But of course.
I'm sure happy to listen to someone tell me what it is in the filings that I seem to be missing. At the very least, I'm certainly going to need something more than snarky replies telling me to read dated filings. But I won't hold my breath.
I've been following this POS for over three years now and have read all of the filings. It's all BS from an experienced BSer who continually adjusts the playbook in order to keep the narrative going.
There are no current filings to read. In their absence, best I can come up with is that someone's manipulating it.
So, I'm looking for the filings so I can really familiarize myself with SWET's plans and it's capital structure. I must be missing something though; there must be something on file more current than the Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2016, right? It would be just super if someone would point me in the direction of the 2016 K and the Qs for 2017. Thanks!
Rhetorical questions and posting stuff that's been around for years now -- strong support for the viability of the proposed tower or power. This is a share selling scheme ... end of story.
Like I said ... it never gets old
It never gets old. Thanks!
I would, except SWET hasn't filed anything since June 14, 2017 and that was for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2016. So its last filing is well over a year old now meaning there's not really anything current to read.
You know the old saying... A fool and his money are soon parted.
Wait, what!? Moving back in time is solid progress?
Absolutely true. I've lost track of how many times I've said that on this board.
If receiving a rubber stamp counts as progress, then I guess you're right. Keep dreaming about those PPAs and financing though. It is just not going to happen.
SWET ... We make it up as we go along!
And SWET actually received the pre-certification about a month later. I looked at this process way back when and, if memory serves, the pre-certification process is pretty much a rubber stamp. And, indeed, it only took about a month for it to get the pre-certification so you do the math. It's pretty meaningless in the grand scheme of things. Pretty much like everything SWET announces.
Don't forget stack repurposing! I'm expecting something huge on that soon! Or not.
Just so I'm clear, was this the jaw dropping news we've been waiting for (per post 15802)?
Nice try BTM. Allegedly closing in on the "final engineering" is not exactly tangible progress. Anyway, I thought SWET was mere weeks away from completing that. It's now approaching months.
I don't know, it got pert near out of the trips with no news of any moment.
I'm sure SWET is just holding on to release it along with the
Bid's down to .0004/ask's down to .0005. Seems to be slowly on the march back to .0001.
Well ... it's not going to be built so, fortunately, the City does not have much to worry about.
Rhetorical questions are fun, aren't they!? When was the last time SWET accomplished something tangible towards the fulfillment of its dream?
Misguided as it is, I continue to admire your unbridled optimism regarding the prospects of this POS.
Inquires to AGP website, because, you know:

AGP is wayyyyyy to busy to issue any updates
How are all those meetings going with the folks they met at the conference?
You mean that SWET has a website!? Now why didn't you tell me that before?
I'm going with not likely.
What else is new?
As I've said before ... I love the hope and optimism. It's completely misplaced, but I still love it.
A whole lot of nothing? I thought there was some funny stuff in there. How can SWET know that there won't be any loss of projected energy generation if they don't know the actual height and diameter of the Tower -- they don't know the input but they can know the output?
And Kenya seems like it's moving right along
I always forget ... is it the cart that goes in front of the horse or the other way around?
Well, that's got to be right up there with the understatements of the century.
I love the hope and optimism. It's misplaced, but I still love it.
Might as well just open the car window and toss it out.
For amusement purposes, I just took a look at SWET's last update on the "Kenya Project." Could it be any sketchier?
SWET's also sold a lot of people down the river.
That's one thing that SWET does well ... meetings and news therefrom. News of a lender deal, huh? Just like National Standard right? How'd that work out?
Whatever happened to Aldwych Capital Partners which it retained to provide investment banking services?
Or Hanover International which SWET retained as its Capital Markets Advisor.
I'm also waiting for that Benefits and Services Agreement with Arizona Alternative Energy Center, LLC (AAEC) to pay off. You know, the one where AAEC will raise up to $100 Million Dollars of development capital through the Federal EB-5 Visa Direct Investment Program
Sorry fellas. SWET is a share selling scam.
