Don't forget to leave reviews on their website for each product. My products should arrive today or tomorrow and I plan to do the same.
"Product has already been supplied to major US manufacturors" - more news on the way? Exactly what all the longs thought would happen. Steady stream of news to get it moving, and a massive annual report to knock it out of the park.
Anyone who isn't excited right now must be asleep.
Am I the only one that actually enjoys watching this company develop? Growing pains are a natural part of doing business, especially for penny stocks which are undercapitalized to begin with. Those of you who are consistently negative and bashing this stock either gambled way too much money on it, and/or need to rethink the ways in which you deal with stress.
If you have constructive criticism or think you are an expert with something to offer the company, reach out to management and make it happen.
10,000 shares between the current price and $0.055.
Greedy shorts are gonna suffer.
Last year they boasted a larger harvest and it resulted in a 300% revenue increase. What makes you think they are lying about it this year? The fact that your portfolio has gone red?
L2 is interesting today. Some big orders on the ask at $0.09 and $0.19. I've seen this a few times over the last month.
Volume is unusually low, are we in a stand off?
You won't be selling your shares to current investors, anyway, so what do you care what they think?
We are clearly investing in some talent with RealHemp. Loving these websites.
Love it!

Just placed my order. Again, very pleased with the prices. I only picked up a 3-pack of seeds and a pack of protein this time around... Gonna try out the skin care products on my next order. Anyone else order today?
Great prices. Definitely ordering some 3-packs.

Regarding an uplisting, George mentioned they were looking into it in the last PR, and Ken also does IR for this company:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?d=t&s=UWN
Which is listed on the NYSE.
I'm sure Ken and George have a plan they are currently executing, annual report included. George is in the red here, too.
I agree.
George did say this would be a "break out year" in the conference call, maybe we've exceeded $10M and the company is pursuing a higher exchange listing.
I agree.
More info on the 30-day cure period...

*** MY THOUGHTS: This could refer to the delinquent status from July 15, in which case a 30-day cure period would result in an August 15 deadline.
If I die of anticipation before the report is released, please post the annual revenues on my gravestone.
Annual report by EOD?
Good find. I'm always impressed by the RealHemp team's attention to detail, they've got a seriously talented designer behind the scenes. Hope George and Ken PR this and other details soon.
Bring on the annual report!
Where do you see this?
I can't believe you've been buying shares since 2011, what a ride...
Not alarmed at all. I am sure George and Ken both knew about the 30-day cure period when they filed for the extension.
You have to keep in mind that George owns 25% of the shares of this company (which he purchased at a much higher price than it's currently at, was not gifted). It's in his best interest to serve the company and its share price, even if that means delaying financials.
There are a number of reasons why this could be happening, but my best guess is that they are holding them as long as they can so they can coordinate the annual report with the launch of their websites, retail products, announce supply agreements, and otherwise update shareholders on the stevia/aquaculture operations. We know they had a 50% larger harvest this year, and last year they announced a similar growth and confirmed it with 300% larger revenues. We've also had aquaculture developments since last year's major growth spurt. Many of the longs are speculating that we'll be in 10M/year revenue territory after this annual report, which will fundamentally change the way STEV appears to the rest of the investing public. Not to mention all of the things currently in development that they could update us on...
I say let them hold onto the report if they are trying to time it with other big updates.
They did file that paperwork and have been granted the cure, financials are now due by the end of July. It says it right there in what you copy-pasted...
You are an alarmist.
Agreed!
It's hard to say until I see the annual report.
May be the big seller opening a position again. People like to flip STEV.
Bouncing off the 50DMA. Let's go, Ken.
Pretty clear momentum shift happening right now. Would be nice to start getting those updates.
Seems to me like they are holding the annual report until they can formally announce something big along with it, like a supply agreement, drug trials, and/or website launch.
Not sure, but they filed on the 16th in 2013 after an NT.
Tick tock to financials!
It is generous, I agree. I feel like I've already expressed enough disappointment over that PR, though. I'm happy that George addressed the delay in the investor conference call, but I would have preferred he specifically address that line. Accountability goes a long way in my book.
That said, I don't believe the delay has meant an exorbitant cost to Stevia Corp. RealHemp is operating with a skeleton crew while they develop these products, and we currently have bulk hemp available (and supply relationships in tact as evidenced by our Rubber Killer products). I am willing to cut the RealHemp guys a little slack on retail products because of their focus on bulk hemp and CBDs (which yield higher profit margins), and because they have made significant inroads with Purdue, the HIA, and other North American hemp players. There's no question whether or not they are working hard, and we are about to see some of the fruits of their labors via PRs.
Great, so you are upset that they over promised in PRs? Or are you upset because they didn't go to market with Chinese hemp?
What's the difference between getting a soil sample and getting a hemp sample? Either way, they have to request a sample, get it shipped, and then make a decision. What would have changed with a soil sample instead of product sample?
That's just not true. Anytime you create a distribution relationship with a company you are going to get samples first. So they rejected a small Chinese sample and decided to look at Canadian hemp instead. Big deal? I'd rather invest in quality.
And, in general, I think you are misinformed. You assume that RealHemp is warehousing all of this hemp, but there are other forms of distribution that allow small companies to distribute directly from a manufacturer. Under these distribution deals, RealHemp would put up no capital to warehouse and doesn't have to hold on to large orders of hemp and wait for a sale. Do some research. It makes more sense for RealHemp to set up a distribution deal like this in the beginning, while they establish supply relationships, before taking on capital intensive operations like warehousing.
