It's probably because once you are a top seller then you stay a top seller, just because everyone sees you are a top seller. Do you have a theory?

Bodybuilding.com would also be a great distributor. It accounts for 45% of MSL* revenue.
I don't know about that. Nutrition stores are cash churning machines. The most recent acquisition will definitely help with the liquidity of the company.
That was what it originally was going to be but they changed it when frost really got involved. They needed pps to be above $4 after the split because they are trying to get on NYSE or NASDAQ ... I could send you an email or something with the S/1. I still have warrants I need to use and I had to sign paperwork saying the 1:850 was OK.
Yeah I have the s/1 statement and it is a 1:850
It was 1:850
Are you following them on twitter or on the creative edge nutrition like page? It was in an official press release that these would be channels for communication and press releases. If you don't have that then it is your own fault for not connecting yourself.
Yeah that was me talking to him. He posted it on all channels. It was not a private conversation. Get your facts right before you bash.
Take a look at the ceo's Facebook page. I think he has been reading this message board.
Do you think those insiders could have sold out because they disagreed with entrance into the marijuana business? That alone could have made people disagree with the direction of the company and prompt a sell off. Plus they already had a ten bagger investment.
Well those insiders did have a ten bagger in under a few months. I would sell out too.
Dilution was not as bad as I thought. I just got back in.
I agree with the analysis for the most part. My price target is $9.6 but that is a more conservative estimate. I am happy with over 250% gain.
I mean the acquisition was worth 4 million.
Well it will be interesting to see how much of those shares went to the acquisition. It is possible that we actually had a net gain to shareholders. If the assets gained by the acquisitions were in excess of 4 million dollars, then there will be approximately no net loss to shareholders. We won't know the effect of the dilution until we get more details as displayed in the financials.
It will be interesting to see the financials here soon. We will see how much of the dilution will be used to finance debt, and how much will be used for acquisitions.
Back to liquidation levels? I don't think so, they have more than enough cash to maintain operations and with their revenue growth and their restructuring operations they should be profitable in q-2 or very close too it.
That is where I had a stop loss order.... looks like you are the guy I sold my shares too.... I want them back lol.
I think they will have close to 1 billion in cash so going concern is not a problem IMO I think we should see a revenue based valuation by the end of the year. This should be a fun ride like sprint last summer :)
I am wondering if they covered today with such high volume.
I agree. I don't think that we will see major investors here until after a R/S. Like with frost and mslp
I tried taking on cdel. I do not have enough money to take them out though :(
Where did you find the insider sales?
These shares sold were issued by the company, not sold by the those individuals.
"This Form must be filed with the SEC by an affiliate of the issuer as a notice of the proposed sale of securities in reliance on Rule 144, when the amount to be sold under Rule 144 by the affiliate during any three-month period exceeds 5,000 shares or units or has an aggregate sales price in excess of $50,000. A person filing a Form 144 must have a bona fide intention to sell the securities referred to in the Form within a reasonable time after the filing of the Form." from: http://www.sec.gov/answers/form144.htm
They are restricted, but I don't know for how long. Probably until they take the legend off these securities.
Yep I am waiting to buy back in when we get within 1 standard deviation of the 3 month regression
When do you think the company is going to dilute the rest of their A/S? Before or after the split? Or do you think they have in the past three days?
Eh, I am already up 120% and now I am just waiting for the pps to go down again. Buy low sell high :)
Well think about it, people want to hold on to their current shares pre split and people also what to buy more shares to increase their total position. So in this case we have a short term increase in price due to a shortage of shares trading on the market so the pps goes up in the short term. This would be the best time to dilute because of that assumption. They will get some extra cash.
They are going to dilute because they need cash, in the long term will benefit the company but in the short term it will hurt shareholders. That is why I took my profits and ran today. If the stock price drops to below .0076 before April 2nd or at .0063 after April 2nd I may buy back in. But until then I will not. Of course I may change my mind if it gets close enough.
They must anticipate a large need for cash to only do a 1.2:1 split ratio. My guess is that they will allow for the split to happen then start dilution into positive PR announcements. That will slow the uptrend and possibly even stop it.
IMO the company will have 7 million in revenues by the end of this year without GNC, 10 million with. So if we are to do a revenue based valuation for this guy then after all potential current dilution we will see pps of the following:
Without GNC: .0063
With GNC: .009
IMHO: this guys is now overvalued, took my profits today and will buy back in at a later date after dilution.
My guess is we will be looking at another big run again.
Check the Nevada secretary of state website. Is that fake too?

Big News tomorrow look at bills Facebook page.
True but if we have 2.8 million minimum in q1 of this year alone. if we just have no growth in the next quarters we have a revenue valuation right now for this firm. This seems like the logical price to me.
Keep in mind we are up 55% since friday's close. We just had a major illogical market move on that pr.
I have been in this for over a year with average cost in lower sub penny levels. I am still in profit here so I am thinking logically about what happened. As I have been stating in all my post in regards to dilution, until FINRA approves the split the most they could have diluted was 26 million shares. That is chump change in the volume over the past two days.
I actually hope they diluted because then they have another 260k (minimum) in cash. With that they can afford to drastically increase their production to meet higher sales revenue once the rest of their CENERGY line is made avaiable for sale in april. As stated in the product pr.
No as stated in previous post due to Securities Exchange act rule 10b they cannot issue more shares than their authorized shares prior to split filing. So it does not matter the ratio of the split, FINRA must approve first because the A/S is acutally increased.
If they diluted it was at most 29 million over the past two days. They cannot dilute more than that beacuse they are still waiting on FINRA approval for the split. I don't know why everyone has their panties in a wad over this drop in price today. We went from a 3.4 million dollar market cap to a 11 million dollar market cap over a product pr. That is illogical.
Right now we are close to actual market value of the firm. We need to see what is going to happen with revenue before we can see a big sustained gain in this company.
