Buyers are aware and the stock has gone up in the last at 2 days. Seems like investors have accepted the R/S and are buying back their shares...also the fact that waggs cannot discuss the relationship between PMCB and Primegen is leading everyone to believe there is some kind of partnership/merger in the future.
Today's announcement is a big blow to those that wish PMCB to fail...Hidalgo is still on PMCB advisory board as well as Bristol Myers and just may mention cell in box to them.
Now on to Nasdaq...
Seems like investors think waggs will get the votes and then get pmcb to Nasdaq...so when pmcb gets to Nasdaq then institutional investors will arrive ...lenders will arrive...some big pharma investors will hear about pmcb treatment for unmet need and dump money into stock....pps will go up.. fda approves IND and stock explodes...waggs gets voted Nasdaq ceo of the year!
Let's get to Nasdaq...vote yes to authorize 50 bil shares so pmcb can fund itself to complete the necessary info for FDA approval. R/S should happen before FDA approval and if all goes well and FDA approves IND and then share price while listed under Nasdaq will explode.
Due to conflicts, I could not attend listen in on yesterdays shareholder meeting...can someone give me the good/bad. Any mention of Nasdaq? R/S? IND submission timeframe? 50bil shares?...etc
Tnt...we will find out tomorrow...good or bad. I know you are a true long...like you I am in it til the end...I still feel cell in box is an investment worthy technology that deals with an unmet need...waggs could have had the shareholders meeting after market but chose not to...does that mean anything? We will find out....good luck.
I guess waggs is not a pumper?
The announcement was posted on their Facebook yesterday.
Hmmmm...Austrianova now going through IPO process...Hidalgo now on both Bristol Myers and PMCB advisory boards...PMCB talking Nasdaq... something is up!
You are correct...Crabtree helped get Taxol to market when he was with Bristol Myers...I believe the all of a sudden talk to get PMCB to Nasdaq is a move that will lead to major event for PMCB.
Hilarious...you mean Yuen (former CEO of Nasdaq company of the year) and now Primegen CEO is part of this plan to fund waggs lifestyle? And Hidalgo (on PMCB and Bristol Myers advisory boards) is also part of a plan to fund waggs lifestyle... wow... waggs has some great friends!
For pmcb to make it to Nasdaq and stay there...waggs must have some real good news that will move the pps upward and keep it there. I am thinking a Primegen reverse merger will get it done. Why is their CEO on pmcb BOD? Primegen also has some very interesting stuff going on.

Welcome aboard...Austrianova going through IPO paperwork...Hidalgo on Bristol Myers advisory board...PMCB thinking about uplisting to Nasdaq...all happening at same time...something is up!
Yes...ignore the pps and think NASDAQ.
It's so funny reading all these posts about mgmt faking everyone out just to collect a salary... waggs could make a lot more money running his own law firm...forget waggs...let's talk science. The science is there sez 2 previous clinical trials... maybe Bristol Myers is looking at those results for and unmet need....hmmmm....maybe they like what they see...be ready!
Don't forget this quote from Hidalgo about cell in box...I dont think he thinks this is a scam.
"I am excited about this new approach that has the potential to change the way solid tumors are treated far beyond tumors in the pancreas.”
Do you have proof pmcb is crooked? PMCB is a fully reporting entity...has many credible scientists on their MGMT/BOD/ADVISORY...has partnerships with U of Technology, Sydney and U of Northern Colorado ...received ODD from FDA and EMA...on and on...where is your proof pmcb is crooked?
Lol...why is no one selling?
So Hidalgo won't mention to BM that pmcb has a treatment for an unmet need...too funny!
But they have cell in box that got ODD from FDA and EMA...cell in box also had 2 previous successful clinical trials...and Hidalgo sez "I am excited about this new approach that has the potential to change the way solid tumors are treated far beyond tumors in the pancreas.” Hidalgo is now associated with BM and he is still on pmcb advisory...if he feels this good about cell in box then?
Sorry no one is selling their shares...
