I hope so!
Agreed re updating the intro to this board! It’d be greatly appreciated :)
Although I now agree otcshort’s is a fubar site, it is curious that the last measurement of 18% was the lowest reported (w/ some semblance of volume) and the next day we have a little bit of life. Not making a statement, just calling it out. Who knows where we go from here. I damn sure don’t!!

This explained it clearer than surf’s condescending delivery. I now understand. Whelp I’ll take enlightenment however I can get it - thx surf!
Lol!
...or unless NAKED short selling is going on. If you have a way to prove objectively (no opinions) that this is impossible as an POTENTIAL reality for this stock I’d truly love to understand! I haven’t found any data sources available to normal Joe’s like us
Thx for the article and I read it completely:
“ In the case of OTC stocks, FINRA publishes that information for free on the Over-the-Counter Equities page.”
That was from the article you sourced. There were a lot of very good points raised in the article re the difference between measuring short positions via either a) volume or b) actual positions twice a month reported. But nothing at all that completely disqualifies the OTC link I provided. Net net: $CYIO has been HEAVILY shorted for weeks now -> PERIOD, and it’s had an impact on the PPS.

I found this interesting and was a bit surprised honestly.
Thoughts re 1) who and why? 2) impact on PPS up to this point? 3) short interest impact going forward?
Regards and thx!

No idea, very frustrating! Some things I’ve come to believe strongly and it’s just my opinions: a) float is most definitely NOT locked like people were saying in the Twitter-verse lol! b) there are NO buyers even at these levels AND, c) there MUST be a reason why shareholders have been selling so much this past few weeks. Maybe it’s that Helio’s revs and financials aren’t really all that or that they are taking on a shit-ton of debt to do potential acquisitions and to fund the transaction costs. No idea, but this PPS action can no longer be ignored!
Yep! The other day I was shocked how far it momentarily dropped.
Only one simple question: are you bearish or bullish on CYIO?
Yes I wanna know too cause no one knows Helio’s financials! That’s the only secret keeping this thing down. Once Helio is included in reporting, and assuming the numbers are even in the ballpark, PPS will re-rate. Dunno what it’ll re-rate to, but something will change! Unfortunately until those numbers come out the haters and other players in this $CYIO-saga / chess match will keep this PPS low and thumb’d down
WTF?!?!
Thank you. I still need to take a deeper dive but your perspective is appreciated. Maybe the IRS liabilities they settled last year and presumably are currently paying off are skewing/reflected in the numbers?
Yeah and that’s down from $0.04 the prior quarter! I am a shareholder but I gotta be honest that I did NOT like this report! Took in more revenues but such a big drop in net revs? I also noticed total liabilities decreased so I’m still confused (and need to read report on computer vs phone), what the hell happened in the middle between the top line and bottom line numbers! I also didn’t understand why the hell we need all these loans from Bonar especially given the big interest payouts he gets as outlined in the same report with maturity dates!!! Something is fishy here unless someone can help me understand

Yeah buddy, should be a very interesting week!
Very helpful, thx! Couple questions: a) do you foresee us getting visibility into Helio’s cash flow + assets/liabilities this week? If so, b) what’s the best practical way to create a baseline valuation estimate for this combined company?
I noticed that too. I have noooooo idea!?! I can’t call nothing on the OTC lately lol!!!
Just saw that too - does that mean these will be “audited” filings?
Nothing
Based on announcements from Management that next week’s (see late filing notice of 5/20 on OTC site), filings should include Helio’s financials. Assuming this data allows us to calculate Helio’s book value:
Price to book value =
Market PPS /
Book Value per Share
Book value per share ==
Total assets - liabilities /
Total O/S
5 == (industry std for price to book)
Assume Book Value/share == $500M/109M
== 4.58
5 = PPS / 4.58
At industry avg and 5 ratio, est CYIO PPS = $22.93
3 price/book ratio == $13.74 PPS
1 price/book ratio == $4.58 PPS
Don’t wanna argue re above assumptions on numbers, rather, just wanna get perspectives on the viability of this approach and math. The actual numbers will come in next week (so we won’t have to guess/assume) or they won’t (we’ll have to continue the guessing game till their first joint filing)....so there’s no need to debate my $500M guess/assumption
Thoughts?
I was thinking that too, specifically that they announced its “final” but nothing on the OTC website re filings? Where would a RM like this be filed?
Just also checked the “new” website and saw the domain is for sale...does not instill confidence lol!
What are everyone’s thoughts re updating this board to reflect merger finalization vs merger potential?
Question: when is the deadline for Q1 filings? Thoughts from the group regarding prospects that they’ll also release audited results and/or news? This thing has been dead for quite some time!
Horrible
LMAO! Seriously right?!?! Days like this all I can do is laugh it’s so confusing and painful!
I see a lot of positive drivers as well that seem to be excluded from the other side of the argument. It seems very obvious to me that CYIO is now a completely different culture and Mr Lewis’s influence is significantly reduced. Any argument leading contrary to this I typically stop reading. But what’s not obvious to me, is the stock performance since the RM was announced. Quite frankly I can find solid data points to explain it or trust in a theory and it’s concerning. But I haven’t sold and believe, while there are some concerns with AS, recent (small) dilution, and unknowns on Helio’s exact financial condition (should be revealed with Q2 reporting) - the positive data points and SIGNIFICANT upside potential far outweigh the bad in a balanced and honest discussion in my opinion
Has HPMM always been pink current as it is today? I thought last week it was “pink limited”?
Weren’t we supposed to have these by now???
Amended returns today
Am I reading today’s chart correctly that around 3:20 EST someone bought around 300,000 shares?
I have growing concerns that a) we’ll never get the audited results we were promised, b) nor the uplist previously promised, c) nor the big “news” also promised. Getting frustrated
What did y’all think of the recent report? Seemed like a lot of debt issuance / dilution and I don’t understand why they’re burning through so much loot (almost $12M in “G&A)?
I’ve been hittin surf up with private messages and he’s been helping with education and niche questions here n der....good dude. I wonder if because CYIO is the acquiring company there’s some reg that they independently needed to raise their own cash for certain costs relating to the transaction...hence the dilution to 109M OS? I can’t imagine Helio would otherwise wanna sell/dilute at these levels. Thoughts?
Notification of late filing just hit...looks like 04/15 I suppose
No annual report?
