Just listened to Tripp's latest interview. Today he is in CA to sign distributors.
Dixie will become the "Coke" of the MMJ industry.
He said later this week they are hosting 3 different media crews at headquarters, one from MA & 2 from Euorpe.
Hold on to your shares for the ride of a lifetime.
Long & Strong MJNA!
I am scanning everywhere for responces on the appeals court ruling. Nobody seems to care as it has been like this for over 40 years and the MMJ biz is going strong.
It will become like probition as NY took the lead to end proibition. CO & WA will pots version of NY.
Lets face when did the DEA or any gov agency do the right thing?
Never in my lifetime.
Jury nullification on a state by state level.
Yo Steve, I keep looking into ML's possible conviction or plea bargain that would have him pay restitution. It looks to me that it is Cannabank that owns shares of MJNA not ML. There fore his invlovment in Cannabank would be what would be given for restitution.
Not sure as this is all confusing, but it is casting a cloud over MJNA and could be keeping big $$$ out of the stock till this is resolved.
It is obvious that Llamas is a scumbag quick buck artist and it looks like Tripp the Rockstar will be the face of MJNA going forward.
Watching and holding my large position that I am up over 100% in.
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -
Hawaii could join Colorado and Washington as states that have legalized the use of marijuana by adults, under a measure introduced Friday by state House Speaker Joe Souki.
House Bill 150, also known as the Personal Use of Marijuana Act, would allow adults 21 years of age and older to possess up to an ounce of marijuana and to cultivate a limited number of marijuana plants in a secure and locked location. It also would allow for licensed and regulated marijuana retail stores, as well as licensed facilities to cultivate, manufacture and test marijuana.
Up over $10k this week and it's only Wed.
Been in over a year & a half, patience is paying off.
Next stop .20 cents by Friday rounding out a great week for us.

I got this email from Oblama's drug czar yesterday in responce to the we the people petition, sounds like they are listening.
Addressing the Legalization of Marijuana
By Gil Kerlikowske, Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy
Thank you for participating in We the People and speaking out on the legalization of marijuana. Coming out of the recent election, it is clear that we're in the midst of a serious national conversation about marijuana.
At President Obama's request, the Justice Department is reviewing the legalization initiatives passed in Colorado and Washington, given differences between state and federal law. In the meantime, please see a recent interview with Barbara Walters in which President Obama addressed the legalization of marijuana:

I signed the petition and got the responce.
It seens like the feds have no choice but to tolerate and tax weed.
I have felt this way for over 40 years, bout time!
Hey Navy,
I am thinking news might take a few hours to reach us.
The last few sessions there has been a big jump up at the open. But I am holding on for the long ride.
Today we will be looking for some news out of CA on Michael Llamas’s hearing on his mortgage fraud charge. Let’s hope this cloud is lifted or at least the forecast is partly cloudy. The word from the company says “News in the imminent future”. Maybe they already know what the outcome of Llamas’s court date will be. Could be sunny from here on out.
I agree Ocean, Maybe Hulk has some Roid Rage!
Yesterday I discussed MJNA with a pal I got in after the election. He is even now, I have a double.
Tuesday or Wed we should have a catalyst as Michael Llamas has a court date. The Llamas cloud might go away or be pushed back, there is also the chance it could get cloudier. If there is a resolution to his court case and MJNA is not involved many big investors who are on the sidelines will be jumping in and driving up the price. Do not place sell orders a few cents above the bid, pull your sells and go long!
Do your homework/due diligence.
You are correct about Dixie! I ordered some Dew Drops online to test their system.
Worked perfectly and was delivered in 5 days during Thanksgivingday week.
Customer service was great.
Product was also great.
Dixie & Tripp will be the stars of the show.
Scotrade no problems at all ever.
Do this nitwits think it is hard to get illegal weed now?
That is how far they are out of reality.
order filled, 41900 @0.0376
Total 140K now.
Holding on for the ride of our lifetime along with 316k of MJNA.
Thanks Ocean & Kyle!
Just put another buy order in!

