Correct me if I'm wrong. It's been a while since I've seen the 485B being filed through the SEC. It means that a Mutual Fund or Investment Trusts has to register the the stock that they will make available within thier fund and create a prospectus for it also.
Anyone see the Mutual fund registrants? The 485B's for solar3d yet? Wow!
I'm happy that everyone is getting along on this board again. I'm very surprised that the 3 items remaining to complete on the prototype before testing has happened this quickly. I was guessing about a month to a month and a half from the acquisition news. Now, the next news should be the test results. I'm guessing within a week or two.
I'm surprised that Chinese dog food is not on the topic yet. Sorry guys for bringing up the dog food. I'm drinking a beer. Singing I'm in the money!! Im in the money!! Go SLTD!!
Solar 3d had all intentions to make the panels in the USA until Japan won the currency war and other countries followed suit. Of coarse, China.
Reason- Low volume. Similar to Jan. 13 before the run up. Would hated to have been doing that till the 24th. I've had way better odds holding for the long term.
Solar installations are not slow during those times. Especially when there is- No credit Check
No Upfront Costs
100% Project Funding (don't need to wait for the "Loan to the govenment" tax refund)
That is what Sunworks has to offer.
"Hey, look what I just installed for Christmas." " I Should be saving $180 per month on my electric and getting a check back from the utility company that I sold power back to during the peak time."
Word of mouth is amazing. Especially to family and friends that you invite over for a Holiday.
Thanks a lot. You made me hungry now.
Who is Sunworld?
SUNWORKS is based in California and installs solar panel systems YEAR round without a slow season.
I agree to the fullest.
Nice! I know that you live in that area. Guess we will have to wait. It's not like I haven't done that til now with this company. I do believe that this will get up to the dollar range WITHIN the year. So I continue to wait.
Ahh, Memories... I remember when I "actually said" somethings on this board that I got some flack for(understood of coarse). I sent CERP a private msg to ask him on his secretive news. He never replied yet. I wonder why? Cerp, Is it that the proto type is complete? Or, is it that they are aquiring another company? I truly don't know. If you really do, I'm sure it will great news.
So you were one of the profit takers that drove the price down. Your welcome :)
I did not lie. If you read that post correctly. I said that they (solar3d) teamed up with 2 investors that have closed deals with companies within the 300 million dollar range. As you can see in the purchase, 2 investors fronted the $1,250,000 cash. And, I have a good feeling that these 2 investors will be involved with fronting the money for the manufacturing start up also.
They are on the right track in my opinion.
Thanks for that too. Remember, at one point was in the .25's with no value at all.
Swiamca and Tommy, I'm still waiting for the "Guru" financial analysts numbers from Prinz18. Let's see if he can put his money where his mouth is. Prinz18, can you humor us with your P/E ? We would like to know. Actually, I would just like to know. I have a BMW X5, so don't let me down. I love German engineering.
You sound like my brother. Way too smart (161 IQ) and takes humor on others flaws. I don't think that he would ever try to "bait" anyone though. He owned his own investment firm before selling out. Well... I'm waiting for your calculations. Glad your still in it though.
After looking into your msgs and reading quite a few from you. You sure ask alot of questions. The flag for me was your Replies to Jersey Fish. when he puts a cartoon up, you hit him with values and numbers from your own research. SOOO.... I'm sure you can figure it out on your own for future P/E ratios. Right? Also, I don't belive that you really bought back in. I hope that I'm wrong for your sake. Sorry.
I do agree with that.
Good job. Jim Nelsons stars are aligning. We should hear more news on the manufacturer within a few weeks and maybe even on the prototype at that time. I hope that you have been buying a ton more like I have if you believed in this company when it was only .012 Incredible progress since then right! I've been buying since it was .017 and still keep picking more up. Let's just say that I have a few shares.
Are you in SLTD? I see that you are either new or a name change.
Hope you got back in again. I remember when you sold 200k and took your profit back in mid Jan.
Profit takers. Don't worry. They will be buying back in soon enough.
What a wonderful time to own part of a company from the ground floor. And,as of Friday, they are now considered a profitable company!
This is going to be a fun ride this year! See you tomorrow at open. For those that are able to sleep right now. Best of dreams!!!
Sorry, my data on the open and close is more accurate. I will win super bowl tickets for next year when I'm right tomorrow. Just watch.
Wonderful. Drop that bomb again as you feel fit this year.
Sounds good. But, DON'T DO IT!!! You would be paying taxes on the full market value on the date of a conversion. Worked for an investment firm and wife is a CPA.
Yes. That does sound familiar from the horses mouth. That is why I said that this is going to be within the DOLLARS range WITHIN the year (also from the horses mouth). You have to remember that the buy out will not happen right after the commercialization. It will be evaluated for the right company and a for mesh fit (value and integrity). Remember that Jim Nelsons goal in life is to be the best of what he does.
Yaaaaaaaaa baby! Looks great to me.
Given the size of the jar (SLTD with the Sunworks aquisition) and the volume (outstanding shares) multiplied by the number of jellybeans (shares bought and held for long term) poured into the container in 1 market day is- .167 open and .235 close with a high of .288
There are approx. 7.6 large jelly beans per cubic inch and 11.5 jelly bellys pers square inch. Measure the jar to get the volume and multiply by the number of jelly beans per square inch. Or, there is a 20% loss of air. With the jelly bellys it is more like 25%. from what I remember. Won every time. Once was a 3 1/2 gallon container. Don't care for them any more.
I have a heavy hitter that said he will start to come into SLTD at opening bell on Monday.
We have something in common. Sorry for jumping down your throat. We need to talk more. I'll give you my Email and discuss some ventures. We pay 19.6 cents per kilowatt non-laddering in an un-tapped market and looking to expand likewise.
Was that your DD? If it was. Sorry, you sounded like my anal retentive wife who is a CPA. You must be a bean counter or an engineer. No offense. Seriously. If this is your take on this with the cons I will tune you up this weekend. Love her to death though.
You give me the link first. I will be contacting them to correct some issues and then I will private msg you with the details about the lab.
I HAVE verified the laboratoy where Dr. Son works. Nice try on that. Do they need some help for their Due Diligence department?
Also, I don't see anything about having three more items left to complete on the prototype. It will be completed very soon. Guess I'm in the wrong business. Or am I?
Hey buddy, send me the link. And trust me, I WILL dissect it. Personally, I have the habit not to believe everything I read. I only base on TRUE facts.
This should be over the 1 dollar range within a year from what I know.
LESS than a year. That is what I was told. Awesome Huh!
