Curious once again to figure out how many shares are actually available. According to the 10K, 80% are closely held leaving 160k open. There are a couple of die hard posters here, any indication how much less that makes to trade? Maybe another 7-8%?
Now would be a nice time to announce some type of acquisition. Should the decline in enrollment be a cause of concern? Have they hit their limit or how many more people can they sign up?
Where did everyone go?
Anyone have any ideas on the new merged company?
Could be the reason for the spike. That only involved around 1800 shares as the first 300 traded were at the mid 14 price. What is going to happen if some newsletter mentions it and people will be bidding at market prices without putting in any limits?
Anyone have any guestimates on what earnings might look like for third quarter. Looks like things are getting hot today.
Up till now the movement has been pretty orderly. When it spiked to 13 last month I saw the next stop at 30.00. A new buy might just offer a market order and then things will get out of hand.
There are only two other exceptional low outstanding firms- MMTRS which has no employees and was getting screwed by EMI Records, though new trustees will take care of that. The other is MUEL. If anyone knows about MUEL I want to know why it has such a low valuation.
Does the Medex model work in other states or just California?
It's not a diamond-it's a volcano waiting to explode.
If the 10k is still current, 79% is closely held. Some of the posters have been in for a long time, maybe that's another ~ 5 %, leaving about 128k total available. If a newsletter decides to mention PFHO there will be a frenzy to buy scarce shares.
I hope things continue.
Someone must have really wanted to buy in the last minute.
Last year they hired for several internal positions. Have they added more people? If so that would be a good thing in the long run.
I wonder if they have any other type of expansion plans.
Offering - at least the news is out and hopefully that will put an end to the wild swings as of late.
Wow, anyone know what happened here? They could do a quick issue of shares now.

Looks like the bid got down to 6.55 this afternoon, glad someone didn't panic and sell at that price. Guess things will be quiet until the next earnings report.
Timber. Wow this got hit, perhaps due to the pending secondary? Anyone have any thoughts?
You can look on their website to see where the hospitals that are currently using this machine. It looks like they issue a press release when they set up a machine. Hope this helps.
On the other hand I would hate to see what happens if someone tries to dump 2k shares
.68 move on 100 shares. Imagine if someone bought 200 shares or 2000.
Been pretty quiet this week.
What am I missing here? If the new shares are 2x the traded ADS shares and they are at 5.00, why is the stock is the new stock at 12.29
Just looked at the documents, 71% of revenue is from sales, the balance add ons for the surgeries and machine warranties.
Wonder what the breakeven point is for machine sales.
Does Mazor get revenues from sales of the machines or do they also have other revenue streams from ancillary products?
Besides Intuitive and Mako are there any other competitors in this field?
That was a roller coaster today. Maybe the seller is gone. Who would have sold at that low price. Looks like most of that was traded at the low.
I only saw a 100 share bid and no asking price all day Friday. Which quote system shows the correct current bid/ask?
With so few shares outstanding and low float, does anyone think a 3 for 2 or 4 for 3 split may occur.
Wish I had found this one sooner. Great earnings and low float. I can't imagine why anyone would sell at these prices. Sorry I waited and watched. Does anyone know if there is a similar company traded to compare? I can't believe this was .01 (per the 10-K) a couple of years ago.
