Thank you, and I marked you back! I'm glad we both can see the great potential here. If the company can pull off literally any of the things it says it plans to, it'll be a .01+ company. If they can pull it all off, who knows where this could go.
I like to think of UNGS as the stock to invest in for those who missed out on ERB* last year. We have similar business models and share structures, and for the longest time they didn't have a product either. Plus, Bud Bank looks a lot sexier than Zazzz!
We just have to produce BudBanks, show them off at cannabis shows, and have Anderson start putting out regular fins (even if they're bad at first) to restore faith in UNGS. I would also love to see the A/S come down to 5-billion at most. If you look around the MJ companies on the OTC, that is about the most shares a company can have authorized and still move based on my research (Ex. AVOP-9 billion A/S or so and can't get above trip-3 even on good news).
Congrats on the buy! Hopefully you hold them for a while and at least sell them at 2. Although I couldn't blame you if you let them go at 1 for multiple bags.
Congrats again! GLTY and go UNGS!!
The bid is building nicely today! I'm thinking about putting some support on the bid myself. Hopefully I get filled, but if not it'll give others confidence to start slapping the ask at 2.
My advice to the longs here with some liquid capital would be to put down a couple million bid at 1. Best case scenario you get filled and worst case you give nice support to a company you're long in. Those of you longs who can't I understand it's been a long 4-months. You have all paid your dues and can decide on your own whether you want to put more money in here.
IMO, at this point though, accumulating 1's is the name of the game, until Wayne drops a Bud Bank, GCC, or share structure PR. At least one of those should be dropped in the next 2 or 3 weeks.
This has the potential to be a 10-bagger or better, and I want as many shares as possible for the ride. The payoff will be worth the risk here if you're patient, trade smart to protect profits, and hold a core long.
All IMO. Go UNGS!!
I'm interested to see if we hold support at $5.25 and double bottom or go lower. Deep down I'm kind of hoping we get another buying opportunity in the $4.25-$5.00 range. Buying shares down there is an easy 50-100% trade.
We've been consolidating really nicely in this .032-.04 channel. I think we should bust out and make .04 support soon enough! The updates from Todd are starting to come--IMO he's saving the big news for a sector heat up.
Even though this is a rocky ride at times and can be very volatile, I feel good in my investment here. EDXC has a lot in the pipeline and seem to be executing a good business strategy without toxic financing and diluting the share price to death. The only slight disappointment I've had since I got in a couple months ago is that financials are late. At this point I just want to see the fins, good or bad. My guess is they'll be decent and show an uptick in revenue.
Go EDXC!!
We had a great close here today! Financials dropping on Monday should continue the rally IMO!
Great post!
Don't forget more Greenleaf consulting contracts and the partnership with Vuzix!
I just don't see it happening that quick myself when I look at the current balance sheet and revenue is only a hair above $1,000. I have no doubt that better financials around the corner, but they would have to improve significantly to allow them to qualify for the NASDAQ. I hope you're right and I'm wrong though!
Sector looks strong today!!
Sector starting to heat up too!!
Haha my bad. It's gonna be a fun ride!
The notice of late filing said financials will drop timorrow
Looks like it's going to be a nice green day here!
Pretty thin on the ones right now. It's just gonna take 2 or 3 slaps to clear them out. Hoping we can build a nice bid today and start to chip away at those 2's.
Go UNGS!!
A good financial report on Friday could turn this thing around in an instant! I have faith that management will deliver.
GLTY!
Got my bid filled at .032 yesterday!! I couldn't resist the temptation of picking up shares at such a discounted price.
I think financials dropping on Monday will be a nice catalyst for us. Revenues should be up, and dilution should be minimal. Do you agree?
We should be getting some updates from Todd soon as well. We're way undervalued here, and it's just a matter of time until we test that .059-.062 range again IMO.
Hope you picked up some cheapies! Go EDXC!!
100% agree with you on that
the bid is building quick!! 2's are going to start getting hit shortly!
Only 500-K left now. Lots of potential here still as Wayne left hints about PR's to come in today's press release. It should be a fun ride.
I had to slap those 1's, they were looking too tasty. Anderson followed through with the PR he said was coming. It wasn't a bad PR, he gave us an update on the lawsuits, told us Bud Bank and GCC are still in the works, and told us about a deal that will add 10-12 million dollars in revenue. It's not the perfect PR, but its not bad either.
