Dilution is done. The selling in the past was retail jumping ship. Compare FILM to BV*K which is also a cyber security company, the OS over there is 6bil, film isn't even half of that. The pps over there is .0049 with a float that is probably double ours...this could definitely see multi pennies in the near future. Not to mention FILM is up to date on filings, while BV*K has a stop sign. FILM
As of the most recent pr, FILM could be up to something REALLY freaking huge... https://www.google.co.jp/amp/s/www.fool.com/amp/investing/2017/06/27/3-top-cybersecurity-stocks-to-buy-in-2017.aspx
$1 trillion to be invested into cyber security throughout 2017 to 2021...FILM is onto something and the share holder who suggested this move for them expand their horizons clearly knows something big is coming and soon. This is definitely a buy and hold. FILM pulls this off, and we go to multi pennies over night...nice move!
http://cybersecurityventures.com/cybersecurity-market-report/
You think that...? Which dilutive MM was it that was dumping? FILM
Shouldn't be a surprise to you if you've been trading long enough and actually pay attention to the market. When ever there's a big mover, traders will sell what ever positions they have to hop on the train. Volume has nothing to do with FILM. Traders gotta make money and sometimes its else where. With the pr released today by the big mover of the day, it shouldn't be a surprise to you that there was a sell off today so others could hop in that play. FILM
The dumping has stopped. It was retail selling today. The pr yesterday covered that. The dumping that started in march was from note conversions to pay off outstanding debt. The company never sold a share but there has to be shares issued to the lender to pay back debt. Dilution is done. You might want to read the pr...unless you need someone to read it out loud to you :) FILM
Somebody's sucking up those 3s. Got to be strong hands that obviously know where this is going. FILM
FILM is meeting all 2nd quarter business objectives. Debt was settled and dilution is done. We also have a transparent CEO that's getting the job done. The play that runs hard is always the one that requires patience and catches the market off guard. If you've been doing your DD you have nothing to worry about. The big sell blocks are retail traders selling to chase another play. Patience is key. Today is the day to load up on more 3s before this pops. You can't beat a 700mil float with no dilution. FILM
Not really. There's something called patience. Traders do it everyday. They get out of one play to hop into the mover of the day. We all know FILM is ready to blow. For every share sold, those shares are also bought by someone who knows what they own ;) FILM
People getting out to get into XTR*. Nothing to worry about. They'll be back or they'll watch from the sidelines. Everything is solid over here. FILM
A third of the float was locked up yesterday, not to mention the hands that are still holding. With a float a little over 700 mil, its a no brainer where this is going. FILM
Then soon after, another zero. Too much going on for this not to hit pennies. FILM
Much much higher. FILM
No...you're broke because you haven't mastered training penny stocks properly lol! Clearly your ability to do your proper dd is why you keep losing...
Being a bag holder would mean that this is at no bid lol how long have you been trading...? Have you seen the bid for 1s lately...? You could easily sell and get out with over 500mil on the bid. FILM
You've been in this play long enough to know that its not the CEO being greedy. Shame on you. Theres been no dilution today, more than likely because the debt has been paid in full as agreed to in the most recent 8k here.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=169259
Once confirmation of the debt being satisfied is announced, this bounces hard. The only reason the pps declined is because the debt being paid back as CLEARLY stated in the 8k in the link above. I'm willing to bet the float isn't even close to a billion, considering 700mil was set aside to be issued to satisfy the debt. I've seen several trip pennies bounce from these levels to multi pennies on nothing but thin air and speculation with a float of 2 bil and hire..we have a float that isn't even at a bil and we actually have a real company with a real verifiable business. Calm down, FILM is gonna do just fine.
If you consider that the debt was a little under 70k, hypothetically speaking, all of those allotted shares weren't even used. If all 700mil were sold at .0003, that would be $210k which is triple the amount owed to satisfy the debt...of course this isn't the case because shares started converting in the .003s down to these levels, thus my argument for the company not requiring to issue all 700mil
I'm willing to bet that the debt is already satisfied and we bounce from here any day now. The company wouldn't release 9 filings in one day to go current, just to dilute this down to no bid, they would barely be able to make the money back that it took to process those filings...most trips don't even have the funds to go current, yet they released 9 filings in one day. Something huge is coming and soon. FILM
You can always sell and get into something else if you really feel that way, that's what I did when I hopped into this play and haven't regretted it ever since. FILM
More like retail with a few 1s to sell to cause some panic selling to load up on weak hands. FILM
I agree bud. FILM
Thanks bud and this exactly what I was referring to. As we can see from the most recent pr, the company is already working on the 5th objective in regards to the business development for the 10 benchmarks they've set for the second quarter...the company is doing a darn good job imo. The company is putting away debt and currently becoming SEC compliant and transparent for investors. The moment a pr or filing comes out in regards to the debt, this flies! I'm willing to bet all of the conversions are done, this has no other direction to go in but up. Imho we fly by .003s and fast, once this bounce commences. FILM
Not to mention the SS is identical, except the AS over at OTT* is 2.4 nil while ours is 2 bil. Any day now we should hear about the debt being paid in full and then the bounce from here will be epic! The only thing holding this back imo is fear that there will be more share selling. I'm willing to bet that it's already done and possibly this week or early next week, we get a pr and a filing stating that the debt was satisfied. FILM
Within the 2nd quarter. These goals were outlined in the pr that stated the company's goals for the 2nd quarter, there's a lot going. FILM
What happened 3 years ago doesn't matter, clearly the company has appointed new board members to turn things around and all that matters looking forward is that the company executes the business objectives outlined in the april 12th pr. The company is fully current and even released an 8k to explain the outstanding debt and how its being taken care of. Regardless of what the debt was used for, the company is now taking massive steps to become profitable, if you actually read the last 4 prs, you would see that instead of speaking out of out of the side your neck. I don't really care about making you into a convert but clearly you don't understand how start ups operate in the beginning phases, but clearly they were able to obtain funds if they are able to fund the production of a film that should go into production shortly.
