Don't care whether they hit paydirt this quarter or four quarters from now so long as they are profitable and I believe they will be.
Good product.Good people and great prospects.
Timelines not an issue here as prduction is something they are learning about as they go along.
They have made mistakes in setting neartime goals and you will notice they have learned from that and are now making no such announcements.
Patience needed here and the rewards will come.
Two posters have mentioned friends visiting the mine over the last couple of days..
What did they see?
What did they learn?
Pretty drizzly where you are today!
Thanx for interesting article.
Someone once famously said "the market is an ass" and I am constantly reminded of this looking at it from a macro perspective.
Today four of my holdings are nicely in the green with the dow tanking triple digits.
A couple of the days ago with the dow up,all four of the same stocks were in the red.
This is why I believe the longer view is much more comfortable for many of us who do not search among charts, statistics and chicken guts for dailly direction on investments.
If one invests in a product that will be in demand and management is sound and committed to a sound plan and is nimble to adjust said plans to the inevitable variables, then the longer term outcome is often positively predictable.
A remark like that conveys the attitude and acumen of its author.
A good CEO will always change game plan and goals as the goal posts in business are often changing in themselves.
To stick to an outdated plan would be financial suicide.
The poster ignores the history of the ALMI CEO which is one of forthrightness and honesty. He is held in high regard by all that know him.
There are many positives in the ALMI storey so it is my view that one who harps on the negatives and makes adolescent remarks such as ---"and it might be that the buyers change their mind and only want the clay from one underground source under weather specific conditions. Similar things have happened already". ---have an agenda that does not coincide with those whio wish this enterprise well.
Protestations that the poster is long etc fall on deaf ears here.
Finally this sort of nonsensical post belongs on RB where this poster spendes most of his/her/its time among others of its own ilk.
Thanks for sharing that.
Positive reports seem much harder to come by these days than are rants of missed deadlines!
This link was sent to me privately as I have this poster on ignore on the RB board.
You may be interested to see what poster stix is planning for this board.

Plans to return under seperate identities/aliases so that all the rest of us can face the truth----as he/she sees it!
I guess he does not understand that Ihub has his ISP#
Really demented poster.
---And this was directed at??
---let me guess!!
---Stix?
--Fits!
There was also someone standing right there that bought the 150k with no real impact on pps.
Micro managing often brings heartburn.
A longer view is far more comfortable.
Just pointing out the obvious the other side of the coin.
Your post and point of view are well received by me.
I think there is no wrong in posting a negative view but to continue endlessly on that theme is counterproductive.
It is interesting to see what sets people off on a board.
My very first post here resulted in a flame simply because my due dilligence uncovered other halloysite deposits in other parts of the world.I was inquiring to find if posters here considered this a problem. Some still bring this up.
Another poster is angry because I have announced that I am happy and am in the green on this investment.
Yet another is upset because I sold my initial investment and ride a large number of free shares.
To me from the very first, this was a hostile board but from the beginning I held high hopes for it because of the obvious trouble Rig and others have gone to here.
I have made dozens of posts at RB pointing new investors to this site to profit from Rigs DD package and it has been successful because many here found this board that way and have sent me their thanks.
It was my way of countering the blatant lies and character assasination of our CEO at the RB board.
ONE SURE WAY TO REMOVE NEGATIVITY AND IMPROVE THE TONE OF THIS BOARD IS TO ABSOLUTELY REFRAIN FROM PERSONAL ATTACKS.
I am also an investor in ONT and there are three boards associated with that stock.
Two are a constant mess and are inhabited by some pretty low life individuals. The third is a monitored board called On2Profit at RB.
That board is run within the parameters of courtesy and good will and it is a refuge of sanity for those that use it.Rarely if ever any problems and lots of good info.
Many of us have become friends over the years.
I believe this board has the same potential.
I look forward to a total end to hostilities on this board and for all to share the common goal of profiting from ALMI
I look forward to new info in the days ahead and positive pressure on PPS as investors become aware of this company.
Your welcome Tech--
Looks like Beigle got more info with a far longer call than I made.
I must say I agree with Beigle that Roskelly did not sound like he was on top of the game---a little vague.
Talking to some of the staff at ALMI HQ I was told that they are all under instructions not to discuss details with anyone outside the firm. They say this is because they do not want to release details or discuss them willy nilly but have them all go through one spokesman---Roskelly.
I have always had the feeling when talking to PR people that somehow you are getting a prepared speech rather than answers to direct answers.
I think one has to go directly to the CEO to get current answers to questions.
I got nothing that made me less confident than before I phoned them, but then I was not negatively predisposed.
I take it you either didn't read or understand Rigatoni's cautionary post?
Let me help you out. It's #1190
I read it and it makes a lot of sense.
Just got off the phone from John Roskelly.
