Again, this information is not required by the SEC and is not on the Form 10. I can not answer the question. Google does not post that information, nor does Apple. Why you expect MYEC to do this I am not for sure.
It came from processing transactions, and revenue recognition is discussed in the accounting policies in the annaul report. Please read the form 10 and annual report before making false accusations
False, selling shares has nothing to do with revenue. Thats a financing activity reported in the statement of cash flow. Do you understand how revenue rec works?
Hows is that smoke and mirrors? Its called an accounting change due to change in circumstance. Do you understand how revenue is recognized?
They never lied about revenue. Revenue was reported as GAAP but had to be changed after the relationship became no longer a arms-length transaction.
It could be his shares are in escrow or possibly in hold by a third party. Also, if he did receive part of the 90 that was a significant disclosure after the Q2 reporting date and I don't believe included in the share count as of Q2
Pretty sure that's not a PR it's a payment website recognizing Myecheck.

SO it is a fake app? how did it pull money out of my account? Why does it only cost .25 per transaction? So confused
Are you stating the company fails to deliver on its promises? What's this app doin on my phone. Is this fake?
100% accurate. But its not about the quality of the content its about how many times you can post in all caps.
lol Do you understand what Par Value is?
We both know what you were insinuating. But I can play dumb to if that makes it easier.
*Yawn* False. I can easily redeem the money back into my own back account. Also, I am sure P2P functionality will be added soon.
Well Africa seems to be live with UBA so theres a lot of good going on here.
100% FALSE AGAIN
Again you were the one posting the links that showed incorrect information. I think we can both agree your links were false and stated incorrect information.
so your stating I cant withdrawal money from my account? Whats this withdrawal button doing on my screen?
First its closed loop then its open loop what are you trying to say.
So do I believe the links you posted or a random email you say you got? Which one of your post do I believe?
Your links are saying that Emobile is open loop, now your saying some random person is saying the opposite.
Wtf
You literally just posted information that contradicts your own point. I have no idea what you are trying to say.
CLOSED LOOP SYSTEMS ARE SUCH LIKE GIFT CARDS ONLY SPENT IN ONE PLACE AND VALUE CANT BE TURNED INTO CASH. PLEASE UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE POSTING BEFORE POSTING IT
YOUR ARTICLE YOU POSTED DEFINES OPEN LOOP AS Open-loop payment systems, on the other hand, allow customers to spend value deposited into them at multiple merchants, transfer it to someone else, and/or withdraw it as cash later.
THIS IS EMOBILE YOU CAN PAY MULTIPLE VENDORS, WITHDRAW CASH BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT. PLEASE READ YOUR OWN ARTICLE
what no its open lol I am just reading your article and it says the below
Open-loop payment systems, on the other hand, allow customers to spend value deposited into them at multiple merchants, transfer it to someone else, and/or withdraw it as cash later.
Actually look at your article it displays the opposite.
Open-loop payment systems, on the other hand, allow customers to spend value deposited into them at multiple merchants, transfer it to someone else, and/or withdraw it as cash later.
Lmfao

Fully diluted is in reference to diluted earnings per share calculation.
