This company could grow very fast.
Great video Fox News
This company is an absolute home run!
You whine about everything. When there is buying and when there isn't..
Nice PR
First of all, the company has never mentioned any relationship with Visa... Secondly, there was one alteration to the credit card that was made because a potential customer suggested it. Regarding the security card reader, it's already done. Testing is underway and could be done soon. Once finished and successful, I believe people will truly understand how real this is. Have a good weekend all.
You clearly don't understand the process. She had to make the card first. Done. Then figure out how to produce the card in the masses. Done. She then made many introductions to banks about the card. Now the card needs a network behind us so we can go back to the banks and finalize a potential sale. It's pretty simple. Once testing is successful we will be off to the races
Considering a major network provider is testing the card as we speak tells me there's a little more interest in the card that you seem to think.
That is correct.
I have held the card many times and I have seen it undergo many changes in 3 years. I have never said it was being tested until this year. The card needs a network in order for a bank to adopt the technology. The network has been testing our card for about 9 months. I think the testing is coming to an end and when it does and is successful, I bet getting a bank behind us will be next.
Testing should be coming to an end soon. If we are successful it will be the proof in the pudding that everyone is waiting for.
20/20 will be nice but the successful completion of testing will show the world this is real.
If FDA comes out with good news this will rocket IMO
How do you connect the buyer to the seller with out a network Dave?
The four major networks in the US are visa, MasterCard, American Express and discover. Those networks connect the buyer and the seller together. When we Sue'd visa and MC for patent infringement, our patent was upheld but the federal court did not give us a win because visa and MasterCard don't make the chips or the cards. They just connect the buyer and the seller through their network. Without a network, our card does not work. That's why you can't find a CC without a network attached. That's why she is testing her card on a global payments network right now. Once testing is successful and completed, we will have a network behind us so we can finalize a sale with a bank.
Prove what?
The story hasn't changed. She finished the card, showed it to banks, now it needs testing completed with network behind us to make a sale with bank. This has all been released. Testing started at beginning of the year. Hopefully will have it done by year end. Once done and successful we will have a major network behind us ready to make a sale to a bank. Thats the reality.
This has been public news for months now. Seems like everyone forgot so I'm just making sure everyone knows
A global network is testing the card as we speak. I have seen the card. Held the card too. It doesn't work without a network behind us. Once testing is done and successful she can then get a bank. I don't understand why that is so hard to understand
Those warrants expired and were never exercised. No money was EVER made with them. Think about how many years of work were invested without making money hoping the warrants would be worth something: The IR Firm was never paid cash when the warrants were involved. The company only started paying as of May 2015.
Ricky, I don't put out PRs and I don't even see them before they are released. I'm not allowed to.
In due time we will ultimately know who is right here mike.
Not trying to steer anything. I'm only stating the facts that have been made public and my beliefs from what I know. Yes my company get paid to handle SMME Investor Relations services. I don't own a share and I have been representing Chaya for almost a decade. I wouldn't stick around if I didn't believe this was real. I'm not here to convince anyone about the company but I can assure you that I personally am convinced this is real and we are close.
Chaya did print cards when I made that statement. There was a limited release so she could have inventory to show the banks. I have personally held and seen the final card. The card needs a network to finalize any potential deal with a bank. Network testing is in progress right now hopefully we can have it completed and successful by year end.
Hello
SMME can not sell a card until it's connected with a network. That's what is being done now. Once testing is done with the network and successful, we will be with a global network and capable of selling our finished product to banks
Thanks for the free service but that still doesn't answer why.
From Chaya:
Simply product testing by the global payments network we are dealing with is exhaustive. And to be expected since their network carries trillions of dollars a year. Card reader manufacturers for instance can take up to 12 months to have their readers approved. Ignorance of the payment industry is rife and allows us to suffer unwarranted trash talk on message boards. The fact is we have never been closer than we are now in selling product. And remember it was not so long ago that we were trying to work out how we were going to fund building our own factory ( cost of at least $5 million ). Now we have a factory that can produce 1 million cards a month and we have a product we are showing to banks. We are now in active sales and marketing while we are going through the approval process with the card network.
Regards,
Chaya
There was a completed card in 2012. The card has also been through many changes to perfect. The final card is now completed.
The facts haven't changed. The card needs a network for it to work. That's the last step and that is what's taking place right now. I have been with the company for almost a decade as well and I am convinced that we are closer than ever before
The card doesn't work without being connected to a network. It's not that hard to understand. How can we sell a card when it won't work without the network. Our card is being tested on the network right now and it's been there for months. If successful, we are on the network which will enable us to close a sale with a bank.
New Website is live. The last piece of the puzzle is to finish the testing with global payments network. I believe we have good days ahead
"An IDC study forecasts the worldwide identity and access management market, which had revenue of $4.8 billion in 2013, up from $4.5 billion in 2012. Hey guys, I never realized how big the security card market is. I think chaya is making progress on many fronts quietly and I am very excited about the future
SmartMetric the Developer and Manufacturer of the Biometric Fingerprint Activated Credit Card Is to Release Its Dual Purpose Biometric Access Control and Identity Security Card For Use by Governments and Business
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - May 31, 2016) - SmartMetric, Inc. (OTCQB: SMME) -- After developing its leading edge Biometric fingerprint activated credit card for use with the global EMV chip card format, SmartMetric is now working on bringing to market an advanced biometric multi function access control and identity biometric validated security identity card.
We have spent over a decade in research and development in order to make our credit card with a built inside the card, fingerprint scanner. Based on this R&D we are now able to move relatively quickly into bringing to market a world leading biometric based multi function access control and identity card that is no thicker than a standard credit card, said today SmartMetric's President & CEO, Chaya Hendrick.
The new biometric security card developed by SmartMetric has a built in fingerprint scanner in a card no thicker than a credit card so it easily fits into wallets and purses. Inside the card is RFID technology that is used to send a signal to doorway locks for secure physical access control. The card has on its surface a smartcard chip that is used for secure log on to computer networks. Also the card has visual identity on the spot identity verification with lights that shine green or red following an on card fingerprint scan by the card holder at a security desk or anywhere on a government or business inside or outside the building.
Bringing 100% identity verification using SmartMetric's miniature biometric in-card technology in a multi function credit card sized platform brings to the world of security a brand new and cutting edge product. Securing perimeter entry points, across campus on the spot identity checking, physical building entry control along with securing computer network log on access. All using one very smart biometric security card created by SmartMetric.
An IDC study forecasts the worldwide identity and access management market, which had revenue of $4.8 billion in 2013, up from $4.5 billion in 2012. "We anticipate that the overall market will increase to $7.1 billion in 2018," said Pete Lindstrom, research director for Identity and Access Management.
