Zen, very good that you now see the light and it is much better to chose these types of words in your future posts. Don't want to give the Basher Banksters ammo do we??? Good for you! Have a great weekend, btw did you pick up more GEMM? Narvo
Janice's Hell comes again! Yes it's "Urban Drops Bomb on MM's". I see it kinda bothers you since you needed to reply to it. I see right thru your curtains Janice's Hell. Since your getting up there in age, doesn't it make some sense to go on the right path instead of the evil path??? No need to answer....I already know. Later, Narvo
OT: in the future you may want to put some money into water co.s, yes water co.s our 3rd largest industry in the world out there. Waters getting is getting more scare ea. year. Check out this link.

More precious than gold, rarer than natural gas, a bottle of this “must have” commodity now costs 500% more than a gallon of gasoline
Demand for it is rising so fast, Forbes said “it’s going to be a commodity as valuable as oil in the new millennium”
Dear Reader,
There’s a precious commodity not one in a million investors would consider investing in
Yet it has quietly become the third largest industry in the world, behind oil & gas and electricity.
The total market value of the industry is expected to increase to $400 billion by 2015.
The smart money, seeing a massive opportunity on the horizon, is taking huge positions in it.
In fact, Warren Buffett and T. Boone Pickens have been investing tens of millions to lock-up of their share of this increasingly scarce resource.
In an interview, Pickens told Newsweek that “the deal has the potential to be the biggest deal of my life.”
This from a man already worth $750 million!
So what’s this resource that has attracted some of the biggest players in the world?
It’s not oil, natural gas, or coal. It’s not copper, platinum, aluminum or the latest investing fad, uranium and palladium.
I’m not even talking about gold or silver.
No, this commodity is a thousand times more valuable.
And demand for it is growing so fast, in my home State, more people have been shot over it than over women.
I’m talking about water.
Yes, you’re reading that correctly: water.
It may come to a surprise to you, but over the last 20 years, the water industry (which comprises about 16 public companies) has outperformed McDonalds, IBM and the NASDAQ… combined!
And it’s beaten the pants off of the S&P 500. Check out a 15-year performance comparison chart:
One of the biggest stocks in the water industry is a company called Aqua America (formerly known as Philadelphia Suburbian). “Big,” is a relative term.
You see, Aqua America has a market valuation of only $2.3 billion.
To put that into perspective, Google has a market valuation of $55 billion. In fact, Google’s average daily volume is 10.9 million shares. The stock currently trades for $200.
Do the math: every day the dollar amount of Google’s trading activity is equivalent to Aqua America’s total market cap.
Bottom line, water is an overlooked investment. It’s understandable. Water is about as boring as it gets. And that’s why I like it.
It’s also the reason why it’s such a great investment.
And as you can see from the chart (above) of Aqua America, it’s an investment you should consider. A $100,000 investment in Aqua America in 1990 would now be worth $600,000.
I think I’ve found three water stocks that’ll beat that performance. Moreover, these are stocks that’ll give you safe, steady gains.
More on that in a minute.
First, let me tell you why water will be a major global issue in the coming years.
The Coming Water Crisis: Fixed Supply Meets Exploding Demand
There is no more fresh water on Earth today than there was 1 million years ago. Yet today, 6 billion people share it. Since 1950, the world population has doubled, but water use has tripled.
Demand for fresh water in the United States is expected to grow 70% over the next 25 years, according to industry analysts. Global demand--mainly from China--is set to grow more than 20% annually.
Get the picture?
You’d better. Because if you think $1.90 for a gallon gasoline is high, you haven’t seen anything yet.
Go to your local grocery store and buy a 0.5L of Evian bottle water. I’ll guarantee you’ll pay at least $1.50 for it. Since there are 3.7 liters in a gallon, you’d pay no less than $11 for a gallon of Evian.
Gasoline around my way is selling for $1.90. Deduct the taxes in that gasoline price, the true cost of a gallon of gas is somewhere around $1.20.
Evian is priced almost 825% higher than gas.
And people actually pay for it!!!
But the price is about to go even higher.
In December 2004, the Christian Science Monitor published a shocking report titled: “Forget OPEC. The Next Cartel May Export Drinking Water: Already companies are locking up resources and selling abroad.”
According to the report…
"Water is blue gold, it's terribly precious. Not too far in the future, we're going to see a move to surround and commodify the world's fresh water. Just as they've divvied up the world's oil, in the coming century there's going to be a grab."
Sound far-fetched?
Think again.
On February 2, 2005, ex-UN chief Boutros Ghali said in an interview with the BBC that competition for water resources could provoke wars in Africa and the Middle East, saying that:
“… military confrontation between the countries of the Nile basin was almost inevitable.”
Signs of corporate interest are already popping up.
Pipelines for bulk water shipments are reported under consideration between Scotland and water-starved England. Similar plans exist for Turkey to pipe water to central Europe and markets in Cyprus, Greece, Egypt, and Malta.
This is going to be huge. And 99% of today’s investors have no idea water stocks even exist.
But because I live in Montana, I know all-to-well the worth of water. And I’m recommending 3 water stocks right now.
One trades at a market cap of $265 million… the other trades for $650 million and the biggest of the bunch goes for $900 million.
So as you can see, all three are small cap stocks.
But I think all 3 will eventually command market caps in excess of $10 billion.

