GR...they’ll never answer that question because they can’t....
BB...Nodumny is very good with his dd’s, a smart person and I enjoy reading his opinions...here is something no one brings up...Jason’s lawyers would have sued the person they bought the shell from if there is any doubt. If I buy a property from someone and come to find out there is another owner of the property surfaces. I’m suing the person who sold me the property. These old time scammers are trying to take a shot...I hope this judge chews them out and makes them responsible for all the crap they pulled...
TROW...you’re smart...they are going to need to prove their claim in front of a judge that Jason was clearly aware that they are 38% ownership of his company. They’ll need to provide notarized signatures from both parties that clearly says that. Anyone with a brain knows that if these shares belonged to them they would have sold them a long time ago. They can’t because they don’t have legal ownership. This guy is making a fool of himself. Jason hasn’t filed suit against the person who sold him the shell. This shell has been bought and sold multiple times before Jason. Where has this guy been? If they get any money from this I want my attorney to sue for what they did with LDSR years ago. What’s interesting to me is they see the value in this company to spend a lot of money trying to take a long shot...
This could get interesting...I want to know why they didn’t come forward prior when legal actions were taken against them. They are claiming 38% ownership before Jason took over this shell...I want to see what kind of legal responsibilities they are going to claim. All previous share holders should email this guy and ask why they scammed all of us years ago...we should get answers now that they are back...they list their address and contact information. I want them to be held responsible for what they did prior.
Wrong again...in America both parties present their case and the evidence supporting their claim. Then a judge decides. Hmmm, why wouldn’t the Chinese just sell their 1.5 billion shares when the stock was over .025 cents? Forty million dollars isn’t enough money for them for doing nothing? Or do you think they can’t sell them for some reason? Maybe their is a lot to it because I’ve owned shares since then and I’m able to sell them with no problem. I actually have them up for sale @ $12.00 a share. Or are they holding out for this to run up to a dollar a share so they can make 1.5 billion on this? No matter what they decide lawyers and court fees aren’t free...our company is in court over a contract dispute. It’s been about 8 months now and our legal fees are around 1.7 million dollars. We’ll see how sure they think they are very soon. Either way I wouldn’t blame them for fighting for these shares...it’s obvious they are worth fighting for.
Great looking menu WIC...congrats on 70 years that’s truly amazing...I’m 100% Italian we’ll need to celebrate some day and create a dish called the 443...four meatballs (representing some of the people in here) four raviolis and 3 sausages with garlic bread...
Thank you WIC...That’s a good restaurant franchise...we have two in Vegas...restaurants come and go a lot down here...we have our usuals...but always looking for something new to try...
WIC...we got this buddy...It’s a beautiful day in CA...the sun is shining and a cool breeze...life is good pal...We are getting ready to go out for drinks and dinner any good restaurant suggestions in Orange County?
I’ve never seen a bad hand in poker...but I have seen a lot of bad flops...
Are you sure about both of those comments?
What’s funny is they don’t realize we are trying to help them...
You’re right TROW...some people forget this is an OTC pink startup company and at the moment you can own 4 to 5 shares for one penny...these people judge it like its Apple...Data443 is still shaking off the dust and moving forward...many of us are happy to have this opportunity...
Ok, maybe it covers DLP also and that’s why it won the 2019 Cybersecurity Award for best DLP...
This one works right down to the end user. Employees get involved with helping to protect and secure sensitive data...not just the IT departments...
It helps and controls a companies data...every company is different so my description of the product is in tune for what are needs are. I provide Jason with feedback regarding our environment and needs. That’s all I can comment on...
You know what I mean...we all hide things that some employees don’t need to know...this can helps educate end users to be more aware...
I meant educating employees on being more aware with working with their companies secured data...lots of data breaches come from employees being negligent...and some employees may not even be aware that they are doing something wrong. This will help educate them and learn what management wants to secure.
