Well I am lucky enough to be a share holder on Dec 18, 2014 where I am 3x my money right now and if I got out at one point it could have been 7x my money. It is a winner for me and many others recently

Selling before the name change unless you just really need money is a terrible idea IMO. This will shoot to a new 52 week high after the name change and revenues, How high? Not sure but it has .01+ potential if everything falls into place

When is the last time they posted any new news?
