My fault "multi-Billion" dollar business, Lol. And yet still can't find the time to inform shareholders what this company does to make all those "Billions". Maybe they've spent all their money on office space and employees and have nothing left to hire auditors.
Or perhaps they just got so busy running that "multi-million dollar" business they forgot:}
Looks like some of the so called "longs" are bailing out.
What gives is ELGL is total BS. Use to be a believer back before they changed names and ticker, but got smart and sold.
I live in Virginia Beach and would go by their old office periodically at different times and the place never looked occupied. This among many other issues, sent up red flags to me. Seriously, a company claiming to do millions in business, never seemed to have people coming or going and the blinds on the windows and doors were always closed. IMO this office was nothing more than a front and I would assume the new place is as well. One would think that a company doing that much in revenue would have employees or salespeople etc in and out of there all day.
And now they claim to be doing what kind of business and how much in revenues/assets? Yet can't seem to get audited financials completed after how long?
Not saying any of this proves anything or telling people to buy or sell. I just wanted to point out to those with blind faith in this company to beware, because all is not what it seems. $ELGL
Where is VNDM getting all these shares they have been selling for over the last year+ ? They never seem to go away and always have millions to sell. Unfortunately, I have a hard time seeing the pps going anywhere as long they are around.
No doubt referrals are a great way to market our product, especially a system like the one you gave as an example.
I just believe more and more retailers will start charging some form of "user" fee when customers opt to pay with their cc. It will then be on eMobilePay to take advantage of this by marketing our product through referrals etc as the lowest cost payment option.

You may be on to something here. If enough merchants started charging the fees to customers for using cc's, you could entice customers into using eMobile by offering it as a no fee alternative. This way the merchant doesn't have to pay the cc fee or give a discount for eMobile. The customer will decide which option is best for them based on whether they are willing to pay the cc fee or not.
The key will be getting at least one large scale retailer or multiple smaller ones to put it into action. Once others see it working and saving money, they will follow suit. Otherwise merchants will likely have to offer some sort of incentive to the customer to gain any wide spread adoption of eMobile.

I'm with you on the business model, as this along with their execution of such, is what led me to buy this stock in the first place.
Have to reiterate though, I feel things aren't moving along as well as they had projected. A little better communication with shareholders is not much to ask; but I will be patient as well and see what happens over the next 6 months or so.
Not 100% sure but I think that page has been there for a little while. I do recall reading this a few months back, perhaps though the numbers have changed?? Not sure though.
Thanks. Tomorrow should give us some indication on whether there is increasing interest in our product through signs of higher revenues. Though I doubt it will be much larger than the previous quarter, any increase is a good indicator. Let's hope for a better week and more so a better year.
Maybe we've hit a solid support level and will gradually keep heading upward. I'd hate to think we go much lower as that is usually not a good sign of things to come.
I bought into this stock with a long term perspective, and still have high hopes for what this company can achieve. Just need the revenues to start coming in stronger this year to keep things moving along.
Do you know if the quarterly report is due out Monday?
I understand your position on answering those questions, was just curious as to your take on things. I will contact Mike personally for answers. Appreciate your helpful insight. Thanks again
Fair enough on the deserved vacation, I'll just leave that subject alone.
You've stated that you are in frequent contact with Mike, has he given you any concrete answers to what is going on with additional installs, CPM rates, updated revenue projections, S-1 status?
Do you feel the pending financials will show any increase in ad revenues?
Per their last financials, cash flow was getting low, any opinions on how they plan to keep operations running without increased revenues?
It seems we are behind on where they projected we would be at this time, any reason given for this? Could it just be limited finances causing the slowdown?
As another poster stated the other day, I too would like to take advantage of this buying opportunity but am hesitant due to a lack of corporate status updates. Perhaps they will PR something meaningful to let us know where we are and where we are headed. Thanks again for your feedback.
I talked to Mike on the phone a few months back, seems like a nice guy, but most of the info he gave me has not come to pass. As you've stated, I also believe he is only relaying what has been told to him. The point is, we are down quite significantly in share price and I (and it would seem others) want to know what the company is doing to protect or increase shareholder value.
Though I know when one invests in the OTC pinks, there is significant risks. I also believe seeking a positive ROI is why we invest our money in companies like this?
It has been several months since the S-1 was originally filed and yet we have had no feedback from them on where we stand with this. I think an update on what is happening with the company, either good or bad, is long overdue.
Please understand slowplay that I am not placing fault on you for any of this, but just merely replying to you and venting at the same time. I do appreciate all the feedback you have given in the past.
I will give Mike a few days and see what's up, but in my opinion, using the excuse that he's going on vacation at the same time the stock price is falling into oblivion is somewhat peculiar to say the least.
Not giving up on this company yet, besides all I will have left at this point is a big tax write off. Just expecting some real answers as to where we stand. Thanks and good luck to all.
Has anyone talked to Mike Kordysz lately about what's going on? Is this just fallout from slower than expected revenue growth or perhaps a worse than expected quarterly report? Stock dilution? Not trying to sound like I'm complaining, but I'm now looking at an 80% loss in stock value and was wondering if anybody has a clue what's happening. Thanks
That's good news for us $CADY investors! Definitely appreciate that you shared this valuable info with us. I do have to say I was becoming quite concerned with how long PUMA was going to stick around.GL
Thanks for keeping the board informed with the latest news on CADY. Definitely looks like things are picking up with the advertising contracts which IMO should start to pay off in the near future. The pps is a little frustrating right now, but in all honesty it has allowed me to pick up a few more shares at good prices.
Did any of you see the tweet Mike Loustalot posted last week showing the Nike ad that's running on their tablets? Not sure how big of a deal this is for revenues, but the last time I checked Nike was a pretty big company that spends a lot of money on advertising. Just pointing out the obvious:) Here's the link for those that missed it.

