I think the truth remains to be seen. As bad as you appear to want it to be a scam and lies, it’s just not there yet. Lots of room for pause, but by the Same token, lots of opportunity to the upside too. GLTUs all. Would love for us all to win. We deserve it!

Also, the whole dual listing with NYSE is nebulous. I would think there would have to be a period on the JSE before dual listing opportunity. I also don’t know what implications our holdings if moved to an international market.

One can only hope it happens and happens swiftly. Would love this ship to turn around and set sail where she belongs!

There were only a few requirements for available avenues to uplist to Nasdaq. Is there something similar for JSE?

I can understand the feeling of being stuck, but there’s no real incentive to sell. It would seem there’s only upside potential.

IMO, there’s been more tweets about nasdaq uplisting. Yes there’s a partnership with JSE and US markets but it was with NYSE, not daq.

I don’t think the OTC is in any hurry to remove this. No matter what gets proven or shown to the public, it doesn’t appear to matter to the exchange. IMO, I fear we’re here for many more months to come.

So if (otc) releases it now, they admit no wrong doing? If that’s true then why would it ever be in their interest to release it? That argument suggests CE stays on in perpetuity…at least as long as we stay in this market.

IMO, JSE discussions only started when DJ and DH posed at JSE during the BRICs summit. I think it was just a photo op, nothing more.

Would be nice but I think you’re mistaken. Likely something just on etrade. TDA doesn’t ‘display’ CE either but orders reject. Until it leaves the otc website, doesn’t really matter.

Correct, the YouTube video may be newer but the actual CNN vid is a few years older I believe.
