Thank you...looking forward to your review!!
HIPPQ made the IHUB breakout board today, #4. Let's see if that brings some more eye balls!!
needs more eyeballs and hype
hipp would be immediately accretive to yahoo since they would gut hipp's workforce and get rid of the bloated c-level expenses.
The sad part is that hipp would have probably turned a profit years ago if it weren't for one inept and over paid mgmt. team after another.
Yahoo tried to buy HIPP in '13 and '14, but hipp's mgmt. over played their hands and yahoo walked. Had hipp's ceo not been an idiot, hipp would have traded at 2 or 3 X their rev's...now yahoo looks smart and they have the chance to acquire them for less then 1/2 hipp's rev's...
the judge already approved that...it's in one of the links below that was posted today
link?
Thanks...I guess 2/27 is the next big court date then now that yahoo's motion has been approved.
is there a '168' doc?
Looks like yhoo's motion was approved.
who sells 500 shares of a sub penny stock? Stupid MM manipulation...
not due out until march
They were the stalking bidder, but yahoo has joined the mix.
HIPP had sales north of $25-$30M last year and should have been profitable. Unfortunately the mgmt. team sucked it big time and blew it on a grand scale.
If we get any volume today, this thing will run hard
something is percolating...would like to see more volume though
Thanks.
Yahoo would make the most sense to acquire them. Esp considering they are already using their patents. I'd also imagine yahoo would be able to gut expenses w/out hurting revs, which would make the acquisition immediately accretive.
The only reason HIPP couldn't make it is b/c the mgmt. sucked and completely over paid themselves.
I really need a pacer account...will you be posting the links as they become available? If no, will you update the board?
any indication on when we'll hear word on the court hearing today 3 pm?
The bidder wouldn't give anything, but the market will perceive it one way (right or wrong) and assign an artificial value to the SP.
Do you really think if Yahoo or someone else ends up paying $20M for the company that the SP isn't going to react accordingly?
That's boiler place language required by the SEC since the stalking horse bid ($4.5M) would return nothing to the common.
If another bidder steps up and offers a big premium, then the commons might retain some value. It all depends on the final purchase price.
here's your chance!
Decent sized wall at .003; if that gets broken .0035/.0038 is the next area to watch.
So far the 50 day has been holding, which is great. Assuming that holds, a nice base will have formed. If that continues, attbf is going to run to the 200 sma around .35 with in a month. Mark it.
My bet would be that their notes do not allow for an early pay off.
and 15M more at 29
nope...vfin just dumped 23M shares at .003 and is still there...
Not sure what you're asking to see...you can call the lab in WA, it has a listed #...other products haven't been released yet, but they've PR'd when they'll become available...
Yes and it's already generating rev's
Releasing products to the market = future revenue. Granted, no projections attached as its still early, but actually releasing products is a huge step in the right direction.
exactly
a PR of any substance will push this above the 24/25 resistance...
fair point...
someone is trying hard to keep this under.002
News of Rev's and we're down??
It's only a matter of time until someone buys them out. Hopefully the SP is higher then today, otherwise someone is going to steal this company.
The MC is a joke right now.
I'll happily take slow and steady as long as it's going from the bottom left to the top right...
I have no problem with a little dilution as long as its used to drive revenues. The SS is pretty solid right now so as long as it's not crazy and used to pay exec's, I"m ok with it.
Agreed, this is really the make it or break it year for the company. They have huge potential, now all they need to do is execute and maybe a little luck from HC...
you're right...doin too many things at once
sorry mean bid!
VFIN back on the ask
