Good thing then Teek. Believe it or not...most of the people willing to take a chance on these kinds of plays will visit the web to see if the company has a site. If not or if it isn't working it's a red flag.
You're good for a nice chuckle. Thanks. "market thing isn't for me"...hmmm. I know one thing I didn't drop hard-earned money on the piggy.
Maybe. But this company doesn't even have a functional web site.
"+.01 breakout news"? I guess the millions of shares being dumped didn't see that.
They go up and they go down. But spotting a pure pump isn't hard. I bet probably 25% of OTCBB company CEO's started releasing PR's of their intention to enter the MJ industry once MJ stocks started to run. Hmmm. Yup...this stock was at a lower price...but very few of the new guys posting here got in then. Those guys are long gone.
Holding up well? Stock has tanked and volume has left. Classic P&D IMO. Unless you invested your entire nest egg, just consider this tuition. When you see guys on here claiming to have an "in" with the CEO and that big updates are coming...not so much. Nearly 100 percent of these things are pigs only to be traded and you guys think you've found the one long-term investment?
If you had bought at much lower prices not only would you be less angry but you - if you were really smart - would've sold in the 4's. But GLTY...things can always turn around :)
Nah, genius. I'm telling you that you bought into the pump and are now a bag holder.
You didn't really think that people like G weren't dumping shares during the pump?
I think the hype here was that the CEO was going out to Co. to get MJ growers on board for the product - that they aren't even producing.
And I disagree. Is this company legit? Time will tell. But you can find a ton of penny stocks playing this game - "partnering" with experts; "networking" with this and that firm. All you have to do is take note of the vagueness of the PR's these guys use and it should give you pause.
But let's be honest...there are very few "long" investors in these things. The overwhelming majority are in it for a flip; the others are using it for a lottery ticket - throw down a grand or two and hope it shoots up over time. Neither is wrong, but the flippers, market makers, and companies that turn on the printing press are usually the winners.
I didn't say this company couldn't BE in the MJ industry. But saying you're in it and actually being in it are not exactly the same. In my book, until you're producing something that's being sold to or used by the industry you're not in it.
Don't misunderstand me...activity isn't bad. But many more important factors. Take the new advisory person: his business has apparently done some level of business with MJ growers. So how much product will VGPR be able to produce and when? will it take 1 year / 2 years to build the plant? how much longer to get product in the pipeline? If you're telling the "market" that it will take 4 years to even get product to market - not saying the company is estimating this, but just an example - then there's not going to be that much momentum in your stock. Doesn't mean there can't be a future for it; but this company isn't making a profit and can't survive without capital that long. So what do they do? Gotta finance operations somehow.
Ok, just trying to contribute something positive. I don't hate this stock - I don't like it as a momentum type play yet; nor would I feel comfortable in putting much money into it without fearing my investment will be diluted before any payoff is in sight.
This isn't really news. It's activity. Stocks - especially penny pigs - don't move on news like this. Putting someone on your BOD or advisory committee gets you not very close to making $. So unless there's news relating to:
Is there demand for your future product? Can you produce it effectively and get it to the market and customer in a reasonable time frame? How are you going to finance your business? Are you going to sell shares? And if so are you going to play the typical game of doing a reverse split to keep the money train a-going?
You need real news, not activity. The worst penny scam known to man perhaps - CMK Diamonds - had lots of activity.
Not sure where people get this is a MJ stock. They're trying to convince MJ growers to use their "product" to enhance their yields, etc. They've not done $1 of business yet in the industry.
Yeah...I think the last time Apple announed a new person on their advisory board their stock quadrupled.
Why on earth would I want pictures of another company's plant? "Planning to build"; "Hope to build". Seems like smoke and mirrors. When VGPR breaks gournd, post a picture. Then it will be intersting...and relevant.
Who said I have no interest. I certainly am here to look at this thing. But all I've seen so far is a lot of P&D.
Dude, it's not even a VGPR building. Crickes.
Really? A normal company would skyrocket on news they've added someone to their advisory board?
Picture looks a little doctored to me.
Yeah, blockbuster news for sure :)
Wasn't today according to all the "experts in the know" on here the day an update from Co. was to be had? Maybe, these guys are not so much intune with the CEO after all.
Partner, I'm not being nasty. I've seen market makers accused - usually wrongly - of manipulating a stock; "illegally" shorting a stock; all sorts of stuff. But in probably 10 years of reading these boards I'm not sure I've ever seen one accused of looking out for patient investors.
GLTY as well.
I definitely criticize pumping and fluff...but I certainly don't see any reason to post about a R/S, etc. This is as bad - if not more so than some posters who say things like "if we get huge news this will fly". Well...duh.
You think a market maker would keep a stock down to reward long investors who've just held strong? My, oh my.
then you should probably be off to the pokey shortly thereafter. :)
Better :) Because working with means they're dealing with versus just meeting with and we don't have names / content. Just be honest...isn't it enough to say the CEO is in Colorado presumably meeting with some in the industry? I think that's the more honest approach...not that there much of that on any of these boards :)
I hope this works out great.
But when someone says "working with the biggest growers..." should be able to name at least one of those right?
And you know the names of these growers?
Seems the more you guys scream "news" and "this is ready to fly" the lower it goes. Interesting.
Well, that's demonstrably false in PennyLand.
"deep analysis" good one
SPLI I think it was.
Plus...no one here has any DD that's not publicly available. All this...I'm in communication with the CEO and I'm getting some good intel is crazy.
Ok, it doubles next week. It would still be down 50% since he touted it as a good play.
I have no doubt or at least no reason to believe he isn't "honest". It just gets funny to see some try to pump so much. Post your DD and honest opinion - perfectly fine with that. But day in and day out..."wow L2 is great. this is about to explode" kind of stuff is silly.
Sounds like a broken record. I think I heard that last week, the week before...
Gotta be right at some point...maybe once the company falls another 50%.
Hate to say it but this looks like dead money for now. All the early pumpers here have taken thier profits and share volume with them.
Kind of new here. I've always thought R/S were just horrible. If a company announces one, why would the stock price stay steady or actually go up as I've seen?
Must be why it closed at 16?
You might actually look like Thor before a significant update here.