Remember, without water, everything perishes.
Sincerely,
The Phantom Trader
PS: One more thing. It’s not often we get a chance to be in front of a major trend like this. I’m convinced water is THE growth industry for the next century.

*** I just spoke to Andy Hill, I asked him if Roger Glenn is still working for CMKM Diamonds. His response was that he will speak to "our people" on Monday to get clairification on the PR. He did say " I assume its all good news and we are moving ahead together". I will follow up on Monday with a call to confirm RG's status. p2dny
Junkmaster, the word "mining" took the word of "drilling". Much more important. IMO, Have a good weekend. Narvo
Cmkx. I believe this pr give more insight into the future then they have ever told us before. They have been tight lipped for so long and then they reveal to us what their agenda is and all we can say is that the pr holds no merit????
You guys already feel Roger is gone and that we are left fending for ourselves. I think you better read that pr a little more slowly. I feel it is perfect for the timing and possibly maybe a filing to come out before the 15th. Have a good weekend.

CMKM Diamonds Announces Updated Corporate Strategy
Friday February 11, 4:01 pm ET
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 11, 2005--CMKM Diamonds Inc. (Pink Sheets: CMKX - News) today announced a corporate strategy plan designed to dramatically and comprehensively transform CMKX's internal corporate governance. The aggressive plan is being spearheaded by Robert A. Maheu, the recently appointed co-chairman of CMKX.
"Solving problems has been my occupation for many years," said Maheu. He continued, "Tough assignments are not solved by wishful thinking, but rather by tough action." A new team of securities attorneys has been instructed that their prime assignment is to correct any deficiencies of the past and to cooperate fully with regulatory bodies both in Canada and the United States to minimize the possibility of such deficiencies in the future.
Maheu has also instructed management that regular reports to stockholders and the financial community are imperative.
"Today, CMKX is embarking on an aggressive, strategic plan that is intended to transform the entire corporation into a tightly focused mining and development company," said Urban Casavant, president and chief executive officer of CMKX. "It is our intent to use all available resources to generate consistent, long-term growth and profitability for our stockholders."
Additionally, Casavant said, "We shall be recruiting a team of experienced advisors, professionals and management executives. We intend to structure the company for a move to the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board or an exchange."

Bo: No it hasn't cause I was in IVOC at the time and TYRIA was a spinoff sub. and it just sat there like IVOC and I didn't pay to much attention to the emails. I would only take a gander at the charts every now and then from these email updates.
Notice on the bottom of Green Barons email newsletters that they state they have 200,000 subscribers, so now I am paying more attention.
At first I would watch Green Barons picks and then noticed they did not move to much. I then was thinking they were buying before the announcements and selling after the announcements. It's been awhile since I've given them my full attention.
Finally yes Green Baron did a good piece on TYRIA. I like TYRIA's last pr. I am not in this symbol. It is on my watch list. Narvo

Report II Volume 2005 February 10, 2005
HNet Update:
Our FCC contractors are on schedule we do
anticipate approval this month.
METER DATA MANAGEMENT AGENT (MDMA)
UPDATE:
It has been quite some time since the Company
has given an update on our CNES, Network
Operating Center. The below stated upgrades are
intended to serve as the new platform for our
HNet-5.0 products and to advance our efforts to
achieve the Meter Data Management Agent
(MDMA) status with, State and Local Utility
Distribution Companies (UDC).
Back Ground:
To correctly calculate transmission, distribution,
and competitive transmission charges, for
customers, the Utility Distribution Companies
(UDC) will need to retrieve meter usage data for
interval meters from external MDM Agents, such
as CNES/NOC. The external MDMA needs to
calculate usage from meter reads; validate,
estimate and edit that usage; post the usage in the
approved Utility Distribution Metering Exchange
Protocol (a.k.a. California Metering Exchange
Protocol) format to a server; and provide the UDC
access to that server for retrieval of the data.
All MDMAs will be responsible for construction
and operating their MDMA server system to allow
timely and secure transfer of applicable meter
reads and usage data between themselves and the
utility. All potential MDMA’s must meet the
acceptance test requirements in compliance with
the UDC.
MDMA Preparation for Server
Testing & Acceptance
• The CNES Network Operation Center
(CNES-NOC) Servers have been upgraded
to MDMA system procedures in
compliance (CNES-MDMA) with Federal,
State and Local Energy Distribution
standards.
• CNES-MDMA upgraded hardware and
software configuration is in progress for
CNES-MDMA acceptance testing in
parallel of existing operations. The stand
alone redundant networks uniformed
encrypted protocols employee; hi-level
security equal or greater to archival
electronic public records and privacy
standards.
• Drawings for a 14’x26’=364’clean room
environment to house CNES-NOC’s are in
progress this will include a fully
operational mirrored unmanned CNESNOC
at a location outside of the primary
district or within fifty miles for disaster
recovery backup as required by MDMA
standards.
• November 8th, 2004, CNES completes its
HNet™-MDMA protocol conversion
requirements. Using the preferred protocol
of our local energy distributor, that has
enabled the communications gateway.
This protocol has defined our MDMA
dissemination and transfer programs.