Here are the salient points of our conversation.
I asked about the 50 ton order mainly because of the concerns expressed by many re late delivery.
The answer was two fold.
CEO was originally going to ship 50 tons from 200 surface tons.
client said he was in no hurry and was more interested in receiving 50 tons from subsurface large deposit so that continuing deliveries would come from the same deposit area assuring similiar quality supply.
This is now being done.
Roskelly said he receives many calls dailly from investors on this particular point.
I pointed out that it was probably wise for the firm to consider a press release giving an update with emphasis on full details surrounding the progress of the 50 ton order. This would allay suspicions and/or concerns among investors.
I said I felt this was obligatory on part of the CEO as he announced the 50 ton deal to be done by a certain date and then has said no more. This oversight is causing concern in some quarters even though the explanation is simple and believable.
Also it would stop Roskelly's phone being tied up by people looking for clarification on this issue.
He said CEO would be at the mine topday and that he would take this up with him.
I would expect a press release soon.
Here is just one of the pieces I uncovered just before I bought into ALMI--- Halloysite in Belgium?
http://www.mindat.org/min-1808.html
There are several references to other deposits scattered around the globe.
None of these appear to have the quality claimed by ALMI.
As I said to stix I say to you.
I am happy to have doubled my investment.
I am happy.Get it?
You go ahead and be argumentative and miserable.
Only affects you--not me.
You argue about what DD I have done or not done.
You have no clue what I have done.
and yes,your punctuation stinks.
When this stock first was pointed out to me, my initial DD showed that there are in fact several halloysite deposits scattered about the globe.More DD showed that most of them are useless due to impurities and that only NZ and Dragon are viable. So bury that tired old line please.
As for my opposing that fool duke on the other board,I am only one of several who are tired of his repetitive crap.I draw the line when he calls our CEO a liar and the dragon mine a fake.
As for the 50 ton problem you and others have,I trust our CEO based on his track record of honesty. So I feel he knows what he is doing.
I am content to let these guys build out the mine on their schedule not yours or mine.
And finally, try a little paragraphing when you post book length posts---would be much easier to read.
Meanwhile they have doubled my money very quickly so I don't feel the need to continually saw the same log as some do here.
Suggest most politely that you read Chucks post again now that you have delivered yourself of your outrage.
He makes perfect sense to me.
Your board history shows you are a FASC refugee which now gives some insight as to why you would prefer a negative take on ALMI.
I believe future events will prove your bias wrong.
Good luck anyway.
This is the real value of Ihub.
Posts pro and con are welcome so long as they are supportable facts.
Anyone can also state their opinion pro or con and this too is welcome.
But woe betide any poster who goes on ad nauseum posting his private beliefs over and over again.
Ditto one who persists in spite of the fact that evidence is presented contrary to his position proving his stance insupportable.
There is a poster named Mogulbuster on the "other" board who persists in posting multiple lies aboiut ALMI and its management.
He has been presented with solid evidence over and over that he is wrong in his position but he still continues with lies and taunts.
Nothing is done and the only thing to do is shun and ignore which most do but one.
That website loses all credibility because of its inaction in such cases.
These antisocial posters castigate Ihub calling it Ihug for its responsible policies.
Newcomer Stonehands[Manosdepiedra] might take all this to heart.
Personally I am thankful Ihub exists as a solid counterpoint to the trashy competition.
Let the pompous kid learn the hard way.
Fine by me.
It would probably shock him to understand that my hobby probably exceeds his net worth handily.
Done trading words with a fool.
No profit in it.
Doesn't even create a smile.
Many have their own way of investing in the market.
My way works for me and the intricacies of what I do remain private.
I have run into whiners like you on many message boards and generally they are two bit operators with little experience.
My experience stretches back long before you were born son so you will not yet have had the time to have the market vagaries shape a distinct strategy for you.
You gave your immaturity a good airing when you said I came from the gutter.
This is a hobby for me and does not enter into the realm of serious investing wwhich I do in other ways.
This is play money for me whilst it sounds like life or death for you.
But even with play money,I have my strategies---
Hint.If you want better acceptance from board members and to enter into meaningful discourse with them--stop your incessant whining and attacks on management.
We know your life hinges on schedules.
We also know that not much else does.
It seems that you are the sort that will always see the wine glass half empty while the rest of us see value in some wine in the glass.
We must be on to something as many of us have doubled our stakes here.
Good luck and think about what I have said.
I am far from alone from being irritated by your short sighted negativity.
Both of your prior posts contain nothing of value to even retort to.
Very boring poster.
and---
"Do you know that I havent been to the MIne, met Bill or Ron. Do you know that I have not been in mining before. Do you know that I have not spoken to Lintek or the overseas buyer?
