DTC has their own agenda, but, HNSS knew that stock was chilled and they still put out 2 seperate prs about the launch of the Microfill 2160. No excuse for that.
Still no information on restriction period of INAR dividends. The current assumption must be that it is 2 years or HNSS would have let everyone know that it was only 1 year. At this point, it is hard to believe anything they say.
That pr belongs in the same category as the two Microfil 2160 launch prs.
This stock has no chance unless management gives a full accounting of what is actually happpening. BS news will not make it happen.
It will require the truth from management to ever see share price increase. They have been reluctant to do that so far.
Management is the problem, not shorts.
I agree that it will not help shareholders, but HNSS has shown no indication of follow thru on any of the pr's from the last year. The only exception was the INAR share dividend and to date they have not said if shares are restricted for one year or two. It would be a very easy pr just to explain that.
What other option do they have? OS soared to 1.25 billion and stock is at no bid. No news in months, no financials, no MF and most importantly, no money for shareholders at current pps.
His next move will be RS
If you look at past history, nothing is going to happen.
Imminent. Or so they say.
This was a lotto play for me. Past news made it look like there was some substance here. So far no evidence of that.
Now that investors are getting out of INAR, maybe HNSS will get some attention from management. PPS needs to go up some before they RS
Sounds feasible. Good way for an OTC CEO to protect himself.
Don't think there was ever a real offer.
I wonder if Las Vegas has a betting line on whether INAR or HNSS will RS first.
HNSS management has put their efforts into INAR. 9 pr's for INAR since last pr for HNSS. HNSS is forgotten.
Has this been above no bid in recent weeks?
That is too bsd. GMD has nice web site and looks like a real business.
Does anybody know if HNSS sold this company?

I wonder what beach he is on. He should at least send shareholders a post card so we would know what type of lifestyle we have paid for.
Imminent must mean more that two months. Maybe it will mean less than three. We will see.
He has been getting away with this for years. What makes you think that is going to change?
Company has given a series of pr's that have not materialized. The only one that has was a 1 share of INAR for every 3 shares of HNSS. Shares are restricted for a period of 1 or 2 years. Company has not given time frame. Shares are currently showing up in brokerage accounts but have no value.
Recent pr's of "imminent" news have also not occured.
The question still remains as to when they will be of no value. Will it be 1 year or 2 years. I have seen no clarification on the length of the restriction. HNSS should at least tell the restriction period.
Shameful what Black has done.
Stockplay.com should do an interview with HNSS management and ask them WTF is going on.
HNSS at no bid. Where is the imminent development that was promised.