Like I said in my previous post the building listed for the GBHD office does exist at 2232 VB Blvd, and #110 is occupied as an office and not a retail space. People will just have to rely on their own DD and make investment decisions based on what is best for them.
The question on my mind and perhaps others is, when do all these advertising deals start turning into actual revenues? We've had installs going on for awhile now, shouldn't we be seeing some modest increases in revenue on the next quarterly statements? Will they be coming out in August? Any opinions/thoughts out there?
Thanks. I've only been in a couple of weeks but my investment here is already showing green and I like what I see. IMO this is only the beginning. GL
Just to add my two cents into the conversation...I live in VA Beach about 3 miles from 2232 VB Blvd and have driven by this place on many occasions. It's near the intersection of Great Neck Rd and VB Blvd, and is in fact a "real" location consisting mostly of retail and office spaces.
As for the mailing address, I have physically checked it out and it is a Mail Depot. But is it uncommon for a company to have a postal delivery box when they possibly incur a high volume of mail? Big corporations use PO Boxes all the time for customer inquiries and billing. So having a postal box is not really a sign of something sinister going on. Not sure what your goal is PennyP, but IMO I somehow doubt you're here to help save me and others from making bad investment decisions.
First post here and yes I am invested in GBHD.
Pay no attention to me about walking down the pps. I'm certainly no conspiracy theorist, was just merely ranting in disbelief of why someone would sell at this point in the game.
You are correct about the selling pressure as it has been quite strong the last several sessions. I suppose everybody has one reason or another to buy or sell a particular stock, and perhaps things just aren't happening fast enough for some.
Yeah it seems as though the powers that be are walking this down. I see this as a nothing more than a great buying opportunity.
Awesome it looks like getting to the QB won't be a major hurdle though we'll have to wait a short while to move up to the bigger market. Not a huge deal for now but eventually we will need to get there to attract the big money players. Things will fall into place in time and I'm good with that as I consider myself a long term investor.
Loustalot posted on Twitter that Digital is looking for a sales and operations support administrator. Don't really know what that position involves but looks like he is building the team to get things done. Based on your posts I'm assuming you're profession is in business management, so if you know someone who may be interested tell them to check it out. Thanks for all your DD.
Thanks Slowplay, I knew you would come through with some solid information. I definitely agree with you that the pps is going to turnaround for the better once people start recognizing the enormous potential for revenues generated from advertising.
Is there anything new from management on a time frame for uplisting, or are we still working through the process? Now I don't fully understand how uplisting works, but isn't there a minimum share price and/or certain revenue level required before they can move up?
As for the share price, all I can say is Monday is payday for me and I'm adding to my position. This decline has created a great buying opportunity and all one has to do is some research to see that this one is a winner.
It has been rather quiet on this board lately, maybe everyone has gone on vacation. Lol. Don't have a clue what is going on as nothing fundamentally has changed with this company that I've seen. Contracts and financing are in place and they regularly update their installs via Twitter. IMO this company is solid with reputable leadership and progressing along nicely, so I'm not sure why things have gone silent here lately. I'm certainly no expert and have only held my position here for a few months, but I have no plans on going anywhere. Slowplay usually comes through with some awesome DD and has been trying to keep everyone informed of what is going on, perhaps he has an opinion. Slowplay what do you think?
In the short time I've been investing in the world of pinks, I haven't come across too many investors that stick around for 20 months in a stock. You must have a lot of faith in this company and from the research I've done I can see why. I bought in with the intention to stick around for the long haul and plan on doing so. IMO the PR's put out recently on growth in course contracts and ad revenue potential are going to pay off big time. I'm definitely buying more on the dip today. Thanks for consolidating the info on this company in your reply. GLTA
I guess I'd fall into that category of new investors(within the last 3 months), but I've been following this company for about 6 months and like what I see. Just seemed like things were a little slow on this board lately and was wondering if anything new was coming out. I'm in for the long haul as I see great potential here. Any opinions for a newbie to this stock?
Let's hope so, things have been quiet around here for a while.
