Also, if they keep diluting at a steady rate, the % of float is continuously going to decrease, making the dilution have less of an impact as time goes on.
From February. Fast is already over, not back into feast mode!
I'm pretty sure the last time Scheer said that there will be orders, orders did indeed come. I think he's at least savvy enough not to make these kinds of promises he can't keep.
Which pattern are you talking about?
The pattern that CERP is in is rare, and I made money on it every time in other stocks.
This is (currently) the first headline on the CERP google finance page:
Is It Time to Look Into Fundamentals of Cereplast Inc (PINK:CERP)?
Yeah, I don't think Scheer helped matters with his "tsunami of orders" comment. Has a nice ring to it, but it's upped expectations "exponentially".
It can't be irreversible damage if the price is much higher. ;)
Even if they win the lawsuit how can they buy stock back if by then , lets say a year or two from now, the stock price is much higher?
I think the answer is what happened is irreversable damage. You can never buy back a couple of hundred million shares that were issued at 2 cents.
Not quite blue skies, heavy resistance at .08, where a lot of people were left hanging after the drop when CERP went to the OTCQB.
I'm thinking it stops there, hovers/fades a little, then resumes again up to .15.
No numbers for 2nd quarter?
Even cash flow in a few months.
Scheer now gets 10% of salary - always been the biggest hit to revenues.
Count the "was attributable to an increase in sales" in the press release. :)
We might need to curb our excitement a bit - the last time CERP was down at this level in 2009, the highest price it hit was .16 before the R/S.
With the R/S locked and loaded, CERP mgmt may be tempted to pull the trigger if/when we get to those prices again.
Given the recent crusade against low-life mortgage lending practices, the climate/winds may be in CERP's favor with this lawsuit.
Does anyone have the list of names of the sales staff that was taken on a few weeks back? It would be interesting to try to dig up their resumes, and look at their sales experience.
And wouldn't this mean an absolute end to dilution?!?!?!
Anyone seen this before? Does CERP have a case?
Looks like more money for CERP if they win, which can only help share price. And now we have a clear picture of what's been happening over the past 6+ months.
I sincerely hope CERP rapes these bastards on a bed of coals.
Which more often - burned or worked?
Watch out for the poison pill!
Oof, .029 is going to be hard to break.
Rise CERPant, Riiiiise!
Yeah, someone likes magic numbers - 1222888.
Doc, do you really think this could bust through the 200 DMA on its way to .175?
Advice heeded. But if we make it to .20s by July, where should we be a month from now?
Thinking of lowering my target to .081 where I will have made a rather meaningful amount of money for myself. Any one want to say how likely they think that'll happen. Foolish for me to lower my target?
1 milly bid had to move UP! from .022 to .023.
If dilution doesn't keep weighing it down. If it keeps up, the best we'll get is .05-.06.
Well Congrats, whatever you got. This thing's beginning to catch an updraft as we speak.
Was that last pop to .0223 your trade?
I does have a "floating" feeling to it, doesn't it. Up from here, imo.
"Incompetent management" - yes.
Watch for increasing daily volume to confirm that up, up and up.
Going out on a limb. Up, up and away after today. HeyAH!
So, here's why I'm staying, and would buy more if I had the money.
Compare this chart to the last few months of CERP, and you'll notice eery similarities, and a rather pleasing outcome, if CERP follows in this stock's footsteps.
Mystery Stock: (can't tell you what or you'll call me nuts)

CERP:
Now do you believe me? ;) Now let's hope I'm right about the second part.
A Euro is worth more than a dollar, so .03 Euros would mean almost .04 Dollars.
Date says 4/30, it's 5/1 in Berlin now. Although oddly enough, the open listed coincides with today's close. Don't think it adds up.
Link please.
Gotcha. And thanks for the big reply the other day. Very informative and insightful.
Couldn't this just be them issuing shares to pay off debts? Or does that have to be another filing?
