The retrace only show that, despite the RS, MMs still in control of the PPS. A huge bid support magically disappeared. For traders and longs this maybe a big opportunity to load up.
Actually the 52 high adjusted is over $10
I have some concerns about the company, but it's very unlikely, almost impossible, that PPS will fall to that range again.
Congratulations
It seems that MMs still in control of the PPS. They drove the price to 8.80 just to bring it down again
1,500 shares just vanished from the bid. I know that 1,500 doesn't seem that much with this volume, but 2,500 was somehow a solid block for a bid support.
Yes, that was my first response post. The options need to be adjusted. I think we got confused along the way. I do apologize for the confusion.
So if he can buy 30,000,000 shares at $0.07 and sell those shares in the open market, that's a no brainer with big (over 9,000% ROI) returns. He could get his options for year one and retire a multi-millionaire. What is his incentive for this company to succeed then? If get his options at $0.07, then even if PPS falls he still getting big return. I don't think the math is right.
$0.07 which after the reverse split should translate into $7 per share, right? I mean, if he can buy 30 million shares for 0.07 and sell those in the open market to actual prices he could be a multimillionaire
That's more than twenty times the current market cap of ACTC, am I correct?
The RS ratio was low, and in the OTC Markets a RS is usually the kiss of death for current investors providing some opportunities for new potential investors.
Are you new to the forum? Please read all the information about this company and comeback. I will not do the research for you.
If you don't think that a RS will take investors to the cleaners then you must be new at investing in the OTC markets, please spare me the crap and just keep pumping at will. Just ignore me and move along.
Unlikely. Only time will tell, but I think that they will just keep the dilution going. Maybe they were running short in cash to pay for Lanza's vacation to Cancun
Wotton ended up being just a big scammer like Rabin, Myles, and Lanza, what a shame.
When a company does a RS keeping the same share structure usually means that they need to keep the dilution, in this case to justify all of their salaries and expenses. No other way to put it.
How is that relevant for the RS? You are bringing old news to justify the disaster that is about to come
What a big scam this company turned out to be. What a shame.
It is not. Is everything about keeping Lanza, Myles, and associates lavish lifestyle.
BS Red Myles just need to keep his big salary flowing. Him and the arrogant Dr. Lanza need to keep scamming investors. What a shame.
Yes, you are, by saying, yeah, the company is diluting, but as long as someone is buying the shares we are gravy. In almost a year period the company diluted over three billion shares, so if we assume that the company sold those shares at discount at a price of 0.0005 per share that's a whopping $1.5 million. You would think that all that money should be enough for any business. BBDA is no longer a startup, so either the CEO is incompetent or this is a total scam, pick either one, or probably both.
So 100 million shares in less than a month is not a significant change I guess. I wonder when is enough for BW.
Wow, someone is really eager to unload their heavy bags it seems.
Why is this a sticky? This is totally arbitrary.
My take is market manipulation. MMs drive the price up and down at will with the only purpose of stealing people's money.
Why odd? People invested in a company and then realized that the CEO is a big scumbag, nothing new.
Which big boy would come on board for cheap jewelry? Berge is the type of criminal that needs to be stopped or he will keep scamming other innocent investors. We must denounce Berge and all his associates to the proper authorities. Someone shower evidence yesterday that one of his associates has inside knowledge about the RS and the associate probably did most of the dumping yesterday. We must denounce Berge and his associates to the SEC, DOJ, and his customers to take his crappy brand to the ground.
Wow, no matter we have such a large dumping today. We can prosecute him for inside knowledge and we can also sue Berge for being a rat.
We should spread the world about this crook. Even if the SEC doesn't halt him we can put his crappy brand to the ground.
The sad part is that this crook will RS, keep AS high and keep diluting this pig.
Two crooks don't make one right
Maybe we need to travel to Russia to solve this. To save face with customers as some other crook was claiming
We should all file a civil suit against this criminal. He and all his buddies should be held liable.
Go home please. Market is close.
This company will need at least $70,000 to wipe the ask and for every uptick the ask size will increase for at least $50,000 (maybe more maybe less). The only way out of this mess is a R/S, as simple as that. No PR will do anything for this company. We all can thank Berge for destroying our investments and destroying the company.
Was that a dump or what? Wow Uncle Berge is probably in Russia (1st class trip) and needs money for some vodka and some cute dolls.
WhiteFish sent it to me. I'm pretty sure that he sent this to the SEC already
Missing cash for the period

According to some, with 5% of a potential $500 million market, the $312,000 is a bargain
Berge is like the honey badger, he doesn't care. As long as money keep flowing to finance trips, vodka, and Russian dolls he is a happy camper.
