why else would someone bother to sell 100 shares in the trips? I don't know if the info is valid or not, just wanted to share something i thought was interesting......

So was today's news about the acquisition the "merger" we were all waiting for, or is there another merger? I went back and read the PR's again and noticed one said merger and the other said acquisition....

I feel exactly the same as you feel, and I also still only have 3's, 4's, & 5's....I had a strong urge to sell during the jam at .0010, but felt i should hang on for a while longer.....I'll probably be kicking myself if this gets back down to .0005's and under, but I still feel that there's more good movement to come......GLTY!!!

I'm not sure how I feel about this going up before news hits...."IF" this is a pump and dump PR stunt, then we are being set up nicely right now...."IF" this PR doesn't end up all we're hoping for, then we have a trip back down to take.....I would've felt better waiting for a PR at the .0003-.0005 levels than to have it go up before, since we wouldn't have to worry about losing anything.....But I'm not going to complain, since i believe in ADCS...Hopefully we get a chance to pull out "IF" it does end bad....GLTY ALL!!!!

No, you would still have 16 mil of STBV. It just would be worthless until it moves off of no bid.....The best you would be able to do in that situation is wait....the only other option is to sell @.0001, but you would lose about 83% and wait a looooonnnnngggg time in line to waiting for your order to be filled...and even when it moves off of no bid, it will take a whole lot of vol to get it moving north again...

It took 3 bil+ vol for a couple of days to get to .0003+ on this....the only difference between no bid/.0001 & .0001/.0002 (bid/ask) is you can buy @.0001 when its no bid to enter this trap....I'm not saying not to take the chance, but at least have a plan or else be stuck as a bagholder!

Part of the MM's game the last couple of weeks with STBV is to make sure this closes @.0003 with a run during the last hour...I expect the game to continue....

Glad to see that the .0007s have held up, even after those dumps earlier.....Can't wait to see how this plays out when news drops!!!

It's easy to get in at .0001 when it's no bid...but your going to have a hard time making a profit until the ask moves to .0003....It can happen, but no bid usually is a death sentence...

I was one of those that picked up a mil @.0004 thinking it was worth a shot in the dark.....only down by 50%, but all this dilution reminds me of GARBage...The warning signs are all there....I'm still going to hold and hope for the best....feel sorry for all of those who got in when it was way higher, so I can't complain...

I feel the same exact way you do....This may blow, but I feel like they may be setting up bag holders waiting on .001+ when it might never even break .0007. I have 5 mil at 3's, 4's, & 5's, so I'll see where this goes.

I don't know...The merger news can send ADCS up or down depending on who the merger partner is and what the terms of the merger for....cross your fingers, I hope the news is good enough to send ADCS soaring!!!

These dumps would make a lot of sense if ADCS ends up getting valued @.0001 per share during the merger. Hope that doesn't happen though, or else we would all be screwed!!!

The only thing I'm worried about is what kind of merger this will be and how ADCS will be valued..In a perfect world, this will of course send ADCS to the moon..its just I never heard of a potential merger being announced without the merger partner also being announced at the same time...have any of you heard of any other Co talking about mergers? just seems weird if it would be good news... Breaking the 5's have been easy....its just those 100 bid whacks that have been the issue, and keeping it down. As soon as the 5's come into play, the 100 bid whack will just knock it back down.....it sucks, but we are all just playing a waiting game for the next PR....
