we all can see that services like paypal are so outdated. the question is, do these services have contracts with their companies that have any 'only use us' kind of stuff in there? for how long do these contracts usually last till they are brought up for review and negoation again? maybe that is what is keeping ed from moving forward too fast...

very good customer service. seems that this person has a personal problem with her banking instit and not myec... and she also has a problem with the various check cashing estbl. she has used... in this instance it looks like ed has gone above and beyond his call of duty and this person needs to write / email a positive response but as it usually goes customers only write when they are ripped off and not when they are reimbursed... very rude indeed!