The panic sellers will regret it IMO. Go UNGS!!
$10-12 million in revenues from the deal sounds good to me!!
Crossing my fingers that will be the case. Regardless, I think ERBB has too much going on to be held down for too much longer. With Zazzz machines out and operating, and with the revenue growth that was PR'd a few months back it seems that this company has as good a chance as any to make it in the MJ industry.
GLTY!
I'm thinking we might see ERBB triple bottom from these levels. If you look at the 6-month chart, every time ERBB has flirted with these levels it has seen a nice pop back towards .02.
ERBB has even more going on this time around though. I'm ready for financials to drop, and might add a few more shares here before they do.
Go ERBB!
Picks for the week:
UNGS, CANV, EDXC, and ERBB
I think MJ will start to get some of its mojo back this week. The sector is near the bottom now IMO
If we get good news on Bud Bank, do you think we can see 5's this week? I'm thinking we will see some major resistance in the 4-5 range personally
I found this summary of the legal arguments.
http://www.mjinews.com/us-v-schweder-may-change-everything/
It seems to me that the sector is finding its bottom right now. Next week, I expect to see some of the tickers to start making some nice runs again. Keep an eye on CANV, it looks like it might be a nice swing trade option for next week.
It looks like that $2.50 buying opportunity could be coming soon. I'm interested to see if this one returns to trading in the $2.50-$3.00 channel until the company puts out news/fins, or until the sector finds a catalyst.
Do you know of any link with a transcript of the arguments? I would love to take a look at the complete arguments being made in the case.
Hold strong! We seem to be heating up a bit this week. I don't think we have much longer to wait now. I've placed my bet here, because I like the vision of Todd Davis, and because I think financials will serve as a nice catalyst to get this one running again. Hoping for .10+, but I'll be very happy with .06
GLTY! Go EDXC!!
I don't know who the analyst was that made that claim, but the reason why MDBX reached such heights was because of share structure and hype. It's better to compare their market caps, then PPS.
Since MDBX has a much lower float, it can trade much thinner and make bigger gains on lower volumes. When volume started pouring into MJ in the 1Q of the last year, MDBX already was well known in the industry and had a lot of hype.
ERBB is mostly stuck where it is now, because of its share structure and large float. For ERBB to move, we will need some more volume to flow in. All it will take is some buying pressure.
As far as comparing the companies, I think ERBB is hands down in better short and long-term shape than MDBX. We have multiple sources of revenue, machines in place and use, and do not have the legal scrutiny that MDBX has facing it.
Long-term, ERBB has as good a chance as anybody to make it in the MJ sector. Once revenues start getting bigger, we will probably see a share buyback at some point down the road. ERBB has the stronger vision, and has real results and accomplishments to show for themselves. Betting on them now, could pay off handsomely in the future
GLTY! Go ERBB!!
I honestly don't think we'll see those levels at this point. IMO, financials will serve as the catalyst that make or break us in the short-term. If we see substantial revenue growth (which is what I anticipate) and minimal dilution then I think we will see .02. If financials are underwhelming and dilution outweighs growth, then I think we could see .011 or lower. It seems like the market is waiting and watching accordingly and that is why we can't seem to break out of this channel.
All IMO. GLTY Penny!!
Lol that's one of the funnier comments I've ever read on ihub, but this doesn't need to hit a dollar soon/ever to make me happy. Me and most of the other holders here would be more than happy with .015-.02 in the next few months IMO.
You don't think support will hold?
At this point its just a waiting game. Once one of the many catalysts comes to fruition here, we will be testing .06 again. Financials are about a week away at this point. We won't be in this channel much longer IMO.
Haha, just need a few nice slaps and it'll shrink quickly. I'm just watching to see the bid build today. Where we close is irrelevant to me until news.
Do you mind sharing what you read?
I feel your pain! I just missed out on this one too
$6 is looking like the bottom here. I think we might see this double bottom one more time in the $6.00-$6.15 range.
Hope everyone has their tickets here! This is a real company that has assembled the best management team in the MJ industry. I'm confident that they will show significant growth in the next quarter. In a few years this should be a NASDAQ company!
All IMO. Go CBDS!!
Seeing the bid at 22-million is nice!
The interest is here! Now it's just time for Anderson to finally deliver
