No. It would take more than your cash. Obviously Mr. Yepez has bigger plans for Countryside and that is why he joined the AVEW Board of Directors. The bigger picture than cash looms. That's my take.
I understand the LOI was accepted, a DA was signed and in place, the head of CS now is on the AVEW BofD. The only thing left is transfer of funds. But I could be wrong.

Are they still building pools? You said they weren't recently. Are they or not? Where is the evidence of dumping when they had a press release a few days ago saying they bought 575 million shares recently? Provide a link or something please.

Agreed math and mouth are two separate things. To still harp about the increase in A/S raise statement after the misstatement was corrected immediately about a year ago is absurd. AVEW is a now company. What are they doing TODAY, THIS WEEK to grow the company. That is what I care about. Not who got burned by Wooten's famous convertible notes, not who got disappointed by a reverse split that was BOUND to happen even with 3 billion o/s much less 7.
Actionview International is YESTERDAY, AVEW Holdings is TODAY. TODAY is all I am interesting in.

Maybe I don't understand. If the SEC says the Form 4 says he bought 200 million then if someone says he sold 41,000,000 is that a deliberate misstatement by the SEC or by the person making the contrary statement?One of them is falsifying I would think.

3. AVEW filed preliminary documents with Nevada that stated 1:125
4. Jay has told us it would be between 100 and 300

if you spent 80K @ .0006 you have 133 million shares. if they split @ 125 you will have 1,000,000 shares. At .60 that's
600K for your 80
And my aunt was my uncle until she got Jennered. What difference does last Christmas have to do with AVEW today? Besides that wasn't AVEWs sell it was a prior Acttionview note holder and that is well known. What is relevant is the SS and what isn't relevant is a speculation about a company dump a half year ago. Its no secret the large cap is more fitting to General Motors than AVEW.
Wank we are in agreement here that what this company is about is long term hold for future not an overnight trade. The carrots have to slow cook at a simmer before they become an integral part of the stew. I'm with Mike Steele in that this is a several year hold. The RS issue is fodder for traders the QB is fodder for the long termers.

Thanks for the clarification Gary. I think there is something, no, a lot of things going on in the company too. Georgetown for example is a booming place and starting homes there is just plain smart. I asked how things were going today and was told the first custom was being roofed today! The real estate people they have brought on board have me intrigued. DePetris plays in an arena with some very big players in Dallas and Houston as well as political ties.

Fantastic Pool Services, a wholly owned subsidiary managed by AVEW Director Mike Share has about 100 accounts and is growing rapidly. Don't know about the rest what you said but they definitely are in the pool cleaning business.
Pools submerged in flood water are contaminated with everything from mud to raw sewage. Pool equipment, especially electrical damaged. It happened to me years ago so I know. Scam tactic? A poor one if so. I'd think they would have bigger fish to fry than scam about a pool repair. Maybe not.

I have checked with the Nevada Secretary of State's data, the Transfer Agent, talked and exchanged emails with tnvestor relations, checked Neal Puckett's pools on line, monitored OTC Markets website for required filings, looked at my stock position in my ETrade account and all these things seem to point toward AVEW being a real company.
