I don't know what part of the planet you are from Dale but in my part of the planet we don't consider "misappropriating" funds that belong to others to be nothing. I don't consider dollars in excess of $100,000 to be nothing. But then again I wouldn't trust someone who would even steal $100 or $10. That's just my world Dale, yours must be much different.
No kidding? Oh, this just goetz better and better!
And NEW on the Minnesota docket, it seems the Trustee who took Roger before the Minnesota Board of Accountancy filed civil suit against Roger on July 15, 2013, presumably to try to collect the money wired to Goetz and never paid to da tax man plus the extra moola in interest and penalties. Oh, and prolly legal expenses, too, which Roger appears to not have for his own defense.
OK Dale, thanks for the answers. I just remember a few short days ago you saying that pps didn't matter to you one bit. I was just having a hard time reconciling the two statements is all. Have a good weekend.
Not a bad day for WAFR! Anybody have a clue who the third party was that wanted this promoted so badly?
KUMBAYA
How many Dollars does someone (some unknown third party) pay for this big pump??? If you gain .005 on half a million shares that is 25 grand, does that make it worthwhile???
I do know that they did it in the past and history does have a tendency to repeat itself doesn't it?
Bbbbuut the board is only interested in running the company....why would they enlist the services of the sleazy penny stock promoters????
The debt load of this company is pretty unbelievable compared to its tangible assets. Maybe it's just me but I have a hard time seeing how they could swim out of their current debt without taking on another 5 or 6 million.
Unless my math is wrong, that's just a little over $2600. I've seen people bet more than that on a roll of the dice. IMO that's what this is...a crap shoot. There will be winners and losers.
Anyway Dale, you don't care if anyone is buying shares anyway, it's all about running the business.....
LOL If only WAFR accomplishments were talked about there would be no posts for the last couple years.
I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Rodger Dodger sweet talked Dale into being the new financier. Hence his new position on the board. If you can still back away Dale, run, run like the wind.
Don't forget about Astro, I saw his picture an a milk carton today.
AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
speaking of integrity
good afternoon dlc
If you don't label people why were you calling them "people of integrity"? Is that not a label?
Who do these new folks report to? Who is the top dog so to speak?
If one cannot answer a direct question it is often best to use a tactic of deflection, is it not?
Ok here is a serious question Gregg.
From what you know about his "misappropriation of funds", his losing his license as a CPA, his losing his partnership in his accounting firm Do you consider Roger Goetz to be one of these people of INTEGRITY?
Honestly, I do not and everything about WAFR stinks from the top down.
Yes, the current share price is a snapshot. Any way you cut it the moving picture is more troubling indeed. It is possible it could reverse its trend but that will take some real product and real profits or at least profit potential.
Perhaps the stock price is an indication of which side of the "sword" is more sharp.
I thought you'd get a bang out of that!
Somehow everyone pro WAFR is now part of some group or multiple groups
Yup there is now no doubt about it...WAFR is set to take off... so much talk about nothing to nobody is the first indicator that NITE is indeed nervous as hell that WAFR will soon break the .02 level...hope your all in.....time is running out...by by
Now the fun begins... they can begin to move forward with out the baggage. What they have done is not reverse the old managements idea of putting the Cart Befor the Horse... this company was all about Bull Consulting and then Corewafer...its now all about Corewafer and what they can accomplish themselves....but the fun today will be about how the the WAFR will be just as it was only with a new CEO and this wont change anything.... as the scramble to protect their short ... please no crossing over from the WAFR dark side to the winners circle either... One post a day limit achieved for today... Go WAFR.
Why in the world would anyone want to sell their shares with the company just about to turn things around?
waferrrrrrrrrrrr
Now there is some truthful and factual information!
Here is an interesting article on why it is a bad idea for a business to be buying "fake" facebook likes.

I think the biggest problem is loss of credibility.
Oh boy, it sounds like he will fit in perfectly at WAFERRRRRRRRRR
Good dd Dog
Any chance you could be a little more specific dic?
"I wouldn't expect him to continue to publish on the board"
He said he was going to continue answering questions on the board so if he is a man of his word I would expect him to do so. I am wondering if he did a little of his own dd on Roger after my post and is wondering what he got himself into.........
"Obviously he knows what's going on which was addressed in his post.
9. Before coming I made an assessment of the situation,
working with the people in place so I have no surprise, so
legal actions, debts or anything else is not a surprise."
I took that to mean the legal actions against and the debts of WAFR.
I'm aware that posts involving the "real world" are not appreciated by many of you but that won't stop me.
The biggest challenge the new CEO faces at this point is trying to raise some working capital. This appears to me to be a huge undertaking due to the fact that the major "beneficial" shareholder seems to be in legal limbo at the moment with the disappearance of some pretty substantial sums of money while under his care. I wonder if the new CEO would care to comment on this and how he is planning on sweeping Roger's, ahem, transgressions under the rug.
Sorry Mull, That was Martini with the theory.
"and the ask starts to creep higher"
That would be bad news according to your theory.
wAFR
Interesting Spin, Not accurate IMO but interesting
60K at .008. How low will it go?
Maybe he should just get on the board here and we could pepper him with all our questions.

With the debt they have now and lack of any tangible assets this guy would have to be a dang genius to get WaFR more financing.
It's really not that hard to understand. A lot of WAFR holders are not willing to sell their shares for what they could get for them. They have too much in it, so they might as well stay in and grind it out because it can't get much worse than it is already. If a major stockholder is forced to sell, (which I think is a real possibility), things could slide pretty hard. The longs have a hope and a prayer that things will get better, that's really all that is left. On the other hand, its hard to blame anyone for not wanting to buy into it when they look at the trading charts and the profit and loss statements from WAFR.
IMHO that is why it just sits there and does nothing. I am of the opinion that if they start to sell some product and show some profits the stock could reverse its slide. Its hard to see much movement in that direction though. Sometimes things get so bad it is hard for them to recover.
WAFR
So, what do you predict they will show for a net profit in the second quarter of 2013?
Are you asking what would happen to the share price if they issue a statement that says they did something or what would happen if they actually did something?
If they issue a statement it would be more same old same old, if they actually did something, like producing and selling a product and started to show a profit, then I assume the share price would rise.
