It was never stated that they 'had' to submit a 900 page application.
Good luck getting verifiable facts and no spin here!
If I ever needed to know the information, yes it would be easy to find, but I don't have it on file. I have no need to contact Randy Hamdan or his lawyer.
I don't need it and is not necessary to my research.
I wasn't referring to that, but now that you bring it up, that is a good source of information for potential investors if they wish to hear another perspective! It is just an informational site and offers no advice.

Then that's what will happen, or not! We'll just see what happens.
How would you define misleading say if one created a phony website on weed stocks?
Would that be ignorant and foolish or is that fraudulent because someone has gained something, that being $.
The SEC and FINRA to this point have found no wrong doing! Go figure!
Then submit your findings to the SEC and let the real law enforcement do their job. Oh, t
Keep fishing! I dislike all Stock Promoters all of them! :) Especially ones that operate under different sets of laws in foreign countries with looser regulations!
You don't know his intent, so you can't say misled. That is speculation.
Proof please. You're offering no proof. You are alleging misconduct and must offer proof not conjecture.
Actually it is not fraudulent as you say. The definition of fraudulent from Webster's Dictionary is:
"done to trick someone for the purpose of getting something valuable."
Now you can replace the word with misspoke, mistaken, incorrect, or wrong.
Fraudulent is the incorrect adjective unless you can prove that he knowingly made these remarks to gain something valuable. You would have to prove that.
And HC did issue a Ready to Build letter. This is the approval for which he spoke. This letter is the same letter that every company applying for a MMJ license in Canada has stated as their approval. And yes, HC does do their homework in issuing the Ready to Build letter. Licensing is a different part of the process.
Hotstocked.com is a Bulgarian run Stock Promoter. Not a trusted source of information.

$20 investment capital for FITX source from a reputable company. That is a fact!
What do you have? What did you find? I am interested to know and it would be good information for traders and investors!
If is just as much DD as your counter-argument and therefore relevant.
I don't really care where they got, to be honest with you. The money was sourced from a reputable firm and that's all that matters to me.
I do not know how the money has been completely utilized. I do not know the terms of the investment. I do see real progress being made so I would imagine that the money is being put to use. I do not see any insider behavior that leads me to believe that there is fraudulent use of the money.
My question to you is, who would just throw $20 million dollars away on an investment? And wouldn't that investor do their due diligence before writing that check? I'm sure that they would have the resources to do a complete background check and investigation instead of listening to innuendoes and gossip.
I think no one inside the company anticipated such a lengthy delay by HC for pre-license inspection. The Application and Licensing process is unchartered territory for new companies in Canada and there is no precedent. The expectations were that it would be done in a timely manner, but the wheels of government bureaucracy turn slowly.
The company had hoped to be growing sooner. At this point, it is a waiting game.
There is some debate about vertical integration and where to begin with that foundation. I don't think that anyone believes that they will become a big MJ pharmaceutical company at the outset. What they have done is put the blocks together to build a well-rounded company once they receive the license. A company that just strictly grows and sells MMJ has a limited market and would not have the capacity to grow due to limited growth potential. Now if the laws change around the world than consumer demand for MJ will explode, but that is a long way away. A company that wants to capitalize on all MJ and Hemp opportunities, especially in the pharmaceuticals, will have a better chance of success in the long.
The issues here with FITX are not the license wait or the hyperbole and promises. Any seasoned investor would know not to believe hype. The main issue is share structure. It is a well known issue. The company has promised to deal with this issue and we'll see if they do.
As far as the claim of insiders dumping shares. There is no dumping going on. There have been sales, but no dump. There are day traders and shareholders with a lot of shares that sell on highs and buy on dips which is why there is always volume here. If If I sold my stake, some would probably think it was an insider selling.
The potential of a much higher PPS as well as belief in the growth potential keeps the insiders from dumping. There will always be claims of dumping as critics hammer away on the restricted shares and share structure. There is no denying that the issue is ripe for debate. I just don't see it happening, but that is just my opinion.
This is a Pink Stock. No one should go in to it thinking that it will be a lottery ticket. Pink Stocks are a risk. If you look at any of the other MMJ companies though, ask yourself, who has received $20 million investment capital? Someone believes in the potential of this company and I'm sure that they did not just hand the CEO a check without doing their own due diligence.
Yes, please do your research and don't listen to anyone who tells you what to buy or what not to buy unless they are your trusted advisor or broker. DD is a must for any smart investor.
There are a lot of resources available to anyone who is interested in learning about the company.
I'm not comparing Finston to Weiner. I was just saying that if you do something foolish or say something foolish on Twitter you will get more attention for doing that act.
You can delete Tweets which is probably why it doesn't show up in a Google search. You can also set your account so it's not indexed by Google.
Think about the fact that he wrote that SA article and Google News picked it up on their news feed. And then he goes and says what he says. I'd say, even if MF is small potatoes, he has damaged the reputation of a private citizen. If anyone chose to read the SA article and then saw the Tweet or vice versa, it is not unreasonable to associate the two pieces of information together because they came from the same source, Matt Finston.
Here is the statements from Matt Finston. I copied and pasted it.

