Doc, I believe you are wrong in your assumption about the profit setup between TRTC and VV's. TRTC gets and flat amount for each plants sold, price that comes to mind is .10, and VV's get the rest but they also cover all expenses. SO every piece sold is profit for TRTC.

DP set it up this way so TRTC wouldn't have all the production costs.

I know I have heard this explanation for DP's interviews.
