You betcha LR, you betcha.
Welcome back Alan. Like pinnochio's nose, the sale of nonexistent shares keeps growing. Unless the mms have a warehouse of IPIX shares, they must be printing them.
Clearly alarming.

Better you should visit a children's cancer center, if you dare. You certainly have time, don't you.
Twisted on so many levels.
IPIX continues to move the ball forward!

Now that's too funny.

I asked a well known (to me) chemo/radiation/om patient and she agrees with YOU.
GO IPIX
Boy am I surpised.

Bertolino's citing of trial cost coverage appears in the recent corporate update.
PS: I would've answered sooner but the foreign network that I was using last week banned access to investors hub website as they determined it was a bad actor. Might be a bright country after all:)
Yep but they sure have tons of warnings to investors about their ongoing businesses, but of course you already know that:)
This is truly crap. Go check any other sec filing and you'll find similar language. Start with Apple, IBM and Johnson & Johnson and let me know if you don't find this language.
Bertolino must be daffy if he thinks your number of 551K will substantially cover the cost of the next trial. As the number for upfront money still hasn't been revealed, we'll put you down as the first best guess. BTW, there will be more guesses. Should be great comedy for a couple days.
Truthfully, I couldn't find anything in the filing and admire your attempt at deriving the amount from the available numbers.
Here's my guess, IT HASN'T BEEN BILLED YET.
GO IPIX
We'll frol how many meetings were you at where offers were made that involved giving up a large piece of control that were declined.
Face it, the VC investment model requires a 30 to 40 percent return. Anything else is considered a failure.
Your assurance that this was not an option are meritless at best.
Why not go the Galera route and give away half the company and an unknown percentage of future revenues instead of maintaining control of the science, direction and future of IPIX.
I like our chances just the way they are.
GO IPIX
Oh yes, we should've given away half the company, along with board seats and untold revenue royalties to venture capitalists who couldn't care less about shareholders and patients so that you could turn a profit. Oh yes, that's exactly what we should do.
Unfortunately, shareholders still own this company, and right now, that's the way we like it. 150 million votes say so.
GO IPIX
IP's accumulated defecit should be around 100M @ 6/30/19. Compare this to Galera's 150M funding from private equity.
Galera has a drug for OM.
IPIX has a platform drug which addresses OM and several other maladies.
What's in your wallet.
GO IPIX
Here you go again. You speak to folks looking for a short term gain. It's obvious that has no effect on long term investors.
150 Million votes say so. Let that sink in.
Keep trying though, it's very entertaining.
150 Million votes of confidence in this company. Plain and simple.
GO IPIX
Far from a whiff, 150,323,670 votes for the increase in shares.
150,323,670 shares in strong hands.

"it was hard for me to ignore" How wonderful, yet you choose to ignore the fact that Ehrlich's 18M shares could do the same exact thing. The real question is why didn't LE do it. YET
So the 18M class B shares for which options were granted under the 2010 equity incentive plan and listed on the proxy are fake. I get it now.
Thanks again.
No LR I don't think you'd lie to me, nit-pick yes, lie no.
BTW, I fully understand, and understood it fully when I said he owns 18M shares and has 180M votes.
This is my reality. If he wanted to cast 18OM votes, he could do so very easily unless you think converting the options to do so would be a hardship on poor Mr Ehrlich. I personally do not.
What intrigues me most about the increase is why. As I said in the original post, I believe it's for a third party.
It's all good.
GO IPIX
Well LR if that's the case and you believe something different than the 18M stated in the proxy, I still believe what stated in the proxy and not in some number that you seem to know to be different.
A simple case of weighing what stated in an sec filing vs information provided by an anonymous chat board poster.
GO IPIX
Leo Ehrlich could've easily done a R/S. Why didn't he. Leo Ehrlich has 18M class B shares which carry 10 votes each making the shareholder vote for the authorization to increase a moot point.
I'm betting on a very large investment by a third party.
GO IPIX
Alan you were just a piece of the 78 percent in short sales today. What piece I don't know.
It continues!
More of the same. Show me where it was stated that the additional share authorization is required to meet any MFO commitment. Also show me where it doesn't say it might be necessary for additional transactions inclusive of a private placement.
Please hold the shovel this time.
Froo, All of this is bullshit.eom
TD unfortunately you'll have to get used to it. It doesn't matter.
GO IPIX
Zandy that's the disconnect. IPIX is in a better position than they've ever been. The SP will recover. In the meantime they'll just keep moving forward.
GO IPIX
Nonsense. Even with all of your assurances over last year regarding IPIX's demise, they're still here. Give up the ghost.
GO IPIX
I disagree. Number one you do not know the cash balance and number two the MFO gets pushed back at least until the initial payment from the deal is exhausted or unless IPI management chooses to do otherwise.
That's great. Wait a minute, it's time to go.
Get real.
GO IPIX
Attack, attack, attack. The door swings both ways. It would be a waste of time to refute your post, point by point.
IPI is succeeding and all that's left is the posting of one sided questions because that's all that's left.
GO IPIX - stay the course
Boy Callmecrazys post on the published article was the best DD posted here on Kevetrin in a long time. No it didn't move the sp, but why should it. The intended audience are researches who with a 95 pct read showed their great interest. Inquiries are sure to follow.
On the posting side, the tac is clearly evident, attack management because that's all that's left. A deal has been made and little IP has been published. The bullshit will continue until it doesn't.
GO IPIX - stay the course
Fabulous DD. Simply fabulous.

From your buddy:
Ipix’s pipeline was and is junk science. That clear enough?.
Until Scott spoke up, you don't mean this, do you?
Ipix’s pipeline was and is junk science. That clear enough?
IPI has just entered a different world where alliances and deals provide exposure amongst the constituents who work toward moving their companies forward in whatever sandbox they choose to play. It's here that IPI will have more important exposure than any article or conference could ever deliver.
Here comes that slow orderly climb that you favor.
Also, I can't wait to see how Seeking Alpha plays this.
GO IPI
This gets to the pedigree of our new partner and clearly validates the extreme importance and magnitude of this deal.
Thanks for posting.
