Our Corti drug, even as an unrealized asset is extremely valuable. We are on big pharma radar. This is a drug that is so expensive, a big company like Teva could buy us and make a fortune from MNK just using one of their famous pay to delay scemes. Unlikely? ANI has already been there with generic Androgel. Peanuts compared to this.
Not sure why but when I read your posts my brain sets them to James Spader's voice. lol. Must be cabin fever and watching too many reruns of The Office.
Stay safe everybody!
Agree! Fantastic news!
Hi JTFM. Androfeme is available in Australia and produced by Lawley.
It is a testosterone product designed specifically for libido issues in post menopausal women.
Interestingly, the starting dose is .5 ml (product contains 10 mg T/ml) and can be increased to a dose not to exceed 1.5 ml.
That is stronger than Libigel which is a 300 mcg dose. Instrinsa is 300 mcg too.
The starting .5 ml dose of Androfeme is 5 mg or 5000 mcg of T. Feel free to check my math.

JTFM, I don't see you getting a chance to ask a question about Libigel.
Art will issue a PR when corporate attorneys give him the green light. Mum.
I remember that! Meanwhile, hrt data (estrogen) on breast cancer is
what probably tainted the FDA's outlook on using T.
Are you saying then that Intrinsa's efficacy data is irrelevant and that they would be out of the picture? Makes sense.
Exciting times!
Hi JTFM,
Really a mystery that Libigel efficacy was determined to be not significantly better than placebo with those results. And eemt was still allowed to be sold as well as all those millions of compounded testosterone scripts.
Your digging into curriculum vitae of Libigel-involved individuals was interesting. I looked at some other examples and found that in cases when the study is still underway and the company is public, the product being researched is indicated as XXX on the vitae. Maybe not in all cases but this is sensitive.
I am certain this will unfold in our favor. Meanwhile we have had some great new product news. Thank you very much for all that you do for this board!
Silvr, Love it! Burbot Liver Products Company.
Speaking of fish, they've closed Rainy River access to Baudette, cutting off fishing tourism temporarily because of Covid-19. Protect our employees. https://www.messagemedia.co/millelacs/outdoors/fishing/covid-19-and-the-fishing-season/article_794a3c82-7373-11ea-a221-9f17a32c4681.html
Nice message LD. We "old-timers" actually suffered multiple 1:6 reverse splits as BPAX owners. At least 2, possibly more. I fondly recall buying shares for pennies only to have my purchase implode.
The most recent split happened as part of the merger and yeilded what became ANIP's cheapest shares: $6-ish.

I have no idea why we were acquired if not for Libigel and cancer vaccine hopefuls.
The origins of this company are REALLY strange and I have wondered if favors were owed to investors abroad. I will post this again for some interesting shut-in reading:

Thanks JTFM. Just a matter of time.
Hi LD. ANI could easily monetize the safety data and other intellectual property and not pay the CVRs. Yes, I would love my CVRs to be paid but I believe we are looking at an eventual big pharmacy acquisition and a corresponding pps. Corti is too big.
Hi Jeff,
I feel that the recent global position on the use of testosterone for postmenopausal women is a catalyst for Libigel advancement. But, we have yet to see a position change on the NAMS site.
I have contacted ANI in the past (post merger) on a variety of topics not addressed through PRs and it has been difficult to get info. You spoke to Art and Simes pre-merger when ANI was a private company. That was a smart move because we do not have access any longer. I called to see if the over the counter products from Wellspring would become ANI products, I called to see if we were participating in the ranitidine recall; both times I was transferred several times and treated with obvious annoyance!
I don't believe any of us would have access to a private call with Art now that the company is public and we shouldn't!
Some medical advancements take time and the idea of giving women testosterone is steeped in cultural taboo. I believe that when NAMS takes a stand, big pharma will run with it and we have the safety data!
Sitting here with my mask on at a Mexican airport. Everybody wearing masks, many look homemade. We got a confusing message about wearing masks and I understand about the importance of reserving supply for healthcare professionals. A doctor friend texted me yesterday to say that a face covering mask is our #1 defense. If you must go out, wear a bandana if that’s all you’ve got, but keep your face covered. Wear glasses or safety glasses if you have them. When I get home I’m getting busy on my sewing machine!
Jeff, I think young people today are pretty great. Rent has skyrocketed, college costs too much. The young people I know are really environmentally concerned and not complainers. Resourceful. Like their WWII era grandparents. Some good things skip a generation!
Thanks Jeff. Keep yourself and family safe. Same to everyone here.
Art is an energetic, organized, creative CEO with his finger on the pulse of pharma. Not worried.
My youngest (27) asked me if I recall anything like this. I said I remember waiting in a line about 2 blocks long to get the polio vaccine on a sugar cube. Low flying planes spraying probably DDT to kill the mosquitos in my hometown in swampy central NY. Nothing this all-encompassing.
Patience. Best to all posters here.
Jeff, You're right. Don't forget summer's surge to 85 that came out of nowhere and stuck for a long while.
Very interesting for Libigel and Corti!
LD, Just don't flush it unless you want a major problem.
The original owner of Instinsa was P&G. They sold to Warner Chilcott after FDA denial.
The patch was also favored for lower risk of tranference to others.
You guys are amazing sleuths. Thank you.
Wisdom.Thank you RG
Yes. I've experienced that. Delete your history.
Interesting products listed with "metered pumps," like libigel. Products designed for men.
Thanks JTFM.
In the last conference call (not most recent) Art basically told one of the analysts that it makes no financial sense to put an extremely expensive drug in a self applicator because of the increased risk that the patient will screw it up. He's right. Requires a professional.
We have what MNK may never regain: a good reputation.
Our growing pie has a tiny sliver of retail investors whose limited, manipulative activity has created an illusion of diminishing worth. Institutions and insiders are holding tight. Hang onto your shares.
A little OT: At one time short selling was banned in the US, prior to the war of 1812. Fun fact.
https://www.investopedia.com/articles/stocks/09/short-selling-ban.asp
Silvr, Amazing advancement. Thanks.
If our former company, Biosante hadn't been cash-rich, we would not have attracted ANI as a merger candidate. ANI rescued us from a far dire scenario than this one.
Art is a great CEO. I believe this pps trouble will be short lived.
Too high to buy. Too low to sell. So little stock available to the retail investor.
Today's volume could be one little retail investor playing with shares. Ridiculous to form theory on 8k shares.
Last summer's rise to the 80's came fast.
Jeff,
For the last decade we have all benefited from your insightful posts on this message board. You bring a product/pipeline /company history and business experience perspective that is a valuable and unique contribution. Thank you and please continue as we enter yet another phase of transition and growth. (Remember the message board brawl with the merger? lol). J
It's the internet. We could all be robots. lol.
Thanks Jeff.
Thanks Silvr!
Interesting parent/child analogy for you and Jacob613 and certainly a familial relationship that was already noted considering your simultaneous arrival to this message board.
Cheers!
Well said.
Thank you BB! Best to you, all ANIP board posters, and ANI management and staff! Grateful for our digital relationships and support!
