Honestly there are so many things they could have handled much better...back when they issued the 10%divy they could have instead just issued the shares creating the same dillution but giving the company enough working capital to explore LDM on their own and prove up some reserves.

Instead they hitched their wagon to a dead horse. Hopefully the other horses are strong enough to make up for the dead one. We wont hear anything of substance until June or July mark it. Also I wouldn't be surprised to see .05 ( this wont scare me away but I really would not be surprised)

Yes i think many of us can agree that Amarant is a really crappy company. They have some terrible management and can't get anything done. They are like the italian government.

But it doesnt matter because there are other companies involved. We don't know who but that is the reason we will get funding. Amarant reminds me of an underground operation trying to look like a legit mining company.

still dont know who these "promoters" are...no one ever said it was going to be march for sure. Every month is not a "bust" just because it is the end of the month. It is going to happen between now and July 12th.

It is very insignificant it is a few individuals trying to increase their position by shaking out a few weak hands and taking their shares at lower levels

looks to me like a pretty standard shakeout before news... 1.1 mill shares brought us from .069 - .058...and 1 million more shares have brought us back to .064... someone just did quite well....also when a penny stock runs up prior to news it usually drops after.. a small drop before news is absolutely NOTHING to worry about and could even cause more of a pop

over course it opens at .0147 ( so you can't buy at sub penny and they know this...it goes instantly to .0179 ( alkl the suckers who got the email bought) and then the voume spiked to over 11 million shares and the stock is at .0109 ...there you have it. everyone who bought this is down 50% or more.

Due for a bounce never....this is a fake company boiler room scam...the boilers have ran out of gas though

not gonna lie I have been burned on a couple of these micro caps on pump and dumps...I like to give some the benefit of the doubt sometimes and i think I might just but a very small position at this level. What is your time frame on things? any projects or pending PRs in the work? I am always wary of mass profit taking and dillution in these micro caps.

you are lucky they ONLY have 100,000,000 shares authorized...they are only going to sell 40 million more at whatever price they can get before you will see ANY value if there is any...they will then do a reverse split to wipe out the shareholders and repeat.

The same company "Exclusive Stocks" Promoted this today when it was at over .20 of course.... sooo many lost over %75 today. The only ones who gained are the BOD who sold all of their shares this morning in the .20s right down to .06. The dilute the crap out of this...It doesnt matter what the revenues are when they increase O/S 10 fold. watch for the reverse splits and more pumping.

YFRM ( They pumped at .10 dropped the following day to .05)
SITS (They pumped it to over a penny before it came all the way back to .002 (85% it dropped all on a PR saying the company got a contract)
GMEC (this was around .08-.09 when they put out the promo...i bought some at .08 and sold at .04...i believe it is now in the .03s.)
LTNC (they pumped it over .70 then cleared everyone out down to .40...this one came back slightly but thats because it has more value to pump again)
BMSN
ILVC (this was at .049 when they promo'd...dropped the same day to .025 and just today closed at .013)

The 1st payment is scheduled and we have no idea when that was for....could have been scheduled for April could have been up until July 12th.

As HR specified we are to receive annual payments from Amarant and the agreement was made on July 12th. they will default on their terms if they do not pay by then,

this is why i have been saying June/July...we may get some thing before then ie. LDM drilling, Jota/Ciclon offers, Discovery show, perhaps more revealing of the other partners in the consortium.

Before July 12th we should receive at least $9 million

If you take the past out of the equation and look at this from a fresh new set of eyes you should be very very excited for the coming few months. we will see extreme SP appreciation

every stock the promo company that promoted this stock has put out has dropped by 50% or more.

the funniest part is that they will advertise a stock saying its trading at .0004 or whatever and by the time you get the promo and look at it the stock is already trading "up 50%" to .0006 you buy in at .006, they do a fake PR and then the stock goes down to .0002-.0003

This is the biggest scam stock I have ever seen....also a few days ago the market cap was listed at $870,000 when the stock was at .0025 now the stock is at .002 and the market cap is over $1.01 million...MASSIVE dilution here.... they added about 130 million shares that is why we get good news and tank so they can sell 100 million shares at a time. then as kingzoo said, reverse split and repeat.

I'm not going to lie that is my number 1 fear. I know they will close the deal + get funding + possibly startt up negotiations for another deal but the 3,000,000,000 authorized is the one thing that scares the poop outta me. gives us a max SP of .30 - .40...still good but way below prior expectations.
