You can't expect every day to be a 65m day
Possibly. They can only influence trading so much though. There are plenty of people happy with flipping all the way up. .50 is a psychological barrier as well as a technical one. Currently there is a ton of room to take profit for those who bought in anywhere from .02 to .30, I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't see .50 for a few more weeks. Although who knows, we could see it tomorrow with the right news and exposure.
Well with the absence of SA slam pieces this week I think we're bound to see some difference in volume.
RSI and MACD are looking beautiful. so much room to move!
CannaVEST did not just get excess oil from Phytosphere:
"Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company acquired from PhytoSPHERE certain tangible assets, including equipment and inventory, all web domains of PhytoSPHERE, existing bank accounts with a total balance of $50,774.55, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and postal addresses, vendor lists, permits, licenses and other approvals, and all existing and pending contracts. Notably, pursuant to the Purchase Agreement we acquired from PhytoSPHERE all of its rights, and assumed all of its liabilities, under contracts with hemp production and processing facilities in three foreign countries in Europe, which allows us to secure raw product for the development and production of products. We also secured the exclusive license to the name “PhytoSPHERE” and “PhytoSPHERE Systems” for use in the development and commercialization of hemp-based products."
I love this news on Yahoo today

MJNA selling "literally thousands" of products every week.
Doesn't sound like a scam to me.
That's not an opinion, it's business law 101.
"it's not alone in this style of MJ products ...many already out there and new ones coming"
Oh yeah, who is doing as well as MJNA? Who else is selling at 500+ dispensaries? Who else is pulling in 1000%+ revenue increases year over year? What other public company is winning Cannabis Cup awards for its products? There are small mom-and-pop businesses out there that will be wiped away in the future. Others may survive, but will be nowhere near as successful as MJNA.
Please, can you list one competent competitor for me?
The corporate structure limits MJNA from any personal liability of its partners. If the court wants to seize Llamas' assets they will he left holding a bunch of MJNA shares which they will liquidate and distribute as necessary... they will not dismantle the company because of the actions of one partner. That's absurd.
So? He is not in control here. He was removed from management
That is a flat out lie... Llamas being convicted does not affect MJNA at all. They aren't liable for his private, PAST actions.
You do realize that every seller needs a buyer, right?
Get real! Bad PR will pass with time. Llamas has no impact on MJNA
What are you talking about? To MJNA, Massachusetts is the most sought-after state after Colorado and Washington. Boston is in Massachusetts... read a book
looks more like an opportunity to me
I really enjoyed seeing all of those 1M+ buys go through over the past few days; at prices far above .40 nonetheless. Do you really think whoever is behind that big money doesn't know what they're doing? MJNA looooooooooooooooong and strong
If you're not first, you're last!
Ready for an exciting day tomorrow. Might need some Dixie Elixer to calm my nerves.
Yeah, $10 a piece
Their interests are aligned very closely with MJNA's
"Our Chief Executive Officer and sole member of our Board of Directors, Michael Mona, Jr., owns and/or controls approximately 37,337,000 shares of common stock of Medical Marijuana, Inc., which represents approximately 4% of the issued and outstanding shares of the capital stock of Medical Marijuana, Inc. as of February 11, 2013. Mr. Mona does not hold any management position with Medical Marijuana, Inc. or serve on its board of directors, nor has he held any such position previously. Mr. Mona neither owns shares in, nor serves Hemp Deposit and Distribution Corporation in any capacity, nor has he done so previously."
lol! Good one. If it's trading at .19 on tuesday I'll get back to you as soon as I leave my car at the pawn shop and pick up some more shares.
Why should they have to explain themselves for libel and slander? If they were worried about rebutting every negative point against the company they'd never get anything done.
Especially with only around 80k in debt... we don't need that much cash sitting around. Better to put your money to work, as we all know here.
Stuart Smith already answered regarding the PR that was supposed to be out yesterday.

Funny how people continue to say that MJNA is a scam, pump and dump etc. Do they realize they have products in over 500 dispensaries in Colorado? Does that sound like a pump and dump company? I dont think so.
DUH. There is nothing sketchy about having an IPO. It is VOLUNTARY to buy shares, after all.
Good enough for me! thanks for doing the DD
Because its 60 Minutes, not some scumbag anonymous online author making from money shorting the stock.
Do you know what 60 Minutes is?
Less and less tradeable? lol you must have had a whole case of Dixie Elixer...
Selling Phytosphere? Where did you get that from? As far as I know they sold oil produced BY Phytosphere, not the company itself.
I plan on it in the near future. That would be the dream!
Who cares? The SA article was blatantly biased and false. Do you really need a statement from management? Anyone with 10 minutes to do DD will be able to see the truth for himself.
Sad to see such a big drop based on blatant manipulation. I would be surprised if anyone serious about MJNA sold yesterday. Good opportunity to buy more though. Can't wait for Tuesday, we should see a huge surge.
Can't wait until these guys have an IPO. Applied to them for employment but no luck there :[
I know about the Llamas situation... doesn't bother me one bit! MJNA will still get my money.
Today's Seeking Alpha article is absolutely pathetic. Just read through it to see how unprofessional and biased it is. This should not be taken even the slightest bit seriously.
The profile for Anthony W. Imbimbo reads "Culinary Institute of America trained Chef (with a minor in cooking the books?)"
Really? Give me a break.
Michael Llamas has apparently been named a defendant in "mortgage shenanigans"... what is this Super Troopers?
This author is a total sleezeball.
Smart? More like scummy
Yeah I was kicking myself for not being able to scoop these cheapies today, but who would have guessed this Seeking Alpha bs would come out? Still riding my .11s and .17s for the most part anyway, so no worries here.
If I wasnt already all in I'd be buying all these bad boys up

good- maybe they will laugh in your face
