The WTER home page does not mention what I call event busting news?? Looks like their mum and still has old posting back on March 27th???
To me, looks like they could care less about keeping their investors informed. We have to stumble on this kind of news.
Bunch of clowns.
Now that's what I'm liking a whole lot; it's been a long time coming. kudos, WTER.
Maybe they don't have much confidence in public responses.
Yes, which is good for WTER but my comment was in reference to FIJI bottled water.
Was wondering bout that but just posting what I'm reading.
Interesting article by Upworthy on AOL home page; citing recent city of Cleveland, Ohio had inspection done on Fiji bottled water because said company had made statements regarding quality of Fiji bottled water as opposed to Cleveland tap water. End result of inspection found that Fiji bottled water has trace of Arsenic found and none found in Cleveland tap water!? What a laugh when a city's tap water is better than talked up bottled water.
Prof81, thanks for that. So very strange that WTER folks do not reply when asked how demos are doing or any updates; likewise, no reply from COSCO either.
WTER home page is window dressing only; they don't respond to anything, just a bunch of losers.
On March 27, 2015 WTER announced a SOON to demo-deal in selected COSCO stores; has it been initiated yet?, or by "soon" meaning like next year?, when??, or has it come and gone with zero effect?
Inquiring minds would like to know.
Something tells me the well is about to run dry.
Same here, viewed and nothing about WTER or Nicholas mentioned.
Pantz,
Thanks for your heads up info., appreciate it.
Well, just back from vacation with no communication technology allowed and looks like WTER is still stuck with their same ol'(10 million) projection looking forward. Nothing else to crow about, I guess??
Thanks for the tips; you go girl.
I live in Longview, Texas with a rather small population of what?, over 100 thousand.
What I'm surprised about is that there is only one(1) store,(Super 1 )which carries the two large capacity A88.
I'm disappointed that Albertson's doesn't carry it here and yet does so like in California; and believe me I've gone all over my area and other towns close by looking for A88 with no success.
But then again?, why would one want to mix frozen A88 with anything else and mess up the purpose of A88?
Dear,
That's one hell of an idea; hope no one beats you to the punch as they say.
Obviously not; but thank you for clarifying, appreciate that.
Pantz,
I don't get it??, why just a demo?
Seems like Cosco is not really convinced as to the quality of this product. Why a demo, is my concern; real big concern. Reminds me of that earlier post regarding McLane connection.
The reason for bringing up Coco-Cola/Monster Beverage here is because these big soda companies in order to survive in the future will need to improvise their inventory or face similar demise like Kodak, etc.
That being said, these behemoths will more than likely have to forgo their practice of measuring "when" to invest or take-over certain promising small businesses; as perhaps a company such as WTER? Remember I stated earlier that certain experts predict that bottled water would rank #1 in the beverage arena in the U.S., come 2016? Food for thought.
I see a big post of top stocks/gains at the top of this site and notice Monster beverage at the very top, which of course if I read correctly is owned by Coca-Cola; but reading further ALL these soda companies are taking a big hit with declining consumption of their old sugar drinks and are searching for new ways to grow their inventory of the future; their stock holders are getting antsy while they wait and see what lies in the horizon.
According to, "Business Insider" 2014-report there was a (0.9%) decrease in soda consumption from a year prior; also, (1.4 billion) cases less from 2004.
Experts from Beverage Marketing Corp., predict bottled water will become the No.1 packaged beverage sold in the U.S. by the year (2016).
That's like in the very near future, hmmmmmm??
Wonder why this site does not show any activity for WTER???
Then again, maybe there's a possible buy out of WTER in the making??
Wonder if Berkshire's Heinze merger with Kraft, making it the third largest in the food and beverage arena has anything to do with the recent developments with WTER??, or not??
Guess all the talking heads are mum on this topic.
What a great disappointment; I thought I'd hear some valuable information pertaining to aforementioned "big bomb" by what's his name? Best word to describe it, "Deceiving".
CRZIT;
Can you give everybody your opinion of whether the deal with McLane is still in the works?, seeing how both DelNorte and McLane are based out of Texas?
Let's see???, "Especially unique" "State of the Art".
"Making A88 a pioneer in this technological advancement." but, you state in the same paragraph, "originally developed in Estonia, this process is currently utilized in many foreign countries and only recently available in N. America."
Rather contradicting yourself there? So basically, A88 is not a unique, state of the art, one of a kind product. That's what you're saying in basically one sentence? So, when and where was this A88 developed, which is currently utilized in many foreign countries??
Would you clarify, please??
The only reason I'm sticking around is because from what I paid coming in, my stock is worthless; so I'm here to see if and when she goes belly up.
That'll make three companies which this CEO has had a hand in which are now worthless, amazing.
Well said; I posted a comment/question which I also asked A88 on their website how this was going down what with looming McLane distribution demands, etc., and how A88 would be able to meet that demand?, well....never got an answer to this day, so????
Clearly, anyone can see who A88 got on this site as paid/compensated, "talking heads!" After all, they seem to pay everyone/anyone who will make an effort to put up a front for them.
Mago,
Wanna share what BigNews is out??
I did email the WTER company via their investors queries as to how they were going to address the need and demand what with the large venue of McLane's reach several days ago and never did get a response, so I guess this Market Watch press release might be right, but then I wonder what the market/investor reaction and result(s)of this enormous blunder will be?
I guess, CEO,Nicholas' remarks about this deal was issued in error as well??
What the????,
OK,so now I'm reading this press release: Market Watch
KILL-The Alkaline Water Company,Inc., Published. Feb. 17, 2015 @ 5:15 p.m. ET.
Editors and other readers are advised to disregard the news release with the headline, "Alkaline Water Co. and Industry Leading McLane Company Ink Distribution Deal, Issued Feb. 13 by the Alkaline Water Company, Inc. The release was issued in error.
wter, re: 10.0 vs 8.8.....good to know, thanks.
I was wondering, what with this tremendous marketing opportunity at hand, how will the production-end handle the demand? Might there be a financial-hand$$$, in the making to expand production costs?
The connection to Berkshire Hathaway, makes for a very promising scenario.
Still, no where close to my initial investment; still got my fingers crossed and sitting tight on this one.
What constitutes labeling water as "alkaline?"
A ph of:(8.0-10.0).
There are a handful in the(8.8 ph range), there are a handful in the (9.5 ph range), and as far as I can see, only one rated, (10.0 ph).
So the competition for A88 is rather, stiff out there, which probably explains the drop from grace as they say.
Meant to mention that the Alkaline 8.8ph which Albertsons carrys is called, EVAMOR; bottled right next door in Covington, LA 70433.
Anyway, Albertsons does carry natural rare artesian water with a ph 8.8 alkaline 64ounces=2 quarts. And a couple other so called alkaline water products, but no A88. End story.
I was at Super1 yesterday and still is the "only" store here in Longview, TX carrying A88. Even Albertson's doesn't carry A88 out here and yet they do out west/California, go figure???
Anyway, which seems like a fire sale on A88 at Super1, four 3liter bottles going for, ($1.99 ea.)but you gotta purchase four together. (FIRE SALE) folks.
