For the record, BioSwan is no longer a spin-off. They were basically bought out. And upon the announcement of the last one, well, i wont speculate, i will just spectate at this point.
hey i'm legit. I aint on here to bullshit, I wanna make money. And see what I said, I predicted it was going to go down. I am going to run my theory/strategy for the next few hours to see whats going to happen. I cant say at this point, though I do know it is likely to decline a bit more. Stay away from the pumpers. Do your research my friend. As a new guy, I am learning VERY FAST and VERY WELL. I will continue to exercise patience and educate myself. I am impressed with myself (and i dont like to toot my own horn, but TOOT! TOOT!)
Hemp is actually a little higher than where the stock is actually valued from what I see. Even though I'm relatively new to this, I've been doing a hell of alot of studying on analysis, utilizing all my tools, and I even tested my theory of the strategy I used (which I predicted it would go down, and will continue to go down) and I am quite happy with my patience. We'll see towards the end of the day when i run this theory one more time (to include today's activity) about where it will be heading tomorrow, and based on the result or implication I get around closing time, I will make my decision to buy or not. Very good analysis though. Once it falls a little more, it will be on the lower end of it's value, which is where I will likely buy it up.
What is your take on the doji? Please, share. I really am interested in hearing other's viewpoints....thats what we're all here for, to protect investments and make good trading decisions. Help a brother out lol.
I didnt say they were. Sorry for the confusion. I said companies LIKE them, who are getting hyped up stock prices with really no substance to the value of their stock.
Any real estate leasing company can provide these spaces to growers, its not enough to just base your argument that this company will grow based on that. The law will allow any commercial real estate business to provide grow houses, warehouses, storage, or stores. Just because this company decided to make their seemingly only noticable move recently in this direction is because of the attention that will come along with its association with MMJ. PLAIN AND SIMPLE!
I would bet they mean companies like DEWM who are sticking their nose in the hemp room to breathe some of the air. I did some research on them and companies like PMCM and they are tagged in weed articles, but realistically have nothing invested in the marijuana industry. Their growing stock is attracting new eyes where they prolly dont want them.
So why is PMCM tagged in the biodegradable hemp plastic bottle video? They have nothing to do with it from what I see. With that said, what company produces the biodegradable plastics?
Thanks for that input. good stuff.
It has been an overall UP-TREND. You are right about the doji though. It is going to go down. You are confused.
Im not sure, but i would think so unless there is some bad press surrounding hemp at that specific time. I picture it like a family, when one of the member brings home a loaf of bread, everybody in that house is gonna eat.
Yes, just like this is what i am expecting to see.
I think the third leg is definitely possible here, not saying it isnt. What I am saying though is that it will proooobably hit .14-.15 then hit the gas and birn rubber. Just tryin to see a good time to buy. This back and forth convo here has me really excited to test my theory tomorrow when the market opens. BTW, it will likely open about a half cent or so up, but it will decline, dont be fooled. I hope my first real technical analysis is spot on, it will give me MUCH confidence in future analytics.
Whats this post for? That news is like a week old.
Its a step but until they reclassify bud so it isnt a schedule I substance, there are still drawbacks.
Lol, tryin to lock in their profits and buy around .10
I agree with this, very strongly. If we look at the commodity channel index, you can see that when those prices jump its mainly due to it being overbought, and for this reason i think somebody in the company is buying up massive amounts of shares and gradually selling them off, but quickly. Their technique has everybody biting their nails. The huge variance in CCI has happened a few time recentky as well. i would honestly predict the hemp, stock to fall around .11-.14 range before then going into the mid to high .20s, it makes sense.
Yea i understand, but every chart no matter how i look at it, shows a steady 'maintain' in the price. Its so hard to predict what it is goong to do on tuesday. And if you go look at the ask size currently it is wayyyy higher than the bid size, mean stock holders, not brokers, are selling, 22 to 1 respectively. I do think hemp will grow, but i really think it might dip before it takes off towards a buck. But your insight is nice to read, i appreciate it, especially because im new at this. Im not on here offering advice, but if you follow the basic technical analysis, what i am saying makes sense.
Ok, but if they have a possibility to double their money as everybody here seems to be so optimistic about, then dont you think they would swing for a few days. I guess thats the nature of that beast...
Why are so many people selling if this is supposed to go up? Can anybody answer that? Seriously.
