tick tock... boom?
That's my guess too.
But hey, maybe they will submit in 2016... and maybe something in Asia by 2020... tick tock.
Tick... Tock...
Sending an e-mal was an option.
You could've and should've told back then, as well as the ration behind the sell.
Yes, they did not literally name XXII, but still.
Anyways, thought the video was linked to the other "report" earlier, where XXII did pay for, glad that's cleared out than.
Exaggerating is something different that misleading and lying. Another newsletter going to pump XXII? Great, what a stock..... (smell the irony? huh?)
I'm wondering how this video could be uploaded with the consent of Henry (given they are paying, I would assume they give their consent first). Let's hope there is some clause stating XXII can in no way be held responsible for the content of the video!
There are quite some things stated in such a way that they are basicly just lies... Terrible.
Oh, and about the 4370% possible gain (or whatever percentage): funny that they state somewhere in the video (in relation to santa fe) that XXII could likewise be sold for many millions.... bad mathematics? Don't see the 4000+% gain.
I'm not one of the guys that likes these kind of advertising/pumping. I want numbers and facts. Not bashing, but this video was something to not watch/believe.
- Recent $9/share 12 month price target and CFA report
Been there for several years by now.
Depends on how you interprete it. To me, it seems like a diplomatic way of saying they will - once again - not manage to stick to their (delayed) deadline. We will see!
They didn't send to Europe either, as they didn't send dummies of Red Sun, which I would've loved to have :( I think I might gonna cry somewhere in a corner.
Worried? No. Simply pissed off that they can't manage to get things done, for now. Maybe in the future.
For real, they spend time (and money) on sending xmas cards?
The problem with this company is that they do have good ideas and good technology, but somehow they just never manage to stick to the deadlines. And no, not only on deadlines out of their control (because some will throw that argument on the table).
I'm long too, but it would be a relief to see them for once reach a deadline.
No gift this year (neither was there one last year)
3 EUR PT within 12months, 4 EUR withing 24 monts.
The article states that BAT has already "invested" 7 million in 22nd century, and that another 7 million will be paid upon achieving certain milestones.
Too bad; on the other hand, if even e-cigs "make it"....?
Nothing surprises me anymore. Hey we could switch back to Brand B!!
3 weeks to file the application, wondering if it won't be 2016 =)
They've been shaking for two years already ;)
Today's action doesn't come as a surprise to me. Few low volume days behind us and now nicely dropping... again. Doesn't get any better, does it?
But AH...
o really?
Give it a break
All I see is very low volume.
Still 2M South of my expectations; but, without problems in Europe, we could've/should've reached 10M easily.
shares locked, ah well, that's a good thing.
Was thinking the same; doesn't take a genius to know tastes differ across the world; even across different states... Seems to me they don't examine things thoroughly enough.
Would love to read the filing though.
Let me come back to this:
Having launched MAGIC cigarettes in more than 900 state-licensed retail shops in Spain, we determined through early customer feedback that the brand’s taste characteristics are distinctly American. Accordingly, we paused in our MAGIC rollout to the U.K., Holland, France, and Italy in order to fine-tune the taste of MAGIC cigarettes so that they will be more consistent with European cigarettes. We expect to resume our MAGIC rollout in the fourth quarter of 2015 and into 2016
Could've told us earlier; or did I miss something? Explains the revs though. In other words, without the break, revs would probably be substantially higher.
Results not good enough imo. Combined with the lack of news on Europe... (summer did not end yet? LOL). Get your act together for God's sake.
Nice move today. Too bad I didn't add in the 60's... had plenty of time though... Now I'm sitting here with my average around 3,7 =)
More fees for the attorney =)
True, but what about the legal consequences of such statements... I think they should borne in mind where the limits are.
The "which would you rather smoke" is IMO a quite immature move from them... just my 2 cents.
Down down down
you're correct, but that's not my point.
with "xxii isn't" I meant that there are other co's too that can deliver nicotine free tobacco.
xxii isn't.