ClassiDocs is installed over the network but also comes with software that’s gets installed on each workstation that works with secured data. For example: if i give front line pricing access to my sales manager and I want to know who they are sharing that information with. I install ClassiDocs on his workstation and create a rule that says anytime he tries to remove that data off his workstation he first needs permission from our GM and Vice President....so now if our sales manager tries to email front line pricing our GM and Vice President both get pop ups or emails saying what the sales manager wants to do and asks for permission to click on allow or deny access from both before that pricing data can be sent. Plus, it’s all permission based...so that sales manager can also create things that he doesn’t want his team to do or send. It has artificial intelligence functionality that learns the users patterns...for example if I’m always securing the word Orange and I try to send out the word Apple it may ask if me if I want to secure Apple in the same category as Orange...
Many great product out there that specialize in their own niche. ClassiDocs is one of them. If you’re looking for a great network security software...check out DarkTrace. You’ll be a hero at your IT purchasing agent job. You’re welcome in advance!
Peek...There is a lot of great security softwares out there. ClassiDocs is just a different one. If you’re familiar with Watermark software that masks data, commonly used in banks. ClassiDocs works in a similar way. It’s designed to secure data from a dashboard and by the end user. Educating users how to secure and protect any sensitive data you don’t want to be seen.
Back then we dialed into bulletin boards and peoples private networks. We used Hayse Smart modems and transmitted at baud rates between 300 -1200 bps (bits per second)
In general it is how Blockchain works...as a hobby I've been mining cryptocurrencies for many years. The s9 asics miners I use for bitcoin are contributing about 180TH/s to SlushPools blockchain...I also GPU mine for other coins and use that to buy and sell coins that can't be mined like XRP on the exchanges...I do have a little hands on experience with this...Jason's involvement with XRP can only lead to positive things in the future especially when compared to having no involvement...electricity does get expensive but solar helps bring down costs a lot....
Well, seeing that as I was around 13 years old at the time...Investing in stocks was a little more complicated back then...If I remember correctly my ISP was Prodigy and I didn't have much money. I told quite a few people about Microsoft and do wish some of the people had invested in it...maybe they would have went from being multi-millionaires to multi-billionaires today...who knows...But I bought in a little later and over the years...it's been a great stock investment for me...
You can laugh all you want...I remember beta testing Windows for Microsoft and very successful people laughing and saying Microsoft would never amount to anything...cryptocurrencies and cybersecurity will be much bigger then Microsoft, Apple and Google combined. All Data443 is capture a small percentage of a huge market.
Blockchain is simply a bunch of computers and servers working together...When you look at ClassiDocs technology. It secures and controls data. Parts of ClassiDocs technology is what’s going to be key moving forward. Even if the only thing that comes out of this is the ability to offer their customers the technology to interface securely with other crypto systems. That’s a big deal when you’re designing a security solution for tomorrow’s IT environments.
It’s not just the validating...what this does is keeps him involved in all new releases, white papers and technical advancements...crypto’s are going to be the biggest IT breakthrough since email...this area is all new...Jason was heavily involved with IT banking and is the perfect fit....XRP is setting the presence for the beginning of this new technology. Any involvement in this process is a big deal...years from now people aren’t going to care how they were involved, just to be able to say they were involved since the beginning.
That’s funny Clean...because seeing last year a hacker demonstrated at the CES how it takes 3 seconds to hack into a keyless entry vehicle and drive away with the car. Then demonstrated how it took 30 seconds to hack into a commercial airplanes wifi and took over the computer system. I sure hope someone is working on a better and more secure solution.
The blockchain relationship is brilliant. When you read up on the problems government has with the use of crypto’s. The ability to securely audit each transaction is one they are working on. Jason’s association with Ripple as a validator puts him front and center to help solve these issues. Unlike BTC and ETH...Ripple is manmade and not mined. So this crypto is easier to control and work out bugs to create a system. Ripple was created by someone on the inside of the financial and Banking world. So at the moment it’s the most trusted crypto and used to iron out all the concerns the governments have. Jason’s involvement in this puts him front and center on the inside. The end results will lead to his version of an interface that will work with many different types of crypto’s to secure data transactions and provide an audit trail. This will interface with all Data443 products.
