Picked up more at .305. Thanks for the 30% discount.

Jacks already partying, he sold his wife for $MJNA shares.
Fight off the shorts, don't let your shares get borrowed, set your sell limit orders high as your broker will let you. $MJNA
I'm no pro, but I don't really believe in flipping at this level. 40 cents ago sure, but not at this point, too many shares to lose fast. Its all a gamble, if your comfortable with flipping, go for it. What we all thought were going to be highs months ago, are now support in a blink of an eye. Depends on your strategy outlook. I'd rather hold and accumulate more shares with money rather than sell, increase my tax burden, and hopefully re-buy at lower prices that are not guaranteed to come around. All my opinion. I'm riding all free shares at this point so I'm holding.
lol great plan. But lets work on .50 and $1 first. $MJNA
Not me. HOLDING $MJNA
Nice and easy +.03- .05 a day. .50 tomorrow. 2013-2014 projections coming. $MJNA
I don't foresee it even being brought up.
Sounds like a great plan to me $MJNA
Medical Marijuana, Inc. (PINK:MJNA) Climbs Post Q4 Filing
by Todor Pichurov
Feb 12, 2013
Yesterday Medical Marijuana, Inc. (PINK:MJNA, MJNA message board) continued its now steadier climb up the charts. After soaring a little too quickly over the last couple of weeks and then going through a hiccup, MJNA is once again on the move. Yesterday the company shifted over 20 million shares and closed up a respectable 15%, to settle on $0.41 at the closing bell.
The company was already starting to recover from its post-euphoria drop when their first audited quarterly filing was made available on Friday. That seems to have had a positive effect on the stock as MJNA is once again moving up, with no drastic spikes and drops possibly caused by people buying rampantly and later other selling to bag short-term profit.
To recap the numbers of the audited Q4 report, MJNA recorded the following, almost matching its pre-announced projections:
$1.4 million in cash
$84 thousand in liabilities
$5.19 million in gross income
$3.23 million in net income
The report mentions several other points of interest around MJNA's last quarter. The company has submitted the application documents required for uplisting from pinksheet to OTC status. Additionally, MJNA reports the sale of its product inventory of high-concentration hemp oil for $35 million, of which a first $4.5 million installment has been paid. MJNA also reported working on expanding its European business, with news of a Romanian subsidiary of the company having received approval for the sale of hemp oil and medical products in the country. Hemp oil is among MJNA's most important products, with as much as 550 kilograms of the concentrated oil extracted over Q4.

It may turn out that MJNA's Q4 report was the dividing line between it and the rest of the marijuana sector OTC stocks. After the sector trailed MJNA's every move both up and down the charts, matching it beat for beat, this trend has now come to an end. MJNA was the only pot stock to close up yesterday.

