Why don’t the CEO cancel those A offerings.Before those Ass we looked like we were going to run hard.The board had a nice feel good atmosphere.Then the first A dropped and that was the end.Now all is you hear is crickets and we are as dead as dead could be.

Looks like we’re ready. I got my truck load of shares,not getting caught with a small position this time.

The last run this gem ran to $.87 from.008 ,we all made a pile of money.We’re going to do it again.

They need to get rid of those form Ass or this thing will never run.

These A filings kill these stocks. I see there is another one.What volume there was stopped when the Ass began to drop.IMO we could have ran this to about.008 if they hadn’t pulled this stunt.

A few years back this ran from.008 to .87 .That’s over 10,000 % .I only had a poultry 20,000 shares at .01 but I still made good money. I held tight for over 2 years and BOOM we were off to the moon.This time we will break a dollar (higher highs)

The CEO filed over 20 form 4sss in the past 3 years and a bunch of them were when the share price was over .11 This makes me want to hold for a few more years.

(30 B AS )does this mean they are going to dump on the bid every time it builds up.May take a few months to go through the 15 B left .They can still collect $1.5 million even just dumping on .0001 .I can’t believe I averaged down to .0007 .My first buy was over .005.I actually thought I had a winner back then.Same crap every time.

Every time a Reg. A Is brought into the picture the stock dies. It is so aggravating because I held this for so long,got my average down to .0008 and now we are dead in the water. I know I complained once before about this but it feels good to vent.

I've listened to people say that crap for 12 years and not once did it happen.There will be a major ran here,just keep loading and then forget about it.

A lot of buying,this must be the loading zone peps were looking for. I'm a bag holder at .05 ,pretty sickening.This ran to .88 last time and the share structure was about the same.This time it will break a dollar,I just wish I waited longer to buy. I think a lot of people are saying that.

I really thought the CEO was going to get the share price over .03 one day (on a mega run of course)then have it settle back to about.01 .Well you know what I mean,that 3.5 B isn't really that bad.These things run all the time huge with those kind of floats.Now it's officially killed and I'm one of the pumper dreamers here and I can see that he killed.Why would he kill it ,how could that be good for anyone.

People were loading here because of the tiny float . We all known that a tiny float coupled with the right news
could mean a beast of a run.Now introduce reg A in the equation that kills it because what we're talking about is the sellers dumping hundreds of millions of shares on our heads (major dilution).If there buying at .0025 there going to start dumping best case at .005 to .01 or so.Many of us have a approx. .01 average.I know these companies dilute like crazy but why would you tell everyone that as soon as it starts running we're going to kill it .Isn't it better to let it run a while ,they really had something here.This thing died as soon as that A dropped,so I'm not alone in my opinion .I'm sorry to be so negative,it just really pis/ed me off.

I'm one of those dreamers that wait to get a big score. I have a super low float so I was hoping we all could have run this to the 20-30 cents area with the right news .Then the A dropped and I knew it was another one of my bad investment decisions.

The average Joe or Mary trading penny stocks don't understand theA filing so when we see we stay far away.That's what happened here,we were starting to come alive and that killed.Everyone even stopped posting.

My other stock with a form A is UVS/ ,that instantly killed the stock

I think that A offering is a rear kick in the teeth

I have been accumulating shares here for a few years.this can stair step its way to .10 before it settles back.Nice chunky buys today is very encouraging.The negative nellies here are going to go crazy.

When this thing does finally run it's going to be a beast.

Buyers are starting to step in .Maybe we're going to run soon.

CDSG has some great news.This is starting to shape up ,another run to .88 in the works.

The last time this stock was this dead it suddenly exploded and ran to .94

Wow,look at this thing.Just checking in,still have some of these at.0005 .No volume and a 15 B AS we all know what's next.

2/11/21 BRLL was .85 coming up from.0023 on 11/20/20

Peeps post a lot of negative things about BRLL ,they did the last time too and then it ran from .008 to .83

If it all comes together this can go over 5 in a few years.10 B market cap is not out of the question.That's 5,000 % to 10,000%gains .As you know it Happens all the time.I'm not going to go crazy here , I am just going to get a starter and add .

I would have to agree.Been looking at this for a while and this seems like the right time to start loading.

That would be foolish,but I did buy Tesla at $122 and then sold half at 244.Moved that over to here ,paid just under $400.This 2 moves I made were the most successful transaction I ever did,new to trading.