I agree legal and medicial.
I own, MJNA & PHOT large & long, HEMP small position.
Been in since 7/11 and reading everything I can find about the industry.
We are in for the ride of our lifetimes!
Most in my wives & my ROTH's so we wont pay tax on the tremondous gains we will have.
40 years I have been wondering why the magic herb is illegal.
I will no longer be placing sell orders unless I really want to sell. We should all play this way.
Go big or stay on the sidelines.
If you are long, stay long. Do not put sell orders in for .08 and tell us you are long.
Less shares for sale, higher the price.
Don't limit your upside.
Just think if all of us who say we are long, just hold tight don't put in sell orders @ .15 Just take those shares off the market. Less shares for sales, price goes up.
Just common sense.
Good job Ocean!
I grabed a few more shares right before the close Monday.
Mike 2WheeLife
Just grabbed some more shares right before the bell.
PHOT long & strong!
I have not found any competiors, thatdo all of what MJNA does.
Just got to some of the catylists to make some noise and start the next climb.
Cliff is not helping wither.
Medbox is dead as far as I can see.
I have a vial of Divie Dew Drops I bought last month sitting on my desk. No problem ordering online and recieved in mail 5 days later.
PHOT is going to open superstores in a major cities, Denver, Seatle and each state as they go legal.
Waiting till I do my taxes to dump another $6k x 2 wife & I in our ROTH's.
This is the boom of our generation, you know how many babby boomers like myslef who smoked when they were younger but don't want to be criminals? Millions who will not be customers of companies like MJNA or PHOT or stock holders.
Once I make a few for more grand in my taxable account I will buy a phototron unit and grow my own.
I also have 100k shares of PHOT and believe they are going big.
I am going big in early retirement!
Been doing homework on the Medical Marijuana stocks and industry since July 2011. I am a trained researcher/investigator and know how to do my homework. MJNA is best positioned to ride this wave of renewed interest in pot weather it is legal or just for medical. They have dozens of products just starting to come on line in MM dispensaries in Colorado. Well over a 1000 in CO alone and you can bet most of the MJNA product line will be in every dispensaries in CO. Then they will be working on wholesaling to all of the other 17 states and every one of their dispensaries. Practically every other state is in talking about MM as the old right wingers are dying off and us baby boomers will say we need our weed for medicinal purposes. And the states will figure out how to tax it. Many other countries are already allowing MM or thinking about it. So no matter how long it takes to figure out how CO & WA will serve their legal weed MJNA will already be set up and distributing in those states under very carefully regulated CO state standards. Many of the other states & feds are looking to CO was they have set the standard for regulation.
So even if it takes the nit wits in DC another decade to figure out that they should make weed legal and give up the stupid fight, MJNA will be ruling the industry for years till big tobacco buys them out. My wife & I have 316k shares in our IRA’s and will be looking to add more to keep us living the high life in early retirement, yes pun intended! MJNA Long & Strong!

I pay $140 an oz here illegally.
No med cards, no gov no taxes now.
The cost should come down not go up.
Profits will rise for companies as more people will use weed once it is legal.
Bigger market, bigger profits!
From what I have read about the Candaian market it will be very high priced and the overall market as to popultaion is very small.
Good luck!
Yo Pothead bandwagon jumpers,
Do you really think Medbox will be buying anything?
When did you see booze or beer in a vending machine?
When is the last time you saw a pack of cigarettes in vending machine?
MJNA is going to be the leader in every MM dispensary and every product will be in every convenience store and place you can buy beer, wine or liquor.
As for Medbox in dispensary’s good luck with that, would you not rather get your weed from a human or a vending machine?
Budtender will be the next big career in the service industry.
I was in the vending biz in the 70's.
Bar biz in the 80's.
Been toking for over 40 years. I can't wait to come out of retirement and become a Budtender.
I am happy for the few people who caught that rocket ship rise in Medbox, but it was a fluke like the .com bubble.
MJNA is going to rule this industry as they are laying the ground work to be in every aspect of the industry.
I have been in MJNA long & large since 7/11, planning on buying a motor home with my profits and touring the country on a weed tour.
Medbox will not work, did you ever see booze in vending machines?
I was in the vending biz, when was the last time you saw a cigarette vending machine? Ya that's right.
Can you just see the people breaking into or stealing the whole machine.
I am watching closly also, and in MJNA large also.
MJNA, PHOT & some HEMP.
Gotta have some long term winners here.
Thanks for your input.
Mike
