Dude I know you are a smart guy.
GrowLife senior executives are attorneys, patient advocates, business and political leaders in this arena. It's a core strength of the company. Do you think they know a bit more than you perhaps? Or do you have such qualifications?
Some of us are healthcare professionals with a great deal of experience in the public policy arena,
It is fascinating that what you might speak is the truth- a different point of view, a different universe. Integrity is the key here- PHOT has that- is that something that you value?
Mine too, but I do expect extraordinary volatility. And there are a lot of ifs but plenty of exit points.
Nice post
In any case they are warrants that expires in 5 years.
Ludicrous to think people who will control the JV will just sell out. That's like suggesting all founders and directors of companies exercise their options immediately. No one would be a billionaire that way :)
Completely agree. True speculation.
Just like me (and perhaps you) only on a much grander scale people actually don't execute warrants. These are usually people who are winners and interested in something much grander. There are hints all over the place of these types of people. Mullets don't believe that.
Yep. That's called trust buddy. That's capitalism. And that's why we do our DD. Read my posts.
Done agreement signed 19Nov
Gone, won't be back until there's more concrete evidence GrowLife is making revenue (like GIFT contract), etc.
I think he buys in
I miss OfficerK his 'pumps' were so much more substantial.
I'd like to see more discussion from the execs on metrics they have targeted that will show they know they will be meeting their forecasts. Lots of creative ideas, very little evidence anyone understands financials and operations.
As a shareholder
Agreed. Lots of great ideas- some synergism perhaps, but the bottom line is discipline and focus. They need to execute a business plan.
Old news
Hopefully. We need to see results.
Possible reality. Thank you for the insight. Explains the market inefficient hypothesis that I am developing.
You're a smart guy figure it out :)
I guess our $40M investors have been duped too?
I think it should be built to be a more robust medical site
Found it- fascinating
Where do you find these numbers?
Yep
The only thing left is execution. Without that all is for naught. We need deals and lots of them. Hopefully the new PE firm will take control they need help.
Good luck that's a lousy plan
Nbs?
Just look at my previous posts I've spent hours checking out the investor
I agree. We need real action now.
Concur. Unless they don't execute. But these new investors are in control.
JV is structured quite different from the MJNA fiascos as outlined in AB. Blueprint in detail filed with the SEC. Opportunity for PHOT to control JV once company takes off is signal to market of investors' intentions.
3. Been burned too many times and expressing that fear, hoping for people to balance their insight. Just a hypothesis.,,,
There will be plenty of hints given AB's reiterative industry analysis and any shuffling if shares like MJNA. With their history and priority of brand building the risk is mitigated.
Concur. Warrants issued, expire in 5 years. Investors of Tony's grade won't cash out early, jMO. They want to win.
Earnings report next quarter will be the bottom line. As long as we have transparency we can do our DD.
Crossiver
Keep us honest Mullet so we do punch out if PHOT does not perform
Probably. They have a free 20+ page executive summary that you can downloaf
ArcView puts out an industry report, $450
You might be right. Mullet posted this in February at the height of PHOT's rise to .12
Most of us came in board in the summertime when it went down to .03