Marcus Evans Conference in review
Many have been asking about the results of the
Utility and Metering Billing conference that we
attended last month. We were very refreshed by
several of the key conference speakers. In the
Utility Industry, as you may or may not know, it is
rare to find those who are visionaries and truly
understand the path and potential of new
business in this daft, trying to be deregulated
market. Those particular individuals were the ones
we sought out and spoke with at length and have
continued contact and further discussions. We
have been very encouraged by these opportunities
that these key persons and companies are bringing
to us. In the future we hope that good things will
transpire from these engagements.
We are very excited at this point to take CNES out
to the Market and begin networking in a new way.
We believe our product HNet is still on the cutting
edge of new emerging technologies.
UPCOMING MARKETING EVENTS
As we mentioned, we are very excited to be at a
point where we can market our HNet technology.
We will be attending these up and coming, events.

Summary:
The challenges in achieving a secure and
sustainable utility future are by providing reliable,
reasonably priced services and require prudent
choices. This reality calls for changing the path of
development through technology and policy
innovation. There is a critical window of
opportunity before the industry. To plot a new
course that will enhance, secure and grow the
industry, stakeholders need to actively ensure that
they are:
Inspiring; users, developers and producers to
efficiently distribute, manage or use utility
services;
Innovatively; developing strategies and finance to
speed the development and deployment of more
advanced technologies;
Integrating - resources technologies and
approaches (‘alone, the private sector cannot
assure the delivery of "public goods." Nor can the
public sector act by itself to provide technology
deployment').

TRANSFORMING THE UTILITY BUSINESS
ENVIRONMENT
The utility business community is facing major
challenges associated with liberalization of the
market, unbundling, deregulation, organization
transformation, and establishing a sustainable
business environment. In this transition process,
utilities aim to provide a high quality of water and
electricity supply to the customer cost-effectively.

Automation and information technology have
developed rapidly in recent years, and have been
implemented in utility business systems –
planning, operation, maintenance, customer
services and others. The advanced information
systems were able to provide a breakthrough in
transforming utilities from the classical
electromechanical concept to the digital world.
However, there is still a considerable gap in
mirroring the correlation between overall water
and energy flows (the product) with the financial
flow (the money) to reach a sustainable and
competitive business environment.

yo guys here is an email i got from michael williams:
Mr. Aldo,
Thank you for the message. It is a pleasure to be involved with this
company and I look forward to meeting you, as well as other shareholders.
Myself and Mr. Maheu will be doing everything in our power to bring this
company to a healthy level. We are aware of the shareholder concers. We
are sorting through the history with counsel and will be addressing the
shareholders as we reach conclusions and identify the path that should
lead this company to prosperity.
Have a good day and thanx again for the email.
Michael Williams
Congrats to you XLPI investors. Good one Mach. I never made it in. Instead I played CNES. Just goes to show...u never know do we.... Congrats again.
Drillbit, what do u think of Cassandra Energy and their chemical oil extraction? Are you from that area of Oklahoma/Texas border? BBAN may bring Cassabdra into their co. TIA
By My69Z dd,
" Broadband Wireless International Corporation (bban)announced today that a Letter of Intent has been executed with Cassandra Energy, Inc., to bring Cassandra Energy into BBAN as a subsidiary. "
" The directors of Broadband Wireless have been working with Cassandra Energy on their strategic development plan while keeping the technology and design plans extremely confidential. "
Basically,it looks like Cassandra found oil at Katalla because I can't find where they lost the rights back to the Govt..
The reason they were fought by some residents there...that area was hit the worst by the Exxon Valdez.
Their new tech could clean up what/if remains there and also be used world wide. And the guy who runs this part of Cassandra, specializes in beach cleaning.
If they can produce oil at less than $15 a barrel...I think THAT would be a "significant contribution to the company".
Urban said in the Maheu press release... " "In the company's agenda for 2005, it has become paramount to bring in individuals and companies that can make significant contributions to the company. "
In the Mr.Willams press release,Urban said about him....
"He is a friend of Mr. Maheu and family members, has already made significant contributions to the company "
This is why he's was given a seat imo...because he's given CMKM something of significance.
Gltua!

Reality check from Proboards:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just some news to comfort those who may be having doubts:
During the Geological Open House in Saskatoon in early December, Forest Gate Resources, Shore Gold and Kensington all presented positive news. It seems this news finally reached the investing public. After relatively flat trading in December, the stock for all three has taken off. Since December 1st, Forest Gate is up 73%, Kensington is up 53% and Shore Gold is up 61% - and CMKX has 'em surrounded.
We just gotta hang in there.
