I'm beginning to think the first person who will speak about their visit to the company will be Brent, and his visit is on the 19th! lol
For those of you familiar with trading suspensions, WHEN can the company issue a statement, and WHAT can it contain? Thanks.
That you would have to ask a mod. I've had board info hidden. I'm surprised to hear it's not there.
The suspension notice lists those three reasons.
That's not what's on the suspension notice. Are you saying a reason for the suspension was not listed on the notice or that the reasons listed are not the real reasons? I'm not following.
No doubt there were numerous complaints about those companies, which leads again to the question of what exactly the criteria are in determing which complaints the SEC acts upon. If they had taken one LOOK at SLJB, it would have been suspended a long time ago. That company made some outrageous claims. Wasn't there a three quarter billion dollar hotel slated for this year? And wasn't trading suspended in Ontario? The fact it's still trading tells me the SEC didn't even look at the company despite the many, many complaints submitted. That's why we're all scratching our heads and saying, "something just doesn't seem right here."
So far I haven't seen many posts from people interested in selling, but I have seen several posts from people who would buy at low prices. Those who want to sell, though, I imagine would just place an order for a price they're willing to sell for and hope for a match.
Thank you. Speaking of best price, if I wanted to buy for .01 and the best offer was .009, would they buy those for me?
I hope the two visitors to the company will be kind enough to let us know if they don't plan on posting today. I've been checking for three days! I will stop checking if they let us know there is no reason to do so for the rest of the day. Thanks.
For you experts in grey sheet stocks:
Since there will be no quotes, how do they trade? Is it done broker to broker, or are market makers involved? Is it a matter of someone calling each broker to see if they can match orders? Will they do partial fills or do the orders have to match exactly? TIA
Did anyone ever establish a relationship with Hank Zemla? I wonder if he's still vouching for the company's validity or taking some of the credit for the 25 million dollar contract.

"it's not relevant to our suspension, plain and simple fact"
I already said that the suspension and a possible leak are two different issues.
Why ask me questions if you're not going to believe my answers? lol Yes, I'm involved in the discussion now because I'm here. What other possible motive do you suspect? The stock is NOT trading! And I haven't tried to sway people's opinions in any direction. Why the sudden suspicion about me, because I dug something up that ice said that contradicts what he's been saying recently? lol... whatever....
wall, there's no need to answer for me as I can answer for myself. You don't know me at all, let alone well enough to answer for me. Please show one post of mine in which I've trashed CKYS.
Danno, don't forget that the suspension began with speculation. The information was turned over to the SEC for investigation. In the same way, if there is a feeling that the information about the suspension may have leaked, we can report it for an investigation. Then if it seems an investigation is warranted, there will be one. Unlike your group, no one's concluding there was an impropriety, but many are stating something "seems" not right... so maybe it's worth looking into.
To answer your question, I created an alias way back with the intention of joining some discussions but never did. I read the boards a lot but didn't have much to contribute besides opinions, and there are enough of those floating around. I'm not an expert on fundamentals, charts, or anything related to trading that made me feel my input would be of any value. The reason I joined the discussion after the CKYS suspension was because I had some questions. But since I'm here....
Danno, believe me, I'm considering doing just that after finding that final piece. I doubt I will file the complaint with the SEC, though, as someone has already mentioned there would be a potential conflict of interest there. There are two separate issues here: the suspension and a possible leak. Don't confuse them.
phyllo, you are correct. Please refer to my post here to see exactly what he was referring to (notice the date):

Really? Give us the spin. lol
Any spin on this?

Tongue D-DAY is HERE............................................
And it had nothing to do with me or anyone else here......Mr,Plant is the only reason things are the way they are...he controls these events.....he set the stage with false props and now they are falling down all around him..........
Any shareholder need only look one direction for what has happened today....and that is to mr.plant...he is the CEO..and is ultimatley responsible for what happens on his watch....
This should not have been a shock to anyone at anytime.....the DD was displayed for all to see......there was no mystery surrounding the RED FLAGS with the DHS PR'S...questions were asked and not answered by mr.plant...apparently that was not appropriate for the SEC...........
I guess the REMOVAL of the ESTIMATED share structure was not for a REVAMPING of the WEBSITE but for other purposes? Anyone still believe the O/S is 700 Million and the FLOAT is 200 Million?