Rst assured I know enough to ensure I am speaking from a place rooted in data"
If indeed you have done any of these things, would you like to share your findings with the board?
---just as a change from whining so to speak.
The only thing I need to "justify my crusade" is my truck full of free shares.
Whine away!
Suits me.
Management has stumbled so bad my investment has doubled!
Bash away kid as my investment keeps growing and you keep looking more and more stupid with your silly repetitive and boring posts.
Are you blind as well as stupid?
Read foregoing post from one who has been to the mine.Looked management in the eye.Come away totally impressed.
Why don't you do the same whiner and spare us your weepy posts.
Nah.You would only prove you are a fool.
Doubloon.
You are a far more patient person than I!
The whiner knows all this.
His reason for whining is the love of whining.
Personal personality flaw.
---but it does get him a lot of attention from posters on this board and that point may well be his chief reason for repetitive whining. Can't get attention any other way.
Four year olds do it too.
Well recognised.
Yeah.
Very comfortable with myself.
Can't you tell.
You never hear me whining.
Mostly smiling at my good fortune to hold a truck full of free ALMI shares.
Great company,management and product.
Just have low tolerance for repetitive whiners like you.
Boring.
[eg]
"unsofisticated?"
You sound like a silly adolescent who needs a good swift kick up the arse.
Tired of your repetitious tirades which bring nothing new to this board.
Consider this.
I bought a truckload of ALMI.It has doubled and more in a few short months.I took my original stake off the table and still have a truckload of free shares.
The management of this firm has allowed me to do this.
Ventures such as this rarely operate on a tight predetermined schedule.
The management is honest, competent and hardworking.
Your silly criticism is totally out of line.
Of course any rational adult would understand that, so I for one conclude you are either not yet out of highschool[spelling stinks] or you are simply here to bash this stock.
Judging by your boring and bordering on maniacal need to operate on an automatons schedule,I would suggest the latter.
Stix.
are you the same poster that posted the following message or has an alien taken control of your synapses?

Good to know they can operate year round weather permitting
I am not going to panic about the month end deadline as long as management is trustworthy, and I know of no reason to believ ethey are not.
delays are part of the process, once operations begin it wont matter.
Seems that the accuracy of info is dependent on who you get it from, seems the relations person is less reliable than the people who are actually doing the work and Mr Jacobson.
Technically things look solid and I would think that selling here is foolish since news will be a driver in the near furure and theres no way of anticipating the timing of such.
as I see it if it moves 1% a day for 100 days you get a 100%
if it moves 0% for 99 and then 100% in the 100th day, in both cases you got 100% return. Since I think news will be the initial driver i think we are just in theat 99 day period(a metaphor only)
the rewards outway the risk....either way I trust the charts and they look fine.
Beigledog:
To make a statement that you have spoken to the ceo and are "satisfied" is good.
To not share what you have learned that causes you to be so satisfied is curious, especially when you have been asked to do so several times.
What's with this Doubloon?
Nano sales could be vast if buyers used it for antifouling paint time release.
The lock systems in the great lakes spend huge amounts of money trying to rid themselves of the pesky zebra clam which chokes out everything else.
Apparently arrived from warmer waters via a ships hull.
When you start thinking of potential uses it makes you all over excited at our prospects.
Almi now has a division for nano applications and I am sure they are thinking up many ways to do this.
Onwards and upwards NanoAlmi
My system will not allow download of Ceocast.Must be something to do with system security.
Is there a trancript of the interview available anywhere?
Wade.
Your questions have stimulated interesting discussion which I feel Doubloon answered quite well with that old post of deposit verification.
This board is a boon to all us RB refugees who are used to the mindless exchanges found on that board.
Re equipment adjustment.
I note that there are posters who are being negative and selling because there are glitches in the setting up of the new KDS machinery.
This is new machinery and a new mining technique so there are bound to be glitches.
I expect there will be more glitches and that management is experienced enough to overcome them as they arise.
To bad mouth and sell over these glitches only exposes the immaturity of the posters doing so.
Good luck to them. They should consider investing in CD's and stay away from anything with even controlled risk such as this venture.
Seems to me he would welcome the company, but thanks for your input.
Hi folks.
I am hoping many of you on2profit folks will start using this board as it works extremely well and permits unfettered exchange unlike RB which is a technical mess.
I will no longer post at rb on2 profit
This board has a monitoring system that will not permit all the abuses common on other boards.
Lets get our communication level up to what it used to be back when on2prit worked well.
I see a bunch of messages on RB some of which are directed to me----cannot open them.Press on the message link and I get a blank screen----I am done with RB.
This site sure is a pleasure and I am pleased to be among posters that are so positive and willing to share the info they have gathered.
Good luck to us all.
Very good tip Rigatoni.
This board appears to be way superior to RB or Yahoo.
Thanks