Now ive been learning as well, but what you need to understand is the points at which you were referencing were much lower bodies of currency. In relation to where they were previously surely shows a 600% growth, but where it stands now, it likely will not see that much of a climb, at least not before it dips once more. My guess, and its a guess, but i think its a good one....is somebody in the company is buying up HUUUUGE amounts of shares in hope of making people like us jump in when we see 600% growth, but as you can see they sell those shares off once people or investors feed into the bs (hence going to .34 and immediately back to .15), then they sell off the shares in mass amount, decreasing their value because the demand is lower now that there are more shares on the market. Even if it broke the resistance around .18/.19 cents this week (realistically the resistance is like, 17.89) then even if it doubled, its going to take an upward movement of 18 cents to see 100%. The only reason the growth was 600% or so is because of how low the stock was valued. Now it is gaining a bit of momentum, but its not going anywhere. Its going to prompt people to either hold or sell (i personally sold) and i predict it will dip to sub .15 because if you look at the troughs for the last few days, the body price of the stock hasnt gone anywhere. I'm surprised the volatility of HEMP is not higher rated than 230...still pretty unpredictable at this point. BTW, the amount of people selling the stock this weekend (ask/size) compared to the amount of people buying after hours (bid/size) was 22:1. I predict that stock is going to drop tuesday morning. I will personally be looking to buy on wednesday morning or tuesday night, but certainly not right now. Patience is definitely the most valuable thing you can master along with alysis in this game. GLTA tho!
Please xplain how this is going to break a dollar let alone .5 in 2 weeks. Im starting to think people need to re-teach themselves technical analysis. Whats your theory and why?
Well, this is something i wonder as well, but its rare that a scam will make their way to Bloomberg.
Only thing I hate about the chart which i have been analyzing in different scales, is that currently its difficult to identify the trend because of where it closed yesterday. Its a bummer.
Well, while I hear you clearly I think you are straying from the economic effect this will have on Hemp shares because after all thats what this forum is for, I want to limit my conversation in this way to debate you. I must tell you that, no, Eric Holder can not single handedly change the classification of marijuana as it currently stands.
There are many things that must be addressed in order to do that, and it must be routed through congress for the change of that federal classification, because well, thats how they did it the first time they chose to make it a schedule I controlled substance.
The point of the post was to point out how revenue will be negatively impacted, so as an investor and trader in these stocks, that is something we want to know. I have an unbiased approach to this response, but i feel that your 'undertones of contempt for the police force' dont belong in the conversation. We are here to share information and see profits, not voice our opinion on what the police do or do not respect. That doesnt concern me (or us, if anybody else agrees) as an investor. Please keep your posts about the stock and company as stated in the TOU.
Where does it mention law enforcement anywhere? The topic is the regulation of the funds, and whether or not the banks will accept it. Law enforcement has no mention in anything i said. If banks cant begin to accept other forms of payment other than cash, then there is a predictable future of steady decline in this market especially because of the fact that people will fear some businesses will cause fallout if one of them or any of them ever decide to launder funds because they are forced to deal in cash. What i mentioned is politics, not the police force. Please pay attention to detail, you should be worried about where the circuit is going to lead if banks are federally limited in what they can do with this businesses money.
Im not a pro, but i wouldnt think so until congress can pass something to override the current federal, yes i said FEDERAL, regulation on marijuana as a schedule I controlled substance. See my post below, idk why people choose to ignore that article. Its a hell of a tell for the future of hemp.
WASHINGTON — The Obama administration issued guidance to prosecutors and banks Friday meant to make it easier for legal marijuana sellers to open bank accounts.
But the guidance fell short of giving banks carte blanche to get involved in a business that is legal in some states for medical or recreational purposes but is still illegal under federal law.
A memo issued Friday by Atty. Gen. Eric H. Holder Jr. to all federal prosecutors said that prosecution may not be appropriate for banks dealing with marijuana sellers if they are operating legally in their states and stay away from red zones, such as the sale of the drug to minors or across state lines. The banks must also follow new Treasury Department procedures.
Although President Obama and Holder have indicated they have no desire to be tough on pot, the cautious move Friday reflects a reluctance to go too far because of solid opposition to marijuana legalization within the ranks of law enforcement.
Several weeks ago DEA Administrator Michele Leonhart, in what she thought was a private meeting with sheriffs, was highly critical of recent comments about marijuana by Obama and of the trend toward legalization generally.
Officials who were close to the decision announced Friday but not authorized to speak publicly said that unless Congress acts to change federal law it is unlikely the Obama administration would go further.

Please, explain your technical analysis. I would love to know how you came to an oepning price that high. There seems to be alot of hype revolving around the PR's, and thats a fair thing to do. But I am certain that price will not triple on an open after this weekend. A little more research on the banking sector with regards to marijauna sales along with the patterns here. Hey, I'm invested, but you can quit pumpin unless you can explain. This is unrealistic, realistically.
Obama falling short of Change.

where you guys setting your buy limits at? I'm thinkin it will follow yesterday, dip a little and come back up around .20+ (knock on wood). Anybody?