Bravo...Well done SV...Thats an intelligent speculation from someone with experience and who obviously knows what they are doing...thank you.
This event should attract a lot of investors....exciting times ahead..

Let me break it down a little further so even you can understand it...."TEKsystems will be utilizing many components from the Data443 technology stack to fulfil customer needs."
Keywords...many components from Data443...just to let you know...TekSystems provide many different services... Are you assuming you know all the particulars to this?
As part of the agreement, TEKsystems will be utilizing many components from the Data443 technology stack to fulfil customer needs. Additionally, both organizations will be providing educational sessions for all related internal employees, outbound contractors imbedded in customer environments and direct to customer first tier privacy governance guidance. A joint go to market approach is also being developed.
“I have been watching the privacy governance arena very closely. We are experience growing customer demand for our help in this space – and I feel that the solution set provided by Data443 is a solid match for their requirements. We have been working with the team much of 2018 and are excited for the opportunity in 2019. Our customers deserve the best – we are proud to position this for them.”, added Kory Patrick, Practice Manager – Risk & Security Services for TEKsystems.
Better yet since the technology is integrated into their system and they advertise their own solutions. Try calling TekSystems and asking someone.
SV....you're exactly right...ClassiDocs is a product that can easily be licensed and integrated into other solutions. Anyone can reach out to Kory Patrick from TEKSystems and ask him about embedding Data443's technology into their technology stack. The can also call and do the same with other companies like CyberArk as well. Jason acquired companies to provide a full suite Data Protection Portfolio and is integrating all these technologies. When a company like TEKSystems reaches out to their 10 million potential users they will also have a nice selection of additional programs to offer them. All these revenues will eventually show up.
I’m surprised to hear you’re in the IT industry and so closed minded to new technologies. IT specialists in this niche have heard of Data443 and more and more will as this evolves. None of us know how many people he spoke in front of today. But here is a fact....Jason Remillard is a real-life security and technology expert with more than 25 years of experience pioneering technology solutions for startups and Fortune 500 companies. Building on the development of the industry-leading ClassiDocs™ structured and unstructured data classification and governance platform Remillard launched Data443 to address further gaps identified in data security. Previously, Remillard served as VP of Security Architecture at Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for Big Data, Security Architecture, Engineering and Analytics. Prior to his work at Deutsche Bank, he was a product manager with Dell Software (formerly Quest Software) leading the development of the Enterprise Identity and Access Management portfolio. Under his leadership at Dell Software, the portfolio grew at a compound annual growth rate of 20 – 90 percent over time. His career has included stints at IBM, Novell, Merrill Lynch, Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank, Tucows and Ellacoya Networks. Remillard is also a founding member of the Blockchain Executive Group and holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business – University of Western Ontario, Canada.
First of all Zani came up with the number of people at 800...I think it’s more but none of us were there to confirm it so why argue....as for you speaking for the IT industry...I’m not sure what your qualifications are but I can tell you plenty of people know who Jason is and what he’s doing...maybe not the people you know who work at Geek Squad...but obviously the room full of IT professionals listening to him speak today...either they knew Jason prior or they do now...
Hmmmm...The fact that this CEO has people who claim to have no monetary interest or no longer invested in this stock keep criticizing him all day long while Jason is in Orlando shaking hands with fortune 500 companies after giving a speech to 800 plus people paying thousands of dollars to hear what he has to say...Who are the geniuses out this bunch?
Wrong again...If you noticed from that picture there are rows going all the way across in the front section and from that photo you can barely see the speaker so there is no way to tell for sure...now imagine each one paying from $2,000 - $4,200. To watch our brilliant CEO speak.
From the picture count ten rows then 20 accross...then both sides..and that's just what is visible from the picture...do the math...