Other people keep bringing up the case, not me! Like Matt Finston is going to win his case against Hamdan and that he will be allowed Discovery to explore all of his accusations that he wrote about in his SA article... That's just not true. So I correct them and tell them what the case is really about. You asked me where Matt Finston's statement came from and I told you. I'm not making a big deal of it, I'm just answering your question and offering to show you what I found.
Twitter is public, so how can it be more public? Kind of like what happened with Anthony Weiner. You can't take back what you already said or did, but you can get more attention drawn and exposure by doing inappropriate things.
I don't know, I think saying someone's family is connected to a terrorist organization is a pretty serious charge. That sort of statement is very damaging to one's reputation! Especially in light of accusations that he had printed in the media. So it's not just that Finston has stated that Hamdan is under investigation by the SEC as he writes about in the SA article, it's that he takes it a step further by associating him with terrorists in a public forum.
Anyone with a Pacer account can find the Exhibit. You are asking me where it was said?
I have the exact conversation from Pacer. It looks to be from Twitter. Is it allowed to be posted on IHub?
License is issued by HC and has nothing to do with zoning. Zoning is a municipal issue and has been dealt with. Lakeshore has spoken of changing by-laws, but those changes will not effect FITX as any by-law change is not retroactive. Only new facilities constructed after by-law changes will be effected.
Yes, government wheels do turn slowly!
I don't think it will be difficult to prove that falsely connecting someone's family to a terrorist organization is damaging to one's reputation.
Yes, I realized that after and posted that he will get Discovery but only relevant to the charges.
Only that relevant to the charges.
There is no Discovery in a Libel case. MF must defend his statements.
What would be Finston's counter-suit? He is a 'journalist' not law enforcement. He can only report his allegations and findings to the SEC.
He has published a story and he must defend various statements that have been deemed libelous.
He can try to have the case dismissed.
So you're saying as a statement of fact that board members, insiders, and the CEO are engaging in fraud? Do you have proof to support your statement?
The statement 'go get em' are words of motivation and encouragement. By encouraging someone, you are supporting their opinion and objectives. You can not twist it any other way.
He mentioned an interest in doing business in Nevada which is what made me think of it. In interviews he said that he was eyeing Nevada to set up a U.S. facility.
Can't guess anything about Hamdan's filing.
I'm guessing here, but Nevada looks ready for MMJ. It could be a play for setting up shop to do business there. Otherwise, I have not heard of these enterprises being included in business dealings.
Last I heard they had retained Deloitte on June 19, 2014 to do an audit. If you don't like Deloitte than that's your opinion. They are considered one of the big four in the audit world.
The release of an audit would help clarify many unanswered questions. Agreed.
Yes, let the buyer beware. No doubt!
I was referring to a single case. And here we go again with that inflection.
With some, inflection begets innuendo.
About FITX -- exactly! Why would they bother!?!
FITX has said nothing about the lawsuit. The only people who have spoken up are individual shareholders and the critics.
You have assumed guilt based on your evidence? In a court of law you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. I know about the case.
I'm running out of free messages here. I'd love to talk about this more, but there are more important things going on.
