting the kiln made now on site. If they are using shares to move forward great. I have seen too many companies use shares to pay salaries and bonuses and not to forward progress.I have also seen insiders hold very little shares. I am actually pretty excited although there is a disconnect from progress of kiln on site to share price. I guess the real question is will the kiln work as it was made to. If not why would it be signed off the supplier dock. Its new not used either. Alot of focus can come our way. My bet is in. Let's see what happens

It would be nice to hear specifically in print why they continue to miss providing the fins. Maybe then someone will try and rescue the situation only if there is factual reasons why. But the continuous silence and missed targets leads one to think why continue to throw money at this. My 2 cts
Something is not right and does not make any sense to me outside eyes looking in. I have basically thrown in the towel on this but will share a few things that are racking my brain.
When BLTA got suspended, why the hell did Tony not immediately call a special emergency shareholders meeting?
Why did Tony not communicate with the SEC during the 10 days or the May 31 deadline?
Why push the envelope to its limit to have a phone call op in July?
Why, if money is the issue, not do a preferred offering with warrants?
Why not go to your loyal base in March when they received the warning letter?
Why not say anything for 6 months and nothing to date?
It seems like on the surface, we are continuing our downward spiral, continuing to miss SEC dates, continuing to drown further and further but still nothing from the company!

Correct! On March 6 they recd the warning letter, they were not caught off guard! Now, the scramble to get it lifted instead of acting on the warning letter not to be suspended in the first place or even better release the fins in December. I really dont know what the hell they were thinking! Ass backwards decision making imo.

It was a late cc payment eh but not the missing financials. What a bunch of crap! Caught the compnay off guard.... really did they not get the warning letter March 6! Very poor decision making and lack of judgment.

Just wanted to say I really enjoyed the constructive chat with potential scenerios and interesting reads provided by Cert the avaition man and MM the records man and Anvil. It was very interesting at the time, although it didnt work out in the end for me. Also to Lost for continuously mentioning the financials. I now think it wasnt the financing that held up Songbird in November it was a step b4 that being the financials. That too would have held up the missing for sale Songbird plane in March and Xtra in April. Its been educational for me thxs guys keep up your knowledge sharing and constructive not kids stuff character. Gnite
Good point MM, I dont think Connie is another potential path. To me it was Xtra or that missing Songbird plane.
The price is tanking because of no execution or news on any progress, you cant expect it not too based on a few posters saying " our time is here " and " this is the week " as they did a few weeks ago and then disappearing which to me is even worst where they raise the expectation then set up a free fall in disappointment with no news announcement that week.
Bottomline, we need execution or an update from the company. Hoping Xtra is still in play and BLTA is the one, with April gone....who knows.
Thanks for sharing Cert, I was hoping:
1. the Songbird missing plane off the list for sale in March was for BLTA - that went to Malta.
2. Xtra would announce that BLTA was the company that was rewarded Xtra in April.
I dont know what they are doing, its not like they did not have the opportunities to execute the above in April.
The other thing that is on my mind is the annual shareholders meeting of last year I think it was May 11, no announcement on this years and looks like it will be past May 11, I understand why imo they have to have a shareholders meeting and announce something, they cant just have one and say hi we have nothing to announce.
Maybe it is time for a management shuffle? At some point, management has to assume responsibility for not executing!

5. Blta is not a money bag co like World imo they are restricted to look at this one plane only type scenerio
Bottomline is to me if they are not in on Xtra or another similar 1 plane op. Then I dont know how or what they plan on doing to survive.
Xtra airways, what happened to the April award ceremony? Does this speak to a potential money bag co like World not being in? Is the lawsuit the obstacle? Or is BLTA in and trying to get it done needing more time? Imo if there were multiple bids one would have been selected in April.

I dont know about that, there was 10 mill on the bid at .0017 last time I checked a few days this week. Lets see if this is a trend or just a lull.
Judging by the very very low sell volume this week and the fact that there are over 9 billion shares outstanding, this leads me to believe that someone has said something to the effect of........ " dont sell your shares". It cant be mere coincidence imo there are just too many shares out there!
Purely guessing but geez look at the sell volume!

Whoever gets this plane has the financing in place and most likely proof of it needed before the last step in the process, the air test flight before delivery.

Guys, its up to you, but to say BLTA does not have a possibility to succeed is unfair, its a thought that is not for those who want to succeed in life, in fact its planning to fail at the beginning of obtaining a goal process. In my life, many of my friends trashed my thought of being who I wanted to be in business, they were unsupportive, they said stuff like... you got to be kidding me you will never do this or that give up before you even try! I am sure some of you experienced the same when trying to better yourself in business with an idea.... you take it to friends and family and they trash it. Folks, try not to be one of these people that hold others back. If I listened to my friends, I would not have achieved what I have today, it was sure determination and risk that I enjoy a little bit of freedom. On that note, BLTA has failed many times but what is the underlying foundation to any success path is their determination. Maybe one day, they will turn that determination into success instead of rejection. I can recall reading Walt Disney was rejected 302 times by banks for Disneyworld, most people try something once and then never try again. For BLTA lets see what happens here, maybe another let down or maybe not, but it seems to me their are quite a few variables in front of them. Lets see if they pull through....