No, dbeagl, read this:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=16780739
Not a shocker? No surprise? Verifiable DD?
Now read this one in which he clearly states the day of suspension was D-Day:

They supposedly have cash. What better way to spend it at this point in time!
I won't argue with you there. It would be interesting to find out how many submitting complaints sold shares just in time. This is not an accusation, just a "concern" that might be worth investigating.
By the way, the post was made by MrBIGishere, and considering the amount of love between him and WallStreet, I seriously doubt it was a true statement that should have been taken seriously to begin with. lol

I think this whole thread is in response to a poster who stated, "he wants to spearhead a campaign to call the SEC and raise hell over the next few days and or week."
It sounds to me as if they have been made aware. Do they really need a thousand more people barraging them with the same info, making the "concerns" of shareholders appear like an attack?
Timing is everything as they say, and I just don't think it's appropriate at this time to interfere with an SEC investigation. For now I think we allow the company to give the SEC answers. Do any of you think we can help more than the company's legal counsel? The SEC attorney(s) are far more experienced at dealing with the SEC than any of us are, and they have the company's best interest in mind also. Besides, at this time we simply do not have enough information to conclude that the SEC is involved in an impropriety (any more than some have concluded that CKYS is a scam). Without information, we run the risk of looking like complete idiots, which would only fuel the belief that we are not to be taken seriously.
Have fun everyone. I really only intended to stop by for a minute to see if dc or 5cap had been by. It really is easy to get sucked into all this, isn't it? lol I'll see you all tomorrow. Have a great night!
Forget I said anything. Wait, it seems you already have! lol
Who pronounced this dead? And if the SEC medical examiner does pronounce CKYS dead, what's it to you if we have trouble accepting it? It's not like you have to live with us or anything. lol
One more thing. I'm not implying this is dead (maybe denial, maybe not... lol), which makes it even more difficult to find closure!
LOL... I just don't understand this morbid obsession with trying to get grieving people to "snap out of it" sooner than they're able. We'll snap out of it when we're good and ready to snap out of it, and no amount of reality dosing is going to help move us through the process more quickly. Can you imagine telling someone who just lost a loved one that "He's dead!" and repeating it over and over and over again in an attempt to help them "snap out of it"? People should not need a degree in psychology to understand this! lol
Shareholders are grieving. Is that so hard to understand? Whether we've been defrauded by the company or the company is exonerated, our money is going to be difficult to recover (at least for a time in the latter scenario). There are decisions to be made in the coming weeks. And because we don't have adequate answers, we don't know where to direct our anger (which happens to be a normal stage of the grieving process). You will likely see many of the other expressions of grief. So what? It's all normal! No one has asked for sympathy, empathy, or understanding. But is it really necessary to ridicule or chastise people who are going through a normal process? If you find yourself answering that question with a "yes", you may need more therapy than we do. lol. Oh, and don't forget, a trading suspension may only be one stock away for any of you. After all, we are treading in an abyss!
Why don't you call the auditor and ask him if he thinks there will be audited financials?
Todd, expressing concern is one thing, reporting the SEC to the FBI and "spearheading a campaign to call the SEC and raise hell over the next few days and or week" are other things. lol
I totally agree. This is probably not a good time to tick off the SEC! lol
This is not exactly the kind of week I expected to have when I woke up on Monday morning. In fact, I thought we were going to continue the reversal that just began. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm tired. lol
Still no dc or 5cap I see... bummer!
I would tell you, but that would kill the suspense, and that would not be with keeping in theme with this board.
Would you like to trade what's behind door number three for what's behind the gray box or the pink curtain? Or you can wait for a chance at the big deal of the day. (Did I just reveal my age? lol)
No, and I've given up hope of hearing from dc today because he's traveling, but hoping 5cap might show up.
Yes, it is, but they were also going to have their numbers audited.