Still...no one is selling their shares...especially now that Hidalgo is on Bristol Myers board and is still on PMCB advisory board...and remember Crabtree helped bring Taxol to market when he was with Bristol Myers...
Read the pmcb interview with Hidalgo about cell in box...
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2019/01/23/1704279/0/en/World-Renowned-Oncologist-Bullish-on-Potential-of-PharmaCyte-s-Technology-Clinical-Trial-in-Pancreatic-Cancer.html
"follow the bouncing ball"...
Drugmaker Bristol Myers Squibb (BMY.N) will pay biotech firm Agenus Inc (AGEN.O) up to $1.56 billion to exclusively develop and commercialize its experimental cancer drug, AGEN1777, the companies said on Tuesday.
"Develop and commercialize" are the key words here...Hidalgo just joined BM BOD and is still on PMCB advisory and well..."follow the bouncing ball"
https://www.reuters.com/business/healthcare-pharmaceuticals/bristol-myers-pay-up-138-bln-develop-sell-agenuss-cancer-therapy-2021-05-18/
Remember...Crabtree brought Taxol to market while he was with BM.
And furthermore...why would waggs uplist if he had no goods...cell in box is the goods...2 previous trials proved it....Sigma Aldrich markets cell in box...so cell in box IS the goods.
Hmmmm...pmcb wants to uplist...Hidalgo joins BM BOD and mentions he will step down from AGEN advisory board but not PMCB's...Crabtree connections to BM...Hidalgo made following comment about cell in box "I am excited about this new approach that has the potential to change the way solid tumors are treated far beyond tumors in the pancreas.”
Be ready!
No panic selling...wonder why?
And dont forget Crabtree helped to get Taxol to market while working at BM...and Hidalgo loves cell in box.
Fell out of my chair while eating breakfast reading that...nothing to invest in here? How about 2 previous successful clinicals? 1/3 of the normal chemo used to treat patients...less side effects as a result of less chemo in the body as the cell in box treatment placed the chemo right at the cancer site...pretty amazing...and...yeah........nothing here.
Lol...Yuen was the CEO of a Nasdaq company of the year...the man has mad skills. Crabtree brought Taxol to market when he was with Bristol Myers another guy with mad skills...and they are on PMCB BOD/Mgmt...
Lol...its ok...keep convincing yourself that all waggs wants is drinking money and vacations and that his pals Crabtree and Yuen love him so much that they will put their sterling reputations on the line just to share a few drink with him...its too funny...please keep posting...I am laughing!
Yep...maybe waggs got wind of a possible hostile takeover and sort of issued a warning by trying to get investors to approve the additional shares... doesn't mean he will use these shares but just in case...pretty good move!
Yep...being done to prevent a possible hostile takeover as waggs mentioned... this is a smart move...cell on box will become future of cancer treatments...a targeted therapy and pmcb owns it!
These things must be selling like hot cakes..that might be one of the reasons why Austrianova is having the IPO...and we can't leave out possible interest by Sigma Aldrich (owned by Merck) to own cell in box.
https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/catalog/product/sigma/cib001?lang=en®ion=US&cm_sp=Insite-_-caSrpResults_srpRecs_srpModel_cell%20in%20box-_-srpRecs3-1
Sorry but waggs knows more about what the future will bring to pmcb...things like possible partnerships...mergers...interest from big pharmas ...where we stand regarding the IND...so I think I will listen to waggs...if he wants to uplist to Nasdaq then he must have reason to think pmcb can make it...be ready!
If we move to Nasdaq and get the IND approval...all hell will break loose...
And waggs gave us a hint in a CC that pmcb was already set up for Nasdaq (being that pmcb has mgmt and BOD)....waggs also introduced investor voting the last 2 years...i believe this is also a requirement by Nasdaq?...so this possible Nasdaq uplisting was thought about a while ago...seems like pmcb will uplist...be ready!
Yep...and just think that Yuen could take over as pmcb CEO if pmcb does a reverse merger with Primegen...could happen. Then pmcb will have a CEO of a NASDAQ former company of the year...read Yuen's bio...