A little afternoon boost :) $MJNA
You're welcome. Stay strong, ride $MJNA ride
I'm pretty sure his post was sarcasm as he was complaining last week because he bought in at .38 and was losing it all when it dipped down to .25 and we all we reassuring that it would bounce back soon.
Edit: I now see his follow up post saying the same thing.
With support from Sen. Rand Paul, hemp bill clears Kentucky Senate committee unanimously
Feb 11, 2013
FRANKFORT, KY. — A bill that would legalize growing hemp for industrial use cleared a state legislative committee Monday with a unanimous vote after three members of Kentucky’s federal delegation — including U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky. — testified for it.
The testimony by Paul and U.S. Reps. John Yarmuth, D-3rd District, and Thomas Massie, R-4th District, marked a rare, if not unprecedented, occurrence for the Kentucky General Assembly.
All three said they would work at the federal level either to pass legislation legalizing industrial hemp or seeking a waiver of federal drug laws that currently classify the plant as a prohibited substance along with marijuana, a fellow member of the cannabis family.
Agriculture Commissioner James Comer, who campaigned on the issue two years ago, and other supporters argue that hemp could provide Kentucky with a huge influx of jobs if the state is among the first to legalize it. An economic impact study is under way at the University of Kentucky to gauge the claim.
“There’s a desperate need to create jobs in Kentucky and this is one way to do it,” Comer said after the vote, thanking supporters.
Paul, who testified he was wearing a shirt made with hemp that he bought in Canada, said passing the Kentucky bill could help keep money currently being paid for hemp products in Kentucky.
“I see no reason why we wouldn’t want to be a leader in this,” said Paul, discounting law enforcement fears that allowing hemp would make marijuana prosecutions more difficult. “... If I thought this was going to allow marijuana to take off in our state, I wouldn’t be for it.”
Yarmuth said he believes both passing the federal legislation and obtaining a waiver are longshots, but he believes law enforcement with limited budgets would concentrate more on abuses of pain pills and the like rather than industrial hemp.
The passage of Senate Bill 50 by the Agriculture Committee, which is chaired by the bill’s sponsor, Sen. Paul Hornback, R-Shelbyville, means it can now be considered by the full Senate, something that could come this week.
The bill would require growers to be licensed annually and undergo a background check by the Agriculture Department. Each licensee would be required to plant a minimum of 10 acres, a provision meant to keep licenses from people who are not serious about the effort.
Growers would have to keep sales contracts for three years and provide names of hemp buyers to the department.
Comer has said he believes there are more than enough votes to pass the measure out of the Senate. The bill would face a tougher road in the House, where Speaker Greg Stumbo, D-Prestonsburg, said he doesn’t believe there’s a market for hemp and that other countries subsidize production.
“At present I don’t think we can afford another government subsidy,” Stumbo said, adding that the bill, nonetheless, would get a hearing in the House Agriculture and Small Business Committee if it passes the Senate.
He also questioned claims that hemp production could result in thousands of jobs, as Comer has said. A Comer spokeswoman said different countries have different policies on subsidies.
Hemp seeds produce plants with less than 1 percent THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, which has between 3 percent and 15 percent THC.
KSP Commissioner Rodney Brewer testified that, in addition to enforcement concerns, someone could get high off industrial hemp if smoked in sufficient quantities.
Former CIA Director James Woolsey, who also testified in favor of the bill Monday, said Brewer’s claim “is pretty much exactly like saying you can get drunk on (the low-alcohol) O’Douls (beer). It’s very difficult.”
Any price at this point is a good price to get in. $MJNA is in stage 1 of lift off and is going to the moon.
Buy and hold. If it dips, buy more.
Not a reputable source. Nuff said.
Obviously not now, but in a few years hopefully $MJNA decides to pay out dividends. Even at a penny a share I'd be thrilled.
I have more time that that, but if 5 is the magic number I'm more than happy to accept that too :) $MJNA
It's gonna be sweeeeet!
$MJNA making everybody rich. Go long 20 years and retire.
Bought in a bunch more today at good prices...still have dry powder waiting for a better buy in price maybe tomorrow.
I think it will fall too. .29-.30 is not a consolidation level, .16-.24 is
When you are looking at your chart, set it to Candlestick. It will look like a hammer. This could be bullish or bearish depending on which side the head of the hammer is on and what color (red/green)
MJNA climbed through the 20's way too fast last week...needs to consolidate more at a lower price before it goes back up above .30
Means he made 10k in the previous run up and sold. Bought back in at .37 and is now down from that.....at least thats what I took from it.
Noon sell off again today. Doing the same as yesterday. Charts are carbon copies. Get out now while you still can before she tanks.
Lol u forgot all the incorrect posts.
But I would love to see those .09s you were calling for that never came around again. :)
Red today for MJNA
That wasn't supposed to be a reply to you specifically, I hit the wrong button.
Still holding your .09s? Thats great! You have stronger will than me. I got rid of my .09s for profits.
GL!
This drop is healthy for $MJNA and hopefully it will go lower for a solid re-entry point before audits. Next time going up will be even stronger. If you bought too high and dont like what you see right now just hold long, average buy and come back later to find you are rich. It is doing the same thing as back in Oct/Nov '12
Thank you for the time you put in here, it is appreciated! I own a forum so I know how it is. THANKS!
Exactly. Its an everybody wins situation, which is great! If you sold, Congrats and ENJOY! :) If you are still holding, GL! If your shorty, get lost! $MJNA
Tripled initial investment. Locked in profits and will reload next week. Go $MJNA! GL!
1 quarter+ $MJNA :)
Change brokers... Do it now you'll be up running before the morning bell.
I like your .38 EOD projection! Go $MJNA
Lets get .20+ first. $MJNA
