The University of Arkansas, one of the top rated engineering schools in the country, did the previous failed test and according to Opie, it gave 15% at one load level and nothing at any other? In my experience engineers are inquisitive folks. If some PhD saw 15% at one level I am sure he would have looked a lot farther. With a project like that he could most likely get government funding that would support him and his staff for years. And according to Opie, it was an unfair test because they could not make any adjustments. To that I say "HORSE HOCKEY". I just don't believe it happened that way. I think that Opie is just lieing his a$$ off!
40 hours of preparation to adjust
I would think some information would be coming soon
It might be news if it were not an admission that previous "good news" was actually misleading hype. Can't have it both ways.
Loans? Don't those have to be paid back?
It is imposed on the stock which is the company by INACTION! The same way they lost the trademarks or the way they did no R&D. INACTION except of course selling shares of stock.
Outlived OTC as HLNT or before that?
Several problems come with that. First the government did not go to HLNT. HLNT went to the government through Lindon. More importantly is that even if the concept of hydrogen injection passes muster, it is nothing to HLNT unless they develop a control system that can self adjust. The stop sign is truly the end here. Anyone interested in these scam artists needs to read the warnings on the OTC site. The way I read it, ANYONE who trades this stock now will be under a microscope for possible insider trading. I suspect that the daily volume will be zilch as long as that warning is still there. Prison is serious!
NEWS FLASH--- The OTC site no longer has a yield sign. NOW IT IS A STOP SIGN
Some have observed that when the lights come on the roaches scatter. Just because you dont see them does not mean much. As example #4 is on the BOD. I suspect other interaction as well but am not really sure.
Thanks for the list but #1 is wrong. That screen name belongs to #4
those responsible for the 2012 fiasco are mostly or all gone
The link to the US Patent office was posted long ago. In a simple search I found 42 patents that do much more than the HLNT "technology" It is all there. Perhaps if Opie had spent more on R&D and less on vacations things might be different.
It is OK, bear. No one actually expected a link anyway as none exists, now does it?
End of july
check the county records for Washington County AR. The Royalty Agreement is on file there.
Wyoming????
HLNT gonna get high
Hutchinson sent letters because they were paid to do so. Hutchinson was not the law firm working on the patents so more than likely Opie did not tell Asa the whole story. Clients lie or omit facts to their lawyers all the time. That's the fact, Jack!
Actually AHS is listed but the private company ia called Fuel Alternatives. It is also mentioned in court docs. Don't be afrad. Take a look...
Try going to the Arkansas Secretary of state site and searching for Zeller as registered agent. You will see it there and in court docs filed. It is called research.
All you need do is go to the USPTO website and search for patents on hydrogen and diesel engines. There are so many patents issued it bogles the imagination. The information is there for tge reading. The one thing you will not see is HTI or AHS. Gee, I wonder why? Could it be because they were too late and or copied someone else's work?
Amen!
No the answer is not simple unless the answer is that the whole thing is a scam. So which is it?
Opie is still the CEO of AHS. The way I read your post is that it may take years to results? Really???? IF ANYTHING REALLY WORKS THEN WHY IS NOTHING BEING SOLD?
HLNT's technology??? ROFLMAO! No patent and not even a trademark.
I give up... Just who schooled Opie?
The good news about the government liens is that there is no door to padlock to shut HLNT down. The bad is that they will eventually get their money even if they have to take it out of Opie's hide.
Well, there are a couple of things that are apparent to me. First, the quote you state talks about the second test being available in 70 days. That is the DOD test and 70 days is long past. The first test talked about was the unfair test that worked on one load level but not on any others. Lets face it, Opie has a well established pattern here and test results will not be in the next 8 days and it will not be Opie's fault. So let it be written, so let it be done... Yea Opie!
11 days left
Wrong answer. In a generator the rpm does not change but the load does change. Remember the last test about a year ago? Opie told us that it was not a fair test because they would not allow changes for different load levels. The one level it was adjusted for supposedly had good results while the rest had no response. Therefore it failed the test. That info was in Opie's shareholder update. Even in a fixed generator there is no such thing as one size fits all.
Coates bolted
Exactly
If you are talking about Coates he is most likely on another vacation at our expense! Testing? ROTFLMAO! End of spring? ROTFLMAO! If the government was really interested the test would have been finished long ago. It is obviously not a priority!
Yeah, just ask the residents of Pompeii or Montserrat or even Mount St Helens about that. Many lives and homes were lost in the process. Afterward mostly destruction was left behind.
browsed some data
Please enlighten us ... What money or engineering talent do they have to develop this new electronics you say they now have?
Yes a lot can happen. Unfortunately for Coates it has not. The proof of that is in the court filings. There is no new electronics package, at least not from HLNT. Now from their competition? If HLNT had ANY new development you can bet there would be a PR on it. They need a boost to the pps to get operating money from that billion shares!
NOPE, NO NEW PRODUCT AT THIS TIME! MAYBE NEVER!
Thank you, sir/madam. That is the very quote that makes a difference. That is where Coates told us that more importantly a positive test will lead to an investor that will help finance a new electronics package that will adjust to the engine and conditions. Clearly this is something that they do not have and from a practical sense will be required by the military even if manual adjustment during the test allows for a positive test. Bottom line is that even if the test results are favorable there will not be an order from the government any time soon, and maybe never.
Thanks for that bit of almanac but that is all it is. Somewhere along about that time or a month later we will probably hear the next round of lies and excuses.