I honestly could not have said that any better. FILM
ok. FILM
None of your posts have been intelligible or well thought out. The shares being sold on the market are for paying back outstanding debts. That's what companies do to wipe the slate clean of debt in preparation for bigger projects. I guess the CEO would handle our money better by not taking care of prior obligations and debt? They have a business to run and clearly the focus should be more on the business and taking care of any outstanding issues that would prevent them from moving forward, which will ultimately reflect with the pps. Considering they're current on all past filings, they recently filed an 8k to show transparency to share holders in regards to the share structure and they're currently in the process of being SEC compliant...I would say the CEO is doing a darn good job for a start up trading in the pink sheets. FILM
I'm not complaining though, I know what I own. You don't even have shares and your complaining...???
Maybe for you and those who are losing money because they don't know what their doing. FILM
This should definitely be stickeied! Theres a lot of potential for FILM to be huge runner considering that the movie producer definitely isn't newbie considering he was chosen out of 12,000 candidates by Steven Spielberg to participate in the Fox film maker competition "On the Lot".
Again lol thank you! Somebody give that man a hug please. He needs some milk! FILM
Thank you! FILM
I believe it will and im a glass half full kind of GUY so im willing to say that it most certainly will when the time is right. Its good to see you here too bud! FILM
You do realize that FILM is a start up company right..? Why else would they go public if not to get funding for their projects from investors? The OS isn't even over a billion, calm down. The company obviously means business. Why get current just to dump at trip penny levels, unless it were to fund their business objectives? I've been in plays with an OS double the AS here and they still touched pennies.
You're adding up the volume from each of those days last month when this traded...you do realize that a lot of those shares got accumulated right, whether it was shares that got dumped or traded, a lot of that has been locked up. Theres obviously going to be a lot of volume considering there were 9 filings in one day on april 21st followed up by an 8k. If your problem is that 3 billion shares were traded in total through out a month, you probably shouldn't be trading at all because clearly you don't understand that flippers have to make money too. Shares change hands, those numbers your adding up are nothing more than the number of times those shares either changed hands or how many shares were bought when shares were sold by the company. FILM
I agree bud. After doing some extensive DD and looking through past filings and to older posts on here from when this first began its run from trips to .003s, this will pop again and the pr train hasn't even started. This is a no brainer. FILM
I'm going off of the company profile link that you posted since you'rE throwing out this phantom 3bil number. Clearly the OS is 400 mil now but with the recent share accumulation as of late, a huge majority if not all of that has already been absorbed and locked up. Where are you getting this 3bil number from...? That's impossible...3bil shares couldn't have been traded last month when the company would have to issue 3bil shares to be traded on the market, genius. They don't even have 3bil shares to issue, so how can 3bil shares be traded last month..?? They cant issue 3 bil shares to be traded on the market when the AS is 2bil, Einstein. FILM
You could always cut your losses and sell at 2 so you can move on, if patience isn't your thing. Clearly you haven't been doing your DD and you haven't been trading long enough to see whats happening. 9 filings released all in one day, making the company current, followed up by an 8k and 2nd quarter objectives, with 2 of the objectives already met is clearly screaming "go some where and twiddle your fingers until this pops". FILM
Don't be ridiculous. The AS isn't even 3 bil lmao! They're about a billion short of being able to issue 3 bil shares bud...theres no way 3 billion shares we're traded last month when they cant even issue 3 bil shares...are you confusing the AS count with the OS which is a little under 400 mil, which is shown on the exact same link that YOU posted...??? FILM
So I guess funds for the indie film that they just entered into a contract to fund comes out of thin air huh? Selling shares is apart of the business with start ups, I would think anyone trading trip pennies would know this being around these boards as long as you have...incase you haven't got the memo. Do some DD on the new president of FILM and read the company objectives and maybe you'll learn something. Someone is clearly buying when dumps occur and they're buying for a reason that the smart investor can obviously see. FILM
It doesn't matter. Before the first run, the float was at 60 mil, all that matters now is that the AS doesn't increase. There are plays that still touch pennies on thin air and nothing going with a float bigger than the AS here. Accumulation is off the charts here, the float is pretty much locked up if it isn't already. If you've been keeping up with the prs, the fire works haven't even began. The only reason it ran the first time is because the company went current with 9 filings in one day followed up with an 8k. Now that FILM is current, the pr train will commence shortly, if you've been paying attention to 2nd quarter objectives.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=24745
FILM already met two of those objectives as the April 26th pr.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FILM/news/Cre8tive-Works-Enters-Formal-Agreement-to-Fund-Independent-Horror-Film?id=157026&b=y
At these levels with this much potential going on, you should be accumulating instead of complaining. FILM
