Don't think you've been here this long, but a few weeks ago we had a $42,500+ wall at .0085 that got tested and held a few days in a row, then when the buying pressure finally came it was obliterated in a minute..
Just to clarify, I believe Romans is talking about number of chews, not dollars. Judging by the complete disbelief, I think people are assuming he meant $200,000 a week which is preposterous, 200,000 chews a week doesn't seem that unreasonable.
Based on the fact that he has multiple children, I think your statement is false lol.
Much tighter trading range today than yesterday. Nice to see no big dips today (unless you were looking to pick up some cheap shares)...
Right, that's why I said "Since this investor bought the entire offering, it only lasted a day or whatever, so they answered "no" to that question".
The original question was in regards to why they answered "no" to the "will this offering last more than a year" question, so I was explaining that some offerings can last a while, but not this one.
Thanks for confirming.
Kind of talking out my ass here, but I believe an offering can last quite a while if the shares are slowly purchased on the open market. Since this investor bought the entire offering, it only lasted a day or whatever, so they answered "no" to that question.
Again, just my completely uneducated interpretation. Anyone who actually knows what they're talking about, feel free to correct me.
Same here, don't see it in any of the usual places except ihub..
I think someone linked to the SEC site yesterday, so I'm not saying that it's not legit, just odd that it's not hitting more outlets.
Ok, I've been ignoring you all day, but I have eight minutes left of work and I'm looking to kill a few of them (that's about all you're good for).
What kind of stock do you know that runs this hard this fast with "tons of dilution"?
Every stock I've seen in the middle of a run with "tons of dilution" gets crushed back down into the nothingness from whence it came..
For the record, I got held up at work and it didn't take me six minutes to type this lol.
From what I've read today, they have to file within 15 days of the initial commitment from the investor(s). It didn't mention whether that was calendar or business days..
For anyone concerned about the wall...
When we were back sub penny, there was a 5M+ wall at .0085 that proved as resistance several times. Given this, and the strong support around .007, I decided to sell in the 8's with the plan of buying back in when it was back to the low 7's.
Long story short, I was away from all technology for a few hours, and when I was able to log back in the price was at .0094 and I was forced to chase. Fortunately I'm still up, but I have fewer shares as a result of fearing the wall.
Just sharing that story for anyone who hasn't been here for the whole run.
Ha, that's a good one, I haven't heard that before but I like it.
Lol...There have been 911 trades almost every day, news was bound to come out eventually, you can't really correlate the two...Not trying to be a dick, just being realistic..
That shouldn't really even count as the high...It was a gap up at opening that lasted for a very brief period of time.
Ugh, got impatient and moved by bid up from .014 to .0151. I don't know how many times this has to happen to me before I learn that patience is a virtue lol. Hopefuly the .0011 doesn't really matter at the end of the day..
Guess not...Just got the balance filled at .015 after a five minute delay or so.
My bid at .0151 only got a partial fill and still shows as an open order in my account, but the bid is showing as .0146?
As always, correct me if I'm wrong, but this appears to be the exact same filing that was the first one posted on 5/15 that was labeled "OTCQB Certification" and was immediately moved to inactive status.
Why would OTC Markets require them to file the exact same document again with no changes made?
Huge spread here...
I read that as the CE symbol will typically not be removed within 30 days of it being put up, not within 30 days of becoming current. Could be wrong but that's what it sounds like to me..
That's not correct. The value is listed in thousands, but it clearly states in multiple places on the page that it's 100,000 shares.
.014s got bought up like they were nothing!
But how can that be true when people point out the "obvious dilution" here every day lol.
Nice! Confirmed the 5B AS was a mistake. Officially 2B AS now (even though we all knew that, it'll shut some people up at least)!
Really appreciate you looking out for all of us, even though you seem to take pleasure in others' misfortunes.
Good thing you have a track record of being correct zero percent of the time on this one. If you feel it'll be .0055-.006 next week, that's all the assurance I need that we'll be heading north.
Thanks again man, come back next week and tell us all how it'll be crashing down from .025 so we can "get out before it's too late" lol.
Nice (relatively) close over a penny everyone! Day one of 30 passing the bid test for OTCQB uplisting!
This is not what I thought power hour had in store for us..
Confirmed, showed as a buy on my end too.
Side question for you if you'd be kind enough to answer...I just started using pro and it doesn't look like I can scroll down to view any of the trades once they fall off the bottom of the screen. For example, I saw the 800,000 buy live, but it was many trades ago so I can't go back down and look at it now. Am I being an idiot or is that the way it is?
That's the curse of the internet, your mistakes live on forever lol. I would expect you'll receive a few more comments from the people that catch up on all the posts each night.
I got etrade pro like a month ago but this is the first time I've actually gotten to use it (off work early). I usually have fun reading the board and refreshing my screen at work, but watching all the action live is a lot more fun than posting ;)
Wow, got walked down and the 011's on the ask got obliterated in less than a minute!
But that would spell PG O PM lol...
Not without some big money to take down those .0085's...Much bigger money than I have unfortunately..
Considering it just dropped to 1.2M, I tend to agree with you. We'll see when we get there!
Holy crap, that 8M wall at 0085 real or fake?
100% agree with you on that one!
Perhaps you should look again. The attorney letter posted today clearly states a period end date of 12/31/2016...
Attorney letter came the day after the 5/15 filings...Expecting the same thing tomorrow for today's quarterly report?
Still need an attorney's letter for Q1 2017 and we should be all current..
Still need an attorney's letter for Q1 2017 and we should be all current..
Looks to be the exact same letter with the below paragraphs added. This is still regarding 2016, and not Q1 2017 unfortunately...Maybe OTC specifically requested these extra paragraphs?
